Totally loved Washa until they shrunk 3 sweaters of mine!! I have been waiting for over a month for compensation. REALLY DISAPPOINTED in their service. HUGE WARNING to anybody using Washa to make sure that they know the specific way you need your clothing to be handled. In my case, they washed the clothes instead of dry cleaning them. Normally I would be okay with a simple mistake like this, but I have been waiting for over a month to be compensated for my clothing. They took the items that were shrunk, reviewed them, returned them, then asked for them back saying that they would file a claim. This was over 30 days ago and I cannot get a straight answer from them on (1) how much I will be compensated and (2) when the compensation will be paid. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Two stars only out of my respect for their service until last week.
They called at the time of scheduled delivery to let me know that it is not going to be possible. It put me in difficult position but I agreed my clothes to be sent the following day.
Come following day l, my clothes still weren’t delivered - this time with no notification.
Contacted the customer care - was offered a generous 20% discount for such service.
Keep away if you need reliability - as clearly something is rotten in Washa.

The first time we used Washa we had an awful experience. First they hiked up the price for the service (after we had ordered and without informing us). Then they managed to completely mismanage the delivery by cancelling the agreed delivery and then delivery two days late at an an inconvenient time and only after I had spent fifteen minutes getting a hold of customer service and writing mails. Finally they didn't deliver all the clothes although we asked the driver about whether that was everything. I asked if they were willing to compensate me for all the trouble and they said we can give you a 20 pct. discount which is obviously a joke after all the trouble they had caused.
The two following appointments we made with them were cancelled and postponed without any prior warning.

Context: I am a Washa Family (middle tier) subscriber and I used the service for one month. I used Washa's service twice for dress shirts, pants, a sports jacket, and a blazer. On both occasions, they cleaned relatively well, but not thoroughly.
What I expected: I expected them to arrive on time and deliver on time, and they did. I expected them to clean my clothes thoroughly, but I saw dirt stains on the bottom of my pants and I also noted that there is a sauce stain in the middle of the shirt and it is still visible after Washa returned my shirt. I expected Washa to be customer oriented and communicate diligently with me, and I completely did not receive this. Not only did Washa not communicate with me about when the driver is expected to arrive, they are also not sympathetic towards customer mistakes. They would rather compromise customer loyalty over customer exceptions. I conceded that the problem was mine, but they emphasised how it does not make sense for them to make an exception to improve my Washa experience.
Conclusions: Their customer service is oriented towards strict policies and they do not provide you recourse to upward management and informs you that it is essentially futile because they will not respond to small customer-related issues.
Caution: Washa places QR codes on your clothes and they are nearly impossible to remove and makes your clothes look robotic.
If you are someone who can follow guidelines well then give Washa a try! They are reliable! Do not let my negative experience affect your trial.

Easy to establish, easy to deliver, easy to receive back and in a perfect shape.
Have only tried dry cleaning so far, but after the holidays, it must be time to try something e,se as well

There was a problem with the delivery date for our laundry. It may have had something to do with the Holiday. While the on-line booking confirmed that our laundry would be returned on a Tuesday, and I paid extra for a 24-hour turn around. It did not happen. We were nervous that we would not receive our clothing before we had to leave Copenhagen. We did, however, receive it on time and it was very clean, fresh, and nicely folded.

Suit was cleaned alright, but would not recommend having other garments cleaned at Washa.
Besides an added mild scent of cigarettes most of the stains on my clothes were removed, but some new ones also appeared, mainly on a pair of black cotton trousers.
My suit was fine, although with a few wrinkles.
The pick up and delivery was convenient, no hassle.
I wouldn't recommend getting one of their memberships. It seems they try to mislead you into forgetting to unsubscribe. It literally says on my profile "Du har intet aktiv medlemskab/You have no active membership" even though my membership was active.
They make a real hassle of unsubscribing, you have to write them an email, which I only found out through googling. This all in all just seems like bad business practice.

I tried Washa for the very first time in Denmark and had absolutely no problems. Pickup and dropoff in time, and all products delivered well and clean.
