I ordered and paid for an external hard disk on 17-03-2010, 129,56 EUR. Did not receive any confirmation that my order was received. Via my account with them I saw for a week the message "In Nota". Then I received a message on the 24-03-2010 from [email protected] with a TNT that was/will sent that day. Today 30-03-2010 the tracking service still shows "24.03.2010:
Parcel has been pre-alerted" They have not answered any of my emails, all telephones go to an answering machine. What a bunch of Wallies. All I want is my money because I no longer have any faith in them...
Reaction: If you could not contact me how is it that I got the message from [email protected] with a TNT tracking number. Since you seem to know who I am just book my money back to Paypal

Reaction 3: I find it very hard to believe that you are unable to send to my Gmail.com email address and TNT can. You need to sack your IT person and start usin another mail server. Now you would like me to put my telephone number on as you call it "PUBLIC FORUM"
I asked which email address would you like me to USE, this is to be certain that YOU get the message, you of course did not supply one
Do you realise that all your answers are trying to blame me in some way for your inability to conduct and maintain normal business procedures. Using this FORUM is the only way I am sure I am getting your attention.
Last but not least but did you know that the TNT does not just deliver package but also letters. Can you explain why since you have so much difficulty in contacting me that you did not take the bother to send a letter to the same address you gave the TNT and tried to find my telephone number with. As a consumer in the Netherlands it should not be my job to chase you up but it is yours to ensure that you complete the contract you have with me since you accept my payment.

Strange that your Email ERROR - Alle mail komt echter retour met de foutmelding "402 no relay..."-- cannot be found using Google in English or Dutch. I do hope that a letter is on its way plus your answer to the Paypal Complaints Department
