Delivery : 5-7 business days
When I m about to checkout the options are very different, no option that includes taxes and shipping from UK as above

For more than 3 days I'm trying to get someone from the c.s. to reply to my questions. After 3 days, finally I got some answers, not very clearly, but still some were unanswered.
Then I tried again, yesterday to send another email, which suddenly was 'blocked'. They do have some strange 'tickets' method instead of fast and useful c.s. like a chat or email.
I just want to place an order and I have no one to turn to.
I think that nowadays, a company that doesn't have an excellent c.s. will vanish, because we as paying customers deserve an immediate and efficient services.

Please stop ordering here.
They send FAKE DHL tracking numbers, therefore they dont ship you another shipment if shipment is not delivered or got lost.
Customer service dont reply and the last times i dont trust this company anymore. Hope they will get Bankruptcy soon.

I have ordered a product for £150 on their site and customer service is very poor and slow turn around.
I have been sent the wrong item and is now Wednesday and no one has even offered a solution.
I have sent details to [email protected] as asked - but now reading reviews on here it's seems it was [email protected]!!! Please Someone help me as I feel totally lost and feel my money has been stolen. Can't send more than one ticket at a time and no chat function which leaves customers in the dark. Poor customer service experience with no one to turn to.
Edit: I have now progressed with my order and changed the outcome to 4 starts. I did however gave them some feedback on how the resolution works.
1. Only one ticket per person - maybe have a (require update) button to help big problems along faster.
2. When asked to send to email - maybe a cover email to be sent to say email received that explains a colleague will be with you within 48 hours for a reply.
Don't listen to some of the reviewers here - this company is legit - they just need to be better at resolving issues. Especially when customers have paid a large amount of money like I did.

Absolutely shocking!! Terrible service!!!! Took them over 2 weeks to send my purchase after sending false tracking numbers. Sent me the wrong device conveniently! When I asked for when I insisted they send me what I bought they came with stories. Now I am out of pocket and sitting with an inferior product where I paid more for the better one. Don’t trust them, scammers

Recently bought a YI home camera.
Delivered within a reasonable time, but badly packaged in bubble envelope, and so consequently the retail packaging was damaged.
When I tried to connect to the YI android app in the UK it proved impossible as this camera can only be used in mainland China.
When I raised a 'ticket' and complained that there was no information on the YI camera regarding the restricted geographical operation (China only) of the camera I was informed that the contents of the package do list that the instruction manual is in Chinese, and from this I was supposed to conclude that it is a China only model.
This is a totally unsatisfactory reply as the seller should take responsibility for declaring any limitations if supplying to customers outside China.
I have been asked to return the camera at my expense to China, despite the Conditions on the site giving a UK return address - but apparently this is no longer available.
This experience leads me to recommend that you avoid using Volumerate as they are not a careful or reliable company.
If I get any feedback that resolves my issue with Volumerate I will update this post.
My ticket has been closed and the email address does not work.
Think that sums up this company.
I contacted customer services (at cs address in a reply below) and obtained an apology and full refund from Lisa, of Volumerate's Customer Service section.
I have amended my star rating to reflect this.

Package worth € 11 was delivered with wrong value on label.
(Packages of less than €22 are duty free)
Value on label was: US$ 65.
Therefore Customs were charging € 23 duties and fee.
This is clearly a mistake of Volumerate / Dealextreme (VR/DX), who have printed the wrong value on the declaration label.
Of course I refused the package, and issued a ticket with VR/DX., asking them to resend these items with correct value printed on the label.
That seems sóóó simple, however...
This ticket is being handled by their Department of Silly Answers, who have great skills in driving you nuts. They do that by using different methods. Their favorites are: "Confusing" and "Broken Record Method".
In the end, even Blackmailing was part of the skills.
For instance: when I state clearly that I (myself) have refused the package, they ask you to verify if there are any customs regulations restricting import of these goods. (silicone popsicle moulds)
Next, they ask you to contact the local postoffice and ask them the reason for non-delivery.
Then, after I explained the situation once more, they state that they cannot change the value on the label because the package has already been sent.
So I explained once more. Then they told me that I can refuse the package, but I have to pay the shipping fee for returning the package.
This silly answer procedure continued for four (4!) weeks.
The total transcript of the messages take a full four (4!) pages!
As VR/DX seemed unwilling to solve this issue, I filed a complaint with PayPal.
Then VR/DX stated that they will refund or resend, but I still have to pay postage fee.
So I explained once more that the mistake was made by VR/DX and I am not going to pay extra charges.
Then VR/DX stated that they can only solve this issue AFTER I close the dispute at PayPal.
I then stated that I will NOT close the dispute BEFORE it is solved, but only AFTER it is solved.
Take care: once you close a dispute at PayPal, you cannot open it again, so that is final.
Anyway, it seems VR/DX are using a method called Blackmail.
And... they state that, if I escalate the dispute to PayPal, I will be responsible for causing huge delays.
Dúhhh, who is delaying this issue already for 4 weeks???
It makes you wonder what the objective of this company is.
But the good news is: I found the solution to avoid all this misery in the future: AliExpress

beware of this website, they will take your hard earned cash and run away with it(provide fake tracking numbers/send something different from what has been ordered by the customer(the picture of the items on the website do not conform with what the customer is going to be getting,this is known as "bait and switch"tactics meaning that the customer is going to be getting something of inferior quality(junk),an e-mail will be sent informing the customer that what has been ordered is "out of stock"and the customer will wait for the item to come back into stock(thing which is not going to happen) they will not refund when customer asks for a refund this is denied,instead they will send whatever piece of crap/junk they have from their scrap yard,customer will then complain that what has been received is not working,then all contact is lost/customer completely ignored/not helped at all.Also not forgetting that there may also be a risk of identity theft,asking for sensitive documents in order to be able to process the order which is illegal(DO NOT SEND THIS INFORMATION WHEN PROMPTED TO DO SO OR WHEN ASKED TO PROVIDE THIS INFORMATION AS IT IS NOT SAFE TO DO SO)ALL THAT THEY WANT IS THE HARD EARNED CASH AND STEAL IDENTITY INFORMATION.

Ordered two items from gadgetsworld.org. Payment was made for the first on 15-9-17 and another on 5-10-17. Today’s 25-12-17 and have not received either yet! Beware of ordering gadgets from this site! Feeling cheated and am informing credit card company to blacklist this company so that others are not cheated too!
Today’s 8 Jan 2018 and the two products have not been delivered yet! Obviously this company is out to cheat! Luckily, my credit card company is looking into the matter.

I used to buy stuff from eud.dx.com and i was very happy with the service. Since some time eud.dx.com redirects to volumerate.com. I ordered one 20 something dollar mi band 2 and it did not get delivered to Germany, because of some customs issues. I paid extra for insurance and for expedited delivery(5-7 days). When i asked for my money back already more than 40 days had passed since i ordered the band. The answer was to wait 2-3 more weeks. When i asked to paypal help me get my money back, they stepped up and got me my money. During this whole time(since the 22nd day) i had i ticket open at volumerate where i asked for assistance multiple times, but i was only asked to wait longer and longer. This is not a service. This is stupidity. I will never order again from them or from dx. There are some many other website, which offer exactly the same. I would not support such behaviour and incompetence any further.

Previous orders went through PostNL and delivery was no problem. Since i had no hurry, last order went with 'free shipping'. First package was held at the airport ('Alice' told me). So they had make a new shipment.
After 1.5 month without a singal or package i asked Volumerate when to expect the package. Had to wait several days they told me. Track&Trace showed it was delivered in UK instead of NL. So asked 'Alice' what went wrong. They said it was send back to them. 'Alice' gave me 3 options: resending, refund or refund on account. Oh, and the first 2 options
would cost me 2 dollars 'because it failed to deliver' and 'it was in their policy'...yes sure..So I made claimed at Paypal. 'Alice' now said they would resend it if i closed the claim at paypal. Had to tell her several times that that was not going to happen. At the end they did not reply at Paypal so Paypal made a refund. So: if ordered, pay with paypal (or other credit cards)

I tried to buy a phone from the site because they promise quick dispatch. My order went through, but after more than a week, my phone still hadn't been dispatched. Why? Because they hadn't charged the money. I could see on my online bankaccount that the money had been reserved for them - they just had to take it. I didn't want to wait a month for my phone to be dispatched.
So I wrote their real-time customerservice. And it was horrible. The person on the other end clearly wasn't very good at English. They were rude and kept telling me to pay. In the end they said the would talk to the relevant department about my issue.
A week later the money still hadn't been charged. I cancelled my order and I have no wish to try their services ever again.

Order 170203146016688052 canceled. After bidding a product marked "clearing" with a clear discount, my order was canceled by offering a small discount on another product indicated. This type of operations should be controlled and prosecuted, as it entails extortion to the consumer, a waste of time and money. You also open a ticket and do not answer, disastrous. I will never buy again in this type of store. Added to my blacklist.

I purchased a quite rare phone. After ten days of "processing" status of the order and after more than one attempt to communicate with them, they informed me that the product was out of stock, even though they updated the price, which was lower than before, but nont the fact that they didn't have the product anymore, obviously to attract customers with a product that all the other competitors didn't have.
