How stupid can I be? Why did I ever believe this was a good opportunity to work from home?

I was pushed and rushed to hurry when I wasn't ready but the deal sounded so great I also didn't want to miss the opportunity so I hurried and gave them 500. dollars w/a promise thay i would be guided through every step from Tyler and Tim then they fired both of them a couple days later and my 1 on 1 help and promises were gone. I never got to learn from them and never even used my site and they wouldn't reimburse me, I thought about trying it again but I don't want to work with them nor deal with the frustration of Tyler and Tim getting fired and my promises unfulfilled.

Below is the narrative of my dispute communications with Chase Card Services. Please don't believe these gentlemen at all. It is ironic that there are other scam reports almost identical to mine of run around, lies and broken promises and we all have listed the same names, emails and contact info!!!
I Mark A. Belanger, was contacted by Wave 2 Wellness on the evening of 5/29 or 5/30. The sales rep talked to me in detail about their sales model and how depending on the package I purchased, which ranged from $247-$1000 and the bigger the package the more items you would have available to sell. After a lengthy call and confirmation from the sales rep that this was easy, would not take much time and if I purchased the $1000 packet I would have over 10,000 items that I could sell. There were 3 main topics that he addressed on this call, 2 of which are what sold me:
1. Items could easily be taken from their site and a simple cut and paste to eBay.
2. Items could easily be taken from their site and a simple cut and paste to Amazon.
3. Wave 2 Wellness would set me up with a personal consultant to help me with my back-office support anytime that I needed them. I was told they usually worked 9-6 PST but they wanted me to succeed, so if I gave advanced notice and needed a later appointment anytime that could be arranged with notice. The Rep told me that someone would reach out to me in a few business days to help set this up and walk me through everything. He told me in themeantime to look at www.GoDaddy.com and find a personalized website that I would like to use for my personal website. After the Rep described the last piece of the program, I expressed that I know nothing about building websites or driving people to them. He explained that they did all the work and would show me how to use it. I said OK, but from personal experience and being a frequent Amazon Primeuser, this and eBay sounded more like my style of cut paste and sell. We talked extensively about the Amazon process of how my items would show up in a simple search. I was given positive reinforcement that I seemed on top ofit savvy etc and this would be easy for me and a great choice.
One June 5th 7:31 pm, I received an email from a Jon
Bradshaw with a welcome and get started email. I emailed
Jon back on 6/6/17 at 6:43 am and gave him my work
schedule and asked what times would work for him to call
me after 5 CST. I also sent my W-9 on 6/6/17 at 11:23 am
as requested in the welcome email and asked that Jon
please call me asap as I had some questions, but never
received a call. Jon then emailed me back on 6/6/17 at
6:05 pm that he was free the evening of 6/7/17 if that was
OK with me. I then replied at 6:31 and asked if 6:30 CST
worked for him. He never responded to my email, so I just
planned on the call the following evening. On 6/7/17
around 5:40 pm I called John Bradshaw at his direct line
of 602-899-4157 to tell him that I was free sooner if he
wanted to start early that worked for me. I received his
V-mail and left a message. I then sent an email at 5:48
pm to John Bradshaw stating the same. Within a few mins
Mr. Bradshaw called me with a rushed sound in his voice
stating that he had a missed call from me and was about to
leave the office early for the day since his calendar was
free, but asked what I needed. I laughed and said ummm we
have a 6:30 meeting and he responded that he did not have
that on his calendar and I said we just emailed about it
last night and you were the one that suggested we talk
tonight. He then asked me what I wanted to know? I said
"everything"! I know nothing and you are my coach. From
there out he was very rushed and talked so fast and
hurried I had to stop him on multiple occasions. During
our call, he made some very upsetting comments to me that
made me feel I had been sucked into a get rich scheme, but
continued to hear him out.
1. While telling me about the business he kept telling me
about setting up my back office and website etc. Every
time I would ask a question he would interrupt before I
could finish. After about the 3rd time I interrupted him
and said stop please. I stated that if we were going to
work together, I needed to be able to ask full questions
and how rude it was to constantly interrupt a client. He
laughed and apologized and said yeah people say that all
the time and I have been like this all my life and always
interrupt people that is just who I am. After listening
to a few moments of my personal website creation etc. I
stopped him to ask about eBay and Amazon.
2. As soon as I mentioned those, he stopped me and said
well those are the best ways to make money with us because
of the seller fees they charge. I was shocked and
expressed my concern for the switch of information that I
received from the Sales Rep Pitch the week prior. He
continued to be high strung and interrupt me and then
became sarcastic and was like if that's what you want to
do we can go that route but it's not the most profitable.
I was never told that on the sales call and overly
expressed my interest in Amazon and eBay marketing.
3. John finally expressed that he needed to go and that
there were some tutorial videos that I needed to watch on
the portal and that we could meet again the following
night. Feeling frustrated and upset, I simply said OK and
After hanging up and feeling duped out of 1k, and mad at
myself, I picked up the phone to call back but I didn't.
I instead called my Credit Card "Chase" to dispute the
charge and told them I was not being offered what I was
sold. Upon review of the statement and phone call of the
sellers info, we realized that the transaction had
processed through PayPal, but on their end, not mine as I
did not sign into my PayPal site. I then reached out to
PayPal to dispute the charge as well. I immediately
called PayPal and gave my verbal statement which the Rep
transcribed and read back to me for approval. He stated
that this would be sent to the seller and I believe had 10
days to respond, but not to worry that PayPal would be in
My frustration and aggravation were now growing after a
very upsetting evening of what I felt were lies from Wave
2 Wellness. I then called the customer service number and
do not recall the mans name, but his voice sounded
the Rep that sold me the package and he stated that I too
sounded familiar. I gave him the same story and he
apologized and asked if I would accept a partial refund.
I stated no I was done, and they lost my trust from 2
completely different stories from sales to implementation.
He said he needed to talk to management about getting me a
refund and said one moment and then click the call was
dropped. I immediately called back and my call went to
v-mail and I asked for a callback. I was now getting very
upset and thought they are screening my calls. I then
called back 2 more times using *67 to block my number.
Both times the phone rang several times and then I
received v-mail and just hung up.
Within 1 hour I received a call from a Michael "Barovaick"
(not sure of spelling). He answered very coy and said
something to the effect of Mark my man what's up? What's
going on? He then stated that he received an email from
PayPal and I "sure did lay it on thick with my wording".
I said what? He said your statement that you wrote to
PayPal. I responded and said I did not write it, but the
PayPal Rep transcribed my call and read it back to me and
I agreed to it. He responded that I knew I was lying and
that it was not right of PayPal to type "my words for me,
but that was a different issue and he would contact PayPal
and stated that he would see to it that the Rep got in
trouble for doing that. I was like that's crazy, it was a
phone call and he was making a narrative of our
conversation. He gave off the persona that he was the
owner or manager but never did say.
During our call, he continually called me a liar and said
that since the coach didn't tell me what I wanted to hear
about eBay or Amazon sales and profits, I got mad and just
wanted to quit and an easy way out so I called PayPal
because they are known for taking care of the customer. I
stated it wasn't a matter of not getting my way, but
rather 2 completely different stories were told to me and
they lost my trust. He then said all I needed to do was
to call them and he would have gladly refunded my money
and parted ways, but since I acted in the way that I did,
he wasn't refunding me. He then offered me half off, a
new coach and we start fresh and I said no, I am done with
you all and want my money back. He said that he wasn't
going to do it because I reported him to PayPal and he
would do everything that he could do to see I did not get
The ironic part of his call is that he stated that he
pulled the call logs and saw that I had called, talked to
both John the coach and the other rep about the refund.
He did admit that John was very rude and interrupted me a
lot and that was a coaching opportunity. He said if I was
so upset why did I just hang up and not sound upset on the
phone. I said I was so frustrated and mad at myself and
the Coach was so rushed and not helping and I am
non-confrontational that I chose to just hang up and say
ok "I'll watch your videos". I then asked 2-3 times since
he called me out on not getting my way, if he listened to
the original sales call since he just listened to my two
calls today. I said that should help you understand my
frustration. He never gave me a clear answer of if he had
or if he could pull calls from back that far.
Per "https://reportscam.com/wave2wellnesscom/" and other
reviews, Jon has misled other upset customers that have
had to change their banking info etc. and feel violated at
trusting and providing these people with a W-9 with SSN
Because I never signed into my PayPal account for the
transaction, I am not covered by PayPal, but rather must
dispute this claim through you all or work it out with the
seller, which has not been friendly or responsive in the
past. Even if this was a legit business, the lies I have
been told and the derogatory phone call from Michael
"Manager/Owner" are horrible customer service! I would
like to know if he is using phone calls as his evidence
did he provide a transcript of all calls that we had and
IM's online? Or just bits and pieces. And to further
note, even if I did call PayPal and my credit card, why
not do the right thing and refund when you said you would
have done so anyway??? Especially when I called in and was
told to hold to get management approval and then hung up
on and calls not answered. Between that issue and the
Coach being rude and not even ready/prepared for our
meeting I want nothing to do with them. And does one
think that I would get a fair shot with a new coach? So
again, why have bad business practices and say I would
refund you, but now I am not going to???
I greatly appreciate your time and hope that you can help
me secure my money back and do something to keep others
from suffering as well.
Feeling Duped - Why do we American's fall for these scams?
I am an intelligent and very embarrassed man right now :(
I know that my mistake is not Chase's fault, but this is
still not right the way this retailer has lied and treated
me. I just want to move on and learn from this horrible
mistake that if it is to good to be true, it most
certainly is. Please feel free to call me with any
I wanted to add to this statement that this company has
been sending emails to us stating that they need updated
credit card information in order to process a monthly
service fee for keeping the website up and running. We
have ignored all communications from this seller do to the
hostile conversations in the past and lack of help which
resulting in us disputing this charge as fraud. Also in
the past week, we have been contacted by whom we believe
to be Wave2Wellness from blocked numbers. During these
calls the caller states that they are from Chase fraud
services and "heard that we have a disputed charge and
that they need to access the file, but need the full
credit card number in order to access the account". When
we ask why the number is blocked we are told that this is
for security reasons and we have even asked why they are
not asking the standard questions like passwords mothers
maiden name etc. On 6.28.17 we received another call and
inadvertently gave the full credit card information to
them. We then immediately called the number on the back
of the card to find out that Chase has no record of 2
calls yesterday or one on 6.26.17 as well. Wave2Wellness
is the only one that would know there is a dispute and
from the last conversation with Michael (the
manager/owner) he stated that he would do what he needed
to in order to make sure that we did not receive our money
back. THis is definitely been a nightmare and
embarrassment to fall for one of these scams. If you
google this company you will find other complaint of the
same reason and names of people that we have dealt with.
Thank you for your time and investigation into this
I wanted to provide additional information regarding this scam and how others have an almost identical story to mine. Poor communication, false promises, and overall run around. If action is not taken, and funds returned to me permanently, I plan to file this claim with the Arizona Attorney General as well. Please see the link below with other complaint forums online:
Thanks again for your time!

in an attempt to supplement my social security benefits, I answered ads on the internet and thus in april I received a call from a Robert Macek 480-695-7107 advising me how I could make money on the internet selling organic products from their company and a representative would call me and set up a website on facebook which i believed would not cost me one cent. and also they would provide another site for me known as judis health 4. this was done, however, no instructions were ever given to me and i must have called at 20 times and emailed these different men. let me add that each time there was a different person on the phone when they finally returned my calls since I threatened I was filing a complaint with your agency and the attorney general of Arizona. under separate cover, i will submit documents.
