I have been ordering online from Wallis for years now, and find their service brilliant. Both purchases and returns. Having had a double mastectomy 3 years ago, I have found their overlay tops to be absolutely brilliant in hiding my lack of breasts! Thank you Wallis.

Dreadful company. Very slow to dispatch and when they do items you have ordered aren't in stock. Will AVOID this company in future!

Terrible customer service , I returned items over 2 weeks ago and still not registered return on account Tried ringing, as wanted to ensure items received . latest attempt waited 30 minutes and still call not answered, with no indication of where I was in the queue, so give up again Also emailed a couple days ago and never even received acknowledgement that email received. Very poor customer service will never use or order items again online as not worth the bother whenother retailers online offering good customer service . Not what you would expect. Won’t be shopping with them again . Will have to wait and see if items registered within 28 days refuse to contact again .calls will cost more than items bought.

Ordered an item for them that within 10 days was advertised at 50% off. I hadn’t even paid for it yet but they were uninterested in offering any kind of price match. They take ages to process refunds, their phone lines are impossibly busy, their staff are rude and overall they operate as if the public needs them more than they need the public. Which you might expect from an airline or energy company but is just weird from a clothes shop. They’ll be bust within 5 years.

Received delivery within 4 days which is excellent and the quality of the items were great but didn't suit me. You would think returning the items would be straight forward - oh no! That would be far too easy. No dispatch note, so I can't return to store or via parcelshop (Hermes). Called customer services who emailed to me a Royal Mail returns label which will take longer to get refunded because I will need to visit the post office and oh yeah, a copy of my order confirmation (which I already have) to put inside my parcel . You see, they can't produce dispatch notes and my order confirmation won't be accepted in store. I am therefore taking off 1 star for the inconvenience this has caused me and another star for the moron who failed to put the dispatch note in the parcel in the first place.

wish I had read the other reviews before I placed my order. paid for a standard delivery so within 5 working days. has been over a week and only just received an email to say its been despatched so it will take longer than the 5 working days advertised. tried to check the tracking number but that is not valid. phoned their customer services and the recorded message said there is an 11 minute wait to speak to someone.
normally order Wallis items through Debenhams, don't know I didn't this time. definitely won't bother with Wallis direct in future. really poor service

Diabolical waiting times to customer service on the phone, I contacted through twitter but they don’t respond. I’ve had issues previously with them not giving refunds and in temper got them to close my account but got lured in again by the sale now experiencing no refund part 2

I tried t order over £250 of clothes today and when going through to order I was unable to order as it said one item was out of stock. The frustrating thing was Wallis cant tell me which item it was so I played a guessing game for 30 minutes trying to work out which one was missing and then re-order. I went to pay 3 times! Every time the same thing an item is not available but won't tell me which one. Wallis clearly have issues and this system is terrible and in this tough retail market, you won't last long without a major upgrade. They lost £250 worth of sales and I was unable to buy anything as I gave up
Your free express delivery was not available either.
Can get through to customer service by phone as they are closed at 10am on Tuesday?? They are going under I think, be warned!!

AWFUL SERVICE after purchasing a pair of boots which have fallen apart after less than 1 month! Poor and unacceptable response from the customer service team after waiting weeks for a reply!

I have ordered from Wallis a few times recently and each time the orders have arrived quickly. I had to send one item back.l used the Royal mail returns, l could track the return and Royal mail did take 5 days to deliver back to Wallis. Once they had received my order it was processed quickly and my refund was very quick. Would definitely use Wallis again.

I purchased a blouse in two sizes using Klarna. I returned one a month ago No return notification from Wallis and Klarna expect payment for both. Klarna have also confused matters by creating a duplicate account.

I ordered a fascinator on the 30th Sep for a wedding in Oct. It was for collection but I never received confirmation that I could pick up my order. As it didn’t arrive on time so I had to buy one from somewhere else. I called customer service to ask for refund the week after the wedding. They said they would process it once the store returned the product. It is December now and I still got nothing. I wrote to them on their online contact form and also noticed I got an email thanking me for collecting the order even though I didn’t! I called them again today and stayed on the line for 20min without anyone picking up the phone. This is ridiculous and very frustrating because I can’t be wasting my time to chase them and it cost money to call them. I do not recommend this shop to anyone. It won’t surprise me if I see news in the future about Wallis on BBC....retailers are doing bad nowadays so shouldn’t they be more careful about how to retain and attract customers? They should at least invest in their customer service department. Waiting for 20 min on the phone is NOT OK.

So I ordered a coat, coat was "on its way" randomly a week later cancelled as it was "out of stock". Went back on site 20 seconds after receiving was able to reorder the coat! No refund and no update on second order
Got on to the customer service absolutely no help at all. Still have no idea where my refund is or my second order! Get it together wallis its ridiculous

I have shopped at Wallis for years and am now considering not even shopping there anymore.
I ordered some items online and had to return most of the items via post.
This was on the 22/06/2018 by recorded mail. The item tracked confirms that this was delivered on the 24/06/2018.
I have received no refund email from Wallis and no refund. I cannot get through on the phone line as there is an automated message advising that due to high volume calls i must phone back - this has been the same message for days now.
I am not impressed at all for such a big retailer, the after sales service is the worst i have ever encountered.

Absolutely shocking service. Ordered a jacket online to pick up in store, went to the address and the store no longer exists - hasn't done for a year and a half ... still an option on their website ... HOWWWW!!!
Had to cancel the order which I am still waiting on a refund for nearly 3 weeks after - never using this store again.

After trying to get through on the phone for an hour & sending two separate emails with no response from Wallis I was giving up hope of getting a refund for the two items I’d returned in early May. I then discovered the website called Resolver through other people’s reviews on this website. It is part of Martin Lewis who runs the Money Saving Expert website. I can’t recommend it highly enough, they provide a form to complete & allow you to send any attachments such as proof of purchase. Within a day I had a response from Wallis and today I finally have the money credited back to my account! Resolver keep you updated every step of the way, with notification emails informing me of when Wallis had responded. If you’re having issues just use this site, it’s totally free to use.

Placed an order with Wallis but had to return a couple of items and am having difficulty getting Wallis to confirm receipt of the returned items let alone a refund. Out of sheer frustration I visited their Facebook page to find so many customers in my position, some waiting two months for a refund and others still waiting. I would avoid ordering online from Wallis at all costs. The customer service telephone line just has a recorded message saying how busy they are and then it just cuts you off!

Ordered on 28th May - advised to track on Hermes and stated they tried to deliver on 30th May (I was in all day waiting and nothing came) to see that they attempted delivery at 18.44 - NOT to this address!!. From 31st May just note saying out to courier. Tried to contact Wallis on phone to be cut off or waiting for 40 mins and then giving up etc. E-mailed 1st June and eventually they chased up HERMES and responded to me on 6th June. Hermes now state they delivered to me on 8th June and signed by me. I was abroad and so was Hubby. Neighbours haven't had a delivery for me - cant get through to Wallis - another e-mail sent this morning to chase up and/or ask for refund but no response. Terrible customer service Wallis - Money debited immediately. First time ordering will be my last. Order number 388437306. Hopefully someone will respond to this review.
