I am extremely pleased with the e.pen 3. It is the best electronic smoke I've ever tried. I am disappointed that they don't offer a broader selection of flavours and strength in supermarkets, but it's something I can live with. I think their customer services department is superb! You get through very quickly to a human voice which can speak proper English! I have recently had a problem, not with Vype, but with Yodel, their delivery people. Yodel gave me the complete run-around when I tried to make a complaint, so in the end I phoned Vype and talked to a guy called "Mo" who was very polite and helpful, and my problem was sorted within a few minutes. If ordering on-line or over the phone, you'd be well advised to ask for a Royal Mail delivery to avoid what I consider to be the criminal negligence of Yodel. If Vype is a Rolls Royce, then Yodel is a rusty bike.

Items ordered and paid for via PayPal, obviously confused them. They state yodel attempted to deliver twice. No evidence for this accept for nonsense message saying delivered, returned, delivered etc. Then without consent registered to 3rd party supplier who sent me a message they were attempting to deliver to an address I had never lived at. Shocking lack of communication.

Brought an e tank pro and well I was quite surprised. Well made and easy to use and good vapour production.
Battery life is good and charge time is speedy.

Love my epen3! Been a 20 a day smoker for over 25 years and with time marching on I know I should quit. Previously tried my husbands tank but it made me cough and I felt I looked stupid! This think however has helped me massively. I don’t feel I’m missing out on my cigs. Totally different experience to my husbands tank. I’m 6 months in now and gone from buying 20 a day to perhaps a pack of 20 cigs every week or 2. Not totally cracked the smoking thing but am noticing the difference in both my health and my bank balance. Love it!

Just bought a VYPE E-pen2 and now they have discontinued refills for them. I am very upset that they would continue selling the VPYE E-pen2 knowing that they were going to discontinue the refills. This is criminal!
Been trying to get through to their customer service team for days now.
I will have to take this further to Trading Standards.

When quitting smoking i never though I would find anything to replace it. However, Vype is perfect!
I went for the ePen 3 which is amazing! The pods are overpriced but all in all, I am impressed :)

DO NOT buy products made by Vype!
I returned a vaping device to them 4 months ago, & have still not been refunded my money, so now I have neither a vaping device, nor my money back!
Then, to add insult to injury, some weeks later, they reduced them to half the price they took from me!

Tried this from my normal e-cigarettes to Vype. Really enjoy it. Yes it’s more expensive but far less faffing about. Only reason I’m not giving a higher star is I can’t see how much liquid there is left in the pod. I can use my normal tank at home but taking this out and about is perfect. If they can have a better battery indicator and juice level then this is a five star no doubt

I bought a vype e-cigarette from my local Tesco store at £29.99. I've used these e-cigarettes before and they have reallt helped me quit smoking. The one I purchased was faulty. I attempted to return it to Tesco who said I had to contact Vype customer services. I did this and spoke to a representative who told me, after huffing and puffing, to email. The email address he gave me didn't exist. I then emailed the customer service address on the advice leaflet. This was 5 days ago, and other than an automatic receipt, I've had no response. So, I'm left £30 down with a faulty product that no one will refund or exchange. Awful customer service, just don't bother.

Bought a little vype system as a backup device. It wasn't bad, however it seems that I purchased the kit just before they brought out the pod system, do now having troubles purchasing backup clearomisers.
The other problem is the charging fitting for the battery and the hastle of using an adaptor to charge instead of direct to mini usb.
There are much better and cheaper systems out there
