I used to have a really good experience with WageCan till middle of February. Then my card was suspended by the card issuer (as it was finally reported by WageCan). However, I believe, WageCan should have known that my country could be in the list of countries to be suspended well before that day. They didn't inform us. I loaded a card. Then card got suspended (again, I was contacting them for several times with the problem - just to hear that all is fine and card is active....). By the way, now I have the balance left on my card (1000uscd) for almost a month. I was promised to get balance back in one week. Now already a month! And the only answer from WageCan - this delay is due to card issuer! Please, just investigate, speed up and return money to your former customer (which in fact does suffer financial losses due to conversion crypto to fiat and you earn a comission on that transaction...). Hope, I get answer on my review (i did not receive a reply for my previous one).
19/3/2019 UPDATED: the issue finally has been solved. The balance was returned by WageCan (without any additional fees and at a good rate). Thank you, WageCan. Hope, that in near future there will be a new possibility to use your services).

POOR SECURITY. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. LOST THOUSANDS OF USD. WAGECAN TRIED TO SCAM ME.
I would not use wagecan again. I have used them for about 6 months and it was working well. I loaded $1000 USD on it and did not have any problems. I loaded a larger amount of several thousand USD and then the account was drained. I still had possession of the card, so the credit card must have been stolen, perhaps through someone at wagecan.
Wagecan then said they might be able to reverse the fraudulent charges if I paid $700 for an investigation. Kept trying to get me to send them more money to do an "investigation"

The wagecan service team has been absoultely amazing. They replied to my first email within hours. And were onto my problem very quickly. Unbelievable service. I would give 6 stars if possible. THANK YOU AGAIN!

I had a very large money transaction on wagecan that was declined and the transaction was placed as an unsettled transaction (even though it was well below their max limit). The money removed from my card. I asked about it repeatedly and they kept tell me the money would be refunded 60-90 days later. I patiently waited and the money has not shown up.
It's now been many months later and my money has still not been returned. I've been asking them politely to credit my money and they keep saying they are checking into the issue but nothing has been done. Terrible customer support and unacceptable. DO NOT USE ON LARGE TRANSACTIONS - BE CAREFUL.
UPDATE: The transaction amount has been finally refunded. The issue came between Wagecan being the middleman between the credit card provider and me. The process took a while but I can say that at least it was resolved and I did eventually get my money back.

I was trying to take out some funds with 40.00 in my account. I tried about 3x unsuccessfully. After going to different ATMs at different banks and paying the 3.00 fee I was told I couldnt take funds out. Now I have 10.00 in my account. You can guess what is going on.

The verification process is painfully slow, almost two months later I finally have my card, but I had to pay for shipping costs... Twice.
I got a refund in BTC to my wallet, so all seems to be going fine.

don't bother, the user flow is not clear. the express shipment took over 2 months to arrive as they needed extra verefication.
