Would not recommend using v tours. Their transfer never showed up at my hotel and I got no apology not even a call or email. Then to add insult to injury they sent a survey to see if I was satisfied with their service. Waiting 7 days for a refund and have sent over 20 emails but will no satisfaction .

I have been waiting over a week for a refund from this company and keep getting emails saying they have a 'high volume of emails' , well its no wonder its high because the company is not reputable.
They never apologized for my transfer not coming and as a result almost missing my flight.
Advising all my friends to never use this transfer company when travelling and their customer service is really poor, was informed it could take 10 weeks to get my refund.

I wish I had seen the reviews before booking with vtours. Their customer service is absolutely ridiculous!!!!!
My emails are ignored and my flight has been changed WITHOUT telling me! I have realised it by pure chance.
One star is even to much if you ask me.
To sum it up: i d rather walk to my next holiday destination and sleep in a tent than ever booking with VTOURS again.

I made a booking at vtourd by accident through holidaycheck and immedtiately responded in 5 minutes and cancelded!
Response 831 euro for cancellation! This was top expensive for me, so i took the vacation, nut my wife’s name had be improved . Already sent several e-mails to Vtours and so far have bot received any response.

i have booked trip with Vtour, but since my schedule is not matching i rebooked one more trip. I thought if i dont make payment as per due date my booking is automatically cancelled, but i started receiving follow-up for payment for the trip from Vtour team, which i cannot able to go. I have also booked one another trip which i already paid necessary booking amount. I called customer care several time, nobody answers. Further they are not allowing to cancel my booking without cancellation charge which i never agreed.

Everything went smoothly: payment, document delivery by email, flight, transfer and local agent. We had no problem at all and I can only recommend this agency. The only thing I would improve is the delivery of document deadline, it should be much earlier than 10 days before the travel starts. One must know the exact times of the flight in order to book parking, etc.

I have made a booking with correct names which were also spelled correctly in their confirmation. (Booking no. 13556674) After receiving their travel documents “Rechnung” they made two errors: One letter “T” instead of “Teresa” and three last missing letters in surname. I have informed them about both errors within an hour. After a few days I received the new “Rechnung” with only forename corrected. I have informed them after some minutes that they still have not corrected the surname. After a few days they wrote back that a correction is not necessary in this case.
After 11 e-mails send over several weeks of correspondence they have not denied that it is their mistake but still refused to correct their error.
After I brought to their attention that they will be financially responsible if airport security will not let us through, they proposed a change of name against a fee.
My flight is tomorrow and guess how I feel. If you use VTours you have a big chance of feeling the same way, instead of having a peacefull holiday.

Very bad experience with payment, cancellation, booking and communication. My money was transferred just some hours after the deadline. They still until now denying that they receive the money. Send me a cancellation invoice (84 euros) that was not declared anywhere before. Still calling, sending emails to clarify my situation either short answers without real value or not replying at all. Not recommended.

I’ve Made serious nr. of complaints during our holiday in Turkey. V Tours is offering Q-Premium resort as perfect. In real life, this isn’t the fact at all. I Made a complaint at the front Office there, and they forwarded me to Vtours. Vtours informed me I could switch hotels and they should take care when holiday was ended. Well.... they DON’T!! Worthless service! I Made several pictures and pointed out what the problems were. Did sent 2 times My complaint and 3 Months later I receive a letter that they couldn’t do anything about iT! NEVER BOOK WITH THIS ORGANISATION!!!! Please: Vtours, inform me with a mail address of one of the responsibles. See your system for fietser details. My RES nr: 13461491.

We were going to Turkey, 3 adults on Green Garden apart and hotel and every thing was gone as planned and the price was at least 1000 euro cheaper than the price in DK. It’s not the last time we Will travel wirh Vtours.

we were in Antalya the night of the coup attempt and the flight to Istanbul and from there to Hamburg were canceled. we had to book new flight tickets from Antalya to Hamburg ourself 4 persons 1000 euro.
and now after a long mail korespondance the still won't help getting our money back, not even trying to help or money for the not used plane tickets from Antalya to Istanbul to Hamburg.
