Huge regret using this website. You are taking a gamble if you order from them. I would recommend saving yourself potential headache and time by using another company.
I ordered a watch, received an entirely different watch/the complete wrong product and not worth the same amount of $. The company did not answer the phone no matter what time of day I called; they say to leave a vmail for call back but it has been a week, I left two voicemails, and have not received a call back. Instead it has been more than five email communications back and forth, trying to make the person understand what the situation is and still getting nowhere.
1. I told them they sent me the wrong watch and they asked for the model number of the watch I received to "investigate." I sent a photo of it and the watch, got no response, and sent another email which they responded to asking what I was sending because pic would not download.
2. I sent them the order number without pic and again stated I have the wrong product. They responded, "I sincerely apologize that your order was less than perfect" and gave me return instructions without any other info. I would have to pay for shipping costs of returning the incorrect item which I have not gotten a refund for. I explained that I am not dissatisfied with my product, that they sent me the wrong product. And I asked if they will send me what I ordered, they responded "of course."
3. I had to send a new email asking when they would ship/for tracking info, and got a response saying "I can look into this for you. What is the tracking number of the package you are sending?" Lol! As you can see there seems to be no end in sight.
They want me to send this package back and pay for the shipping, which they say they will "reimburse." So uncomfortable and I wonder if they make money by confusing people and by communication being so fruitless that customers just give up rather than try to get what is fair. Worst customer service I've ever experienced; also I've never received the wrong product. Very bizarre company and I will try to find a way to report them so this doesn't happen to more people.

Because my purchase was not automatically confirmed I e-mailed watchco. My e-mail was personally answered and thus I considered that my purchase was OK. After receiving several such e-mails confirmations (I have no idea why this was done repeatedly) I was informed by a different representative that part of my purchase was out of stock. The product I had ordered, however, had been marked as in stock at the time of the purchase. Then a replacement was offered. The price for the originally ordered product was USD 50, the replacement would have been USD 125! Thereupon I cancelled the whole transaction. They're friendly but not very capable.

I ordered a watch that said 'In Stock' clearly on their website and a few days later got an email saying it was on back order for 5-10 days, I replied to say I needed it before a certain date, I got no reply... I chased up again and got a reply that my order had been cancelled. Waste of time.
Update: I have the print screen of you guys not replying, stop trying to weasel your way out of this, you messed up and deserve a one star review, learn from it.

I attempted to purchase a Garmin Fenix 5 Plus Titanium for AUD $874.72, plus postage for a total of $894.83. Entered my details, then my bank rejected the transaction as a potential fraud. The message that I received from the bank indicated Watchco attempted to charge me AUD $981.03.
I brought this to their attention in an email with screenshots and asked for the reduced price to be honoured. Four days later, they change their website to only list USD prices, then inform me that it was “due to currency conversion” with no apology for trying to overcharge me.
The customer service is obviously lacking. I’d read the reviews and took a risk - thankfully, the fact I only had enough money in the account saved me from an exorbitant overcharging. Would never, ever recommend using this company given that they refused to acknolwedge their own mistakes while, simultaneously, addressing them so that it looks like they never existed. Terrible business practice and it makes me wonder about the level of honesty with which they would engage with other sales.
Edit: DO NOT PURCHASE FROM WATCHCO.
“Plse send crdit card info so we may investtigate”. This is the exact message I recieved through TrustPilot from WatchCo. There is NO WAY that any reasonable person would respond to this request. Instead, I sent them my email address and the name of the Customer service representative I had been emailing. They responded by declaring there was no record of my transaction and flagging my review.
WatchCo are dishonest. Plain and simple. They claim this is a currency conversion issue. If that were the case, then they need to adjust their conversion to be in the same ballpark as the actual price, or advertise solely in USD. Instead, they continue to advertise the watch at a price that you are unable to buy it at. Also, they refuse to acknowledge that this is even a problem. And finally, they attempt to silence their critics by asking for details no one would ever provide and then using that as the sole basis to claim a transaction never happened.
EDIT 2: Just to clarify, I provided WatchCo with my email address and the customer service person I was dealing with (who was equally unhelpful). Their claim of not being given the opportunity to respond is ridiculous. Their claim of wanting to help me is equally ridiculous as they haven’t tried to contact me again in relation to my TrustPilot review, despite the fact I sent them my email address. I sent Trustpilot AND WatchCo the same evidence (screenshots) and WatchCo continue to ignore its existence. Please, do not use WatchCo.

I purchased a pair of Smith Universal Wireless Helmet Audio Chips on the 21 November 2017 from Watch Co. They took almost one month to arrive by post. I put the Chips in the ski helmet and we took them away with us for our ski holiday in January/February 2018. They lasted one day and then stopped working. After arriving home from our overseas trip on the 01 March 2018 we spent many hours trying to trouble shoot the problem without success. I approached Watch Co requesting a full refund. They have denied a refund and instructed me that I should contact the manufacturer directly i.e. it is not their problem as they do not give refunds on second hand items and that I am outside a refund period anyways. I am very disappointed with their attitude in the email correspondence. They obviously do not give a damn about their clientele. I will not purchase from them again and I certainly will be advising people to avoid dealing with them. My friend purchased goods from them and they sent the wrong item, they have never responded to his emails about the incorrect delivery. My purchase was only small in dollar terms i.e. about $160 AUD; it would be a very disappointing circumstance if it was $2000 AUD watch. My advice is stay away Watch Co and buy from company that has some business ethics and morals. There are plenty of companies who understand customer service and satisfaction. Good luck to Watch Co as they will need it to stay in business.
29 March 2018. In response to Watch Co reply and to reconfirm the facts. Not the rewriting of the history as done by Watch Co in response to my initial review.
The goods were ordered and paid for on the 21 November and arrived on the 09 December. Sorry not one month as I stated in my initial review but certainly not 7 days as stated in Watch Co's reply. They were purchased as a family members birthday gift. Birthday 15 December. My subsequent order correspondence with Watch Co will confirm this i.e. I emailed Watch Co chasing the goods as we were concerned that they would not arrive in time to hand over as a gift. We live in tropical Queensland Australia. We have no daily use for Ski Helmet Headphones. The headphones were set up and put away until we travelled away on our ski holidays. We left in early January and arrived home in early March. The headphones failed on the first use. We packed them away disappointed with our purchase. When we returned home to Australia we attempted to troubleshoot the problems with the headphones but with no luck and then contacted Watch Co. asking for a full refund. Which in the circumstances seem reasonable and a typical request for goods that fail so soon. They are not 2nd hand or used as we never got to use them. Watch Co. advised us basically go away and deal with Smith and to look for the warranty that came with the original purchase. I advised that no warranty came with original purchase and Watch Co offered to obtain one. No other offers were made by Watch Co. We have since had the headphones fixed in Australia, with a further offer by this Australian company that if the fix does not work that they will replace them or refund the money within the manufacturers warranty period and will deal with Smith on our behalf. I referred my friend to Watch Co to purchase the same item and the wrong item was sent to him. He has emailed Watch Co without response. I will ask him to resend his request to Watch Co today as per their request. We purchase lots of ski related items from all over the world. Typically they are delivered within 5 working days. We have had other warranty issues with items purchased in the UK and USA and in both instances the online retailer bent over backwards to help us solve the problem or replaced the part or goods. From a comparative point of view Watch Co's service and attitude is lacking. Their reply to my initial review confirms my opinion that they have some underlying business ethics issues as they made statements that a just false and misleading in an attempt to cover their bad service.
29/03/2018. Watch Co. are now advising that I am making up stories. What next. Trust Pilot and Watch Co have now been sent a copy of the order that my friend made for their reference and as proof. Watch Co make comments that I have been demeaning to them and their representatives, really I am just being responsive to their tone and manor and lack of respect for their customers. They should toughen up. If you give it you should be able to take it.
30/03/2018 In Response to more re writing of history by Watch Co. Stop trying to discredit my factual and unfavourable review.
The facts: -
I have never been offered a refund or a replacement of goods until now. Which I am not interested in as I do not want to have any further dealings with Watch Co. ever.
I have provided evidence of purchase to Trust Pilot confirming date and time of delivery. Extract from Order. Your Order #100086767 (placed on November 21, 2017 4:47:48 PM CST). A full copy of my order etc is available to anyone who may like to view it.
I have provided evidence of friends purchase to Trust Pilot and to Watch Co. Unfortunately I was unable to provide copy of email he sent them to advise incorrect item was shipped. My friend spent sometime yesterday trying to recover the email. If it is located we will be sure to send to it Watch Co and Trust Pilot for their reference.
I gave Watch Co some favourable advice on how they should treat customers without me being demeaning. This was based off my 25 years experience of running my own very successful high volume customer focused business. I have experience in this space.
I gave Watch Co my opinion of their business in a firm and professional manner.
In one piece of correspondence after the gave me the standard company line to go away I responded by by saying thank you "Mild Expletive". Hardly very demeaning but clearly evidence of my feelings at that point in time. I suspect that they have heard some harsher terms than that. Watch Co did respond by referencing me as being "Classless". In retrospect some may see "Mild Expletive" as offensive and I publicly offer my apology to Watch Co and their representative for using that term.
I have never mentioned in prior email or reviews that the purchased item took over 10 hours of my time to set up. It would not pair with my phone or any other phone we owned. Finally it paired and as mentioned prior it was put away for a few weeks until we travelled away. It worked for about 1 hour and stopped. We were overseas in a remote area and waited until our return to communicate with Watch Co. It is not used and for Watch Co to state that it is just unfair. We never got to enjoy and use the product we purchased from them. It is not an item that you use daily. We purchased if for our extended OS skiing trip and did not get to use it at all.
Watch Co show really don't care about the customer until they are in the spotlight in a review forum. They will bend and create stories to benefit their position. I just can't believe it and how much effort that they are going to to recreate the events surrounding this matter.
I am more than happy for Trust Pilot to request from me all correspondence to and from Watch Co. so that they can be certain of the facts.

They charged my credit card on 29 June, then failed to send my purchase. Now (7 July) they are saying they voided my purchase and never accepted payment from my credit card. They said this 'applies to my account' within 2-3 business days (whatever that means). Well it's been over a week and all I have is a charge on my credit card and no refund. So they have taken $250 from me. Also, they said they voided my purchase because my credit card didn't pass their fraud risk assessment. No other merchant has ever had a problem with my credit card.
Edit - After WatchCo.com saw my review they asked me to send my credit card details so they could look into the issue, but they wanted me to send the information in a reply message rather than in a secure web form. I refused, but I did send my order number.
Now I see that they are claiming they don't have a record of me, so I have just now sent Trustpilot the emails that WatchCo.com sent to me confirming my purchase and telling me the order was voided.
2nd edit - WatchCo.com is still trying to get my review removed, saying they have no record of me. Funny that they have sent me 3 emails about my order!

Incorrect specs listed on their site, that wasn't fixed after I pointed it out. They claim 3 different messages sent (including 2 by their own website) were not received. Took escalation to Paypal to get their attention.
Edit: Since reply isn't an option I'll just edit. Put away the attitude. If I press "Contact us" on your website TWICE a week apart, and you say you didn't get them that's not something that I can help. I attempted to send you a copy of the third communication (email) sent on Paypal, but Paypal would not let me. I tried twice. I told you this. I sent you the error message I was given. And you still didn't update the incorrect specification on your website. Fix your website, fix your email, fix the specs on the site. Don't put that passive aggressive bull on a customer because you can't be bothered.

This item was ordered on December 2, 2017.. I had paid for premium shipping which was over $44.00 with shipping to be within 4 -9 business days. This item was not processed until December 12, 2017 let alone shipped within that time. As a Christmas present it never arrived until December 28, 2017. MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!
Also there was no instruction manual with the item as indicated there would be. BAH HUMBUG!
I would never order from this company again, nor rely on their expedient shipping practises...

I tried to order a watch for my cousin as a congratulatory gift for her new job! Every time I do something goes wrong and it gets returned. I was finally able to purchase it thru my Amazon and it still screwed up. I gave the right billing address. What is really going on?

I ordered two watches and the first time I waited a couple of weeks to find out that the order had been cancelled. I received no notice of this by email or by phone and had to ask them. I ordered a second time and it's taken almost 4 weeks to get the item in stock. No communication from them, I had to proactively contact them. Now PayPal authorisation has lapsed they have again cancelled my order. Would never use them again

I ordered a blackstrap balaclava from watchco.com on 4/8/18. The next morning I get an email from a watchco representative telling that my product wasn’t even in stock, and that I had to wait for 5-10 days for them to restock, or cancel the order. A complete waste of my time.

Very happy with the Fossil watch I purchased from The Watch Co. Priced significantly cheaper than I could find in Australia. Postage was relatively cheap and quite quick about 6-7 business days from the US!
