Awful service! Their garbage website never sent me my ticket. I was charged for the trip BUT because I couldn't find my ticket anywhere, I had to buy a 2nd ticket in order to get from Lausanne to Paris. They never sent me the second ticket either, but I created an account and made as many screenshots as possible to cover my butt if they tried to screw me again. Horrendous company! Never again.

I booked 2 TGV tickets from Paris to Tours and 2 bus Tickest from Trous to Paris through their website, I received a cancellation email after the money was already withdrawn from my account!!! After several emails and several attempts to contact them, NO cooperation AT ALL from their side although I have proof!!! This is called a theft!!! SHAME on them!!!

The booking website is appalling, with blocks and repititions all over. Take the same train, but closer to your destination and it costs more! You have to enter your age if you are using a senior card. What's the point of that? If you lie about your age you can't get a card anyway. The site also demands the number of your senior card. What if you haven't bought it yet? There is an online survey that is equally brainless. It asks for the date of journey. You click the calendar, it posts the date in USA format, then blocks you with " incorrect date format". The whole experience is long, tortuous, repetitive, inaccurate, unclear and frustrating.

One of the worst and trustless public transport especially in Paris. You come to the station and never know if the train will depart or will be cancelled, especially during the summer.
I am seating in the train which normally should works and 2 minutes before departure, they just cancelled. I will see what will be with next one after 18 min.
Maybe I should go to the gare Montparnasse.
They don't care about people who works or go back to home after all day work!!!!!

Please dont ever use this website, it's a scam. I booked a train from their website and immediately got a mail stating that the payment has failed and the booking didnt go through but they debited money from my account and are refusing to refund it back. The customer service is pathetic and dont respond to you at all. I have been constantly writing emails to them but no response. Dont ever book from this website.

I had a valid ticket booked on Eurostar behalf, yet the ticket control when scanned it said it's invalid and demanded to pay a new 120 Euro fare on board ! When I later checked with Eurostar office they said my ticket is valid indeed and I should never have been charged 120 Euros! It took over a month with lots of hassle to get this reimbursed! These Con artists probably had set the scanner up so it doesn't recognize the code so they get their commission from penalty fare! I will advise everyone I know against traveling with this rail company! BEWARE! SCAMMERS!

I have a TGV max subscription a take trains every weekend.
For the prices this monopolistic company charges, I easily qualify it as the worst train company I've ever seen... Yeah of course there is better all around the world, but I have not yet seen such prices, such as a 100+ euros for a 2h last minute ticket, additionally to an arrogant and unwelcoming staff and an infinity of late trains... to the point you have to go many hours before a flight, because you just can't trust their punctuality (supposedly a forte for trains), neither can you expect a refund in the case in which you miss it.
Can't wait for it to be privatized, or railways open to competition.

They promised me to pay back €300 due to wrong train tickets. They never did.
They said the money was sent but it never arrived.
After that, couldn't contact them anymore.
Basically they scammed me. Horrible company.

After buying a ticket for more than 100e, it turns out that they do overbooking and I don't have a seat assigned for my 4h ride! Totally disrespectful towards its clients. To avoid.

Tried to unsubscribe - technical error comes every time. Sent them a request and got a answer that they would do that. Still getting annoying irrelevant emails every day. Buy your tickets somewhere else!

Booked a tickets from Rotterdam to Dijon. Was offered no other option than to have it send in paper to home address. Tickets never arrived. SNCF helpdesk basically advises me to buy NEW tickets, as they can't send me a duplicate, nor e-ticket. And then they offer that I can send a letter by mail asking if they kindly will give me my money back. Shocked by this extremely bad service.

No sockets in outbound journey but worse is bus scheduled at 1pm never showed up on 16/07/ 2018 in Paris Bercy . Finally they hired an old Parisian bus which departed at 6.30 pm! and took us to London . The bus arrived at 4.15 am in London on Tuesday 17/07/2018 instead of Monday at 9.30pm.That’s a delay for sure ! Besides bus waiting areas are really out of order well or non existing really and there was actually no seat for passenges, nor any place in the shade for us to wait . Consequently , we waited for 5 hours and thirty minutes sitting on the floor of the nearby dirty car park .
I must add that the Oui company had no problem to tell us from the start that our bus was delayed because it had been searched then because of traffic while being aware of course that there had been no 1 pm bus in service at all ... Then they told us later that they had lost the bus ...??? Then that they were going to hire a bus ... then that they needed to find a driver ...??? Then at 5 pm that they had a bus and a driver but we waited for 6.30 pm for the old bus without any toilet nor socket nit anything departed .
Oui bus company seems very poorly organised and their service and customer service is appalling ! No response from Oui Bus has been given so far .

To whom it may concern!
We are all encouraged to save our planet...I do it my way, no car any more only bike, train, bus and tram and sometimes if no other way airline.
my story: No way to put your bike in a TGV???? (unless dismounted and packed and I am ready to pay for it!) this is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.
This public company, called SNCF, suffers from continuous strikes due to unhappy employees, this largely supported by unhappy travellers..What happens if you miss the basics? Bankruptcy...
No bankruptcy as it is a public company only surviving thanks to you and me....the EU taxpayers! Enjoy

Horrible customer service! God forbid you have any medical issues, you will not get a refund even if you are in the hospital. You have to purchase insurance, otherwise you're out all the money you've paid. Stay away!

I have emailed, messaged on Facebook and called (only to be hung up on) in order to try and get a refund for a ticket that we shouldn't have been charged for.
The customer service is abysmal, probably the worst that I have every come across. Their website is difficult to use and to actually speak with someone directly is proving to be near impossible.
I am shocked at how bad this website is and can't comprehend how it is still running.
I would highly recommend avoiding this website altogether.

SNCF is the WORST company in THE WORLD.
Tickets are not given some times, they cancel your tickets off for no reason, some tickets for other places are given, trains are always late etc.
I think a highscholler can make a better website than them.

APPALLING DELAY IN REFUND
For over six weeks I have been trying to wrest a 400 euro refund from this company for a cancelled Auto-Train ticket. The UK office of Oui.sncf confirmed by e-mail the refund was due but only after I sent a copy of the tickets to an address in .....Barcelona, Spain. Since then, silence. The 'live chat to an advisor' on their website is defunct. No telephone number is available. There is no way to contact them. The after-sales service is appalling, and from previous reviews here, the company seems to be one of the worst-run in mainland Europe. If you can arrange an alternative method of travel, do so, avoid sncf at all costs.

Sent multiple email, no response until one week later.
On the other hand, for each email I sent, got an auto-response
that they will get back within 48 hours. Ridiculous.

I tried to exchange a ticket through Voyages-SNCF's online system. Both times I was told there was a technical error and received automated e-mails assuring me I was not be charged; in fact, I was charged both times. I submitted my refund claim and three weeks later have been through a series of Kafkaesque e-mails and calls during which the customer representatives claim my refund is still being processed but they have no idea when I will receive it. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told there is none, which while not credible would at least explain the shoddy customer service. Don't use the company; it's a shambles if not a sham
First Update on 21 July (response to Voyages-SNCF reply):
I have not received my refund nor has Ann, the last Voyages-SNCF customer representative with whom I spoke on 19 July, e-mailed me yet as promised with any update. The reference for the ticket for which I was twice charged for failed exchanges is SIYZJB and the reference for my refund case is 290648
Second Update on 21 July Following E-mail from Voyages-SNCF:
I have received an e-mail from one of your colleagues advising that I will receive a refund within six to eight weeks. The amount of time required for my refund to be processed is quite remarkable. Nonetheless, I shall wait and provide an update on this forum about whether I receive my refund by 14 September
Third Update on 30 July
Astonishingly, my refund appeared in my account today. I imagine its appearance nine days into the promised six-to-eight-week period (albeit still over five weeks since two amounts were wrongly debited from my account) is because of your intervention, so thank you for that and I have upgraded my review by one star to reflect your assistance. However, I still won't be using Voyages SNCF again, as the difficulties in resolving things when they do go wrong are excessive

Horrible, the worst possible website. I chose a fare, then later, it said it couldn't process, the fare might be unavailable. But of course it was available, and I finally got it, then went to pay, put in my credit card info, and then nothing worked, no refusal, no acceptance, just an unrelated page. Did it twice, worrying I might be paying twice. Nothing, no email, no message. Finally booked on SNCB from Brussels to Lyon, an almost-equally horrifying experience except that it finally worked.
DECEVANT.

Purchase of the ticket is the only easy and straightforward process when using this company/ service. Once you have parted with your money (and tickets aren't cheap) the service is absolutely non existent. Hung up on by members of the company on the phone (once I actually got through to someone) and am still trying to receive help with my purchase. Not hopeful.
