Voguepay, I am giving you a 2 star review because you indeed did help me get my money back from Jonesmutual. For those who have been scammed by Jonesmutual, platform of GreenRiver OU the scamming company, do reach out to Voguepay if you had done credit card transactions. They also agree that Jonesmutual is a scam, and hence were able to reverse and refund my transactions that was done even as early as Dec 2018 6 months ago! I thank you for that.
However, after this first assistance, the transaction currency was wrong and instead of the agreed amount to be returned, there was internal error that gave me back the amount short of more than 10% the intended amount. They did not tell me earlier that the fraudulent jones mutual bank transacted in EURO, only ask me what my bank can accept. I told them USD. So they took the amount in EURO and refunded me back in USD instead. Thats a difference of about 10% here between EURO and USD.
I wrote to them so many times and even called their front desk, which did respond but then no further solution, and just totally ignored me. This is an error in transaction and not due to forex exchange difference which they told me. IT IS AN ERROR IN PUTTING IN THE NUMBERS IN THE CORRECT CURRENCY. I CAN'T BELIEVE A MONEY TRANSACTING MIDDLE MAN CANNOT UNDERSTAND THE DIFFERENCE IN CURRENCY. CAN YOU CORRECT THIS AND REFUND ME THE BALANCE. OTHERWISE I WILL COMPLAIN FURTHER TO MORE AUTHORITIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bad experience with Voguepay.
First of all, customer support usually needs multiple emails of explanation. They are not consistent. They want proof of service delivery which I provided, 1 time I sent 6 emails with proof and none of them were good enough. After a week they finally accepted.
The second withdraw I sent all backend logs, which they replied it was not necessary, and my request was forwarded to the right department. This was on May 16 and it's now June 9. Whenever I ask why it's taking so long, they always "compliments of the day" and apologize about the delay.
Luckily we were briefly testing with Voguepay and the damage is only €350 or so.
Good luck to everyone dealing with this processor.

I did contact you via the Facebook chat, but you tell me to send an email to support instead. That I already tried dozens of times. Waste of time and de-installed the chat app again.
*Update: they now ask me why I want to withdraw all my funds (€310) in once, and how I'm planning to handle chargebacks...

I used Voguepay to deposit funds into investment plan, but now I have had two attempts at unauthorized withdrawals. Fortunately my bank cancelled my card, but I would still like to know who has attempted to do this. I have emailed Voguepay twice but they haven't responded. They are nothing like Paypal who have excellent customer service and respond quickly. I would not recommend using VoguePay and if I don't get any response shortly I will be posting a warning on my social media accounts

Application ended up to be a pain, was interested for a Plan B gateway with lower fees, they accept high risk business, but... The ammount of requirements they have are absurd.
First they asked to remove some info from my website, ok, then they asked more and more crap and implementation, and finally they confirmed (After the time wasting) that they dont accept "No refund business policy".
After that i made it very clear that i am no longer interested in their gateway and doing any business with them and loaded the backup of the website as it was originally, asked nicely to close my merchant account, to remove my personal information from their databases and make a refund for failed application. So far no response at all, my account still shows unverified and they have not removed my docs and info, i have my suspects that they just scammed me with the entry fee of 14,14€, i will update if i receive the refund but so far this is an awful gateway, it was recommended by one of my contacts who have the same business as I and have that gateway implemented, now that contact is no longer trusted by me either. I regret wasting my time on this absurd application, time is more valuable than money to me this days. Avoid like the plague, unprofessional gateway, maybe even scammers, i would not trust them anything.

Absolutely amazed by the incredible support service I received. Feedback and response time was excellent and had immediate assistance from their online social media platform a.k.a (facebook). After struggling for months and months to retrieve funds from a bogus online trading company, I eventually gave up and tried accepting that I may never see my money again, and took a chance one day to contact VoguePay as a last and final resort to try retrieve my funds I had invested and thought I would never see again, and to my utter disbelieve I got a instant response and was immediately assisted by VoguePay and my refund was retrieved and deposited back to me within an exceptional time frame of 2 weeks as I was informed it would be. I cannot express my appreciation enough for the exceptional service they provided and the financial burden that was lifted off my shoulders when I assumed to never see my money again.

For a period of time all was fine, but from sometime they have problems with withdrawal. We change bank details in Aprill and make withdrawal request - they ask us in email to approve it and for security reason ask for bank details again via email. We gave them everything - withdrawal status in dashboard is paid - we waiting for money, after 7 days we still don't get money. Im asking them for bank confiramtion of withdrawal - for it im waiting about 3 weeks ( its terrible that financial company give me that after 3 weeks! ). They give me it without any details that my bank can track this money etc. they give me just note like that "your transfer for XXX to bank details XX and XXX was made in XX month" - nothing more - my bank can't track it. One month we converse via email with support and we got information that mistake was on my side what was totaly stupidity beacuse full of responsibility was on VoguePay we give correct details in Dashboard and via Email. Im still waiting for this - about 75 days it's fck crazy.... but ok, mistake is possible for everyone, sooo now I have 2 pendings withdrawal with about 1 month request date - they ask me after some weeks ( it was 5th July ) to cancel it and request withdrawl again - I do it as they ask. After two days of withdrawal request they write to me that it's already proccesed and will be paid today ( it was 7th July ). OK fine im waiting, one day, two days, three days, four days, five days and still nothing - withdrawal request is still pending so whats going on if they write to me 7th July that they process it and it will be paid in some hours. I write to them 10th July why my withdrawal is still pending, they answer that need 48hours more. OK no problem. after 72hours withdrawal request it still pending.
I do not recommend any company to cooperate with VoguePay - they have terrible withdrawals delays and mistakes. If your company is small they can block all your funds for ekhm... how long? You don't know that, beacuse they do not watch their regulations, terms and conditions.
We need to wait T+5 ( it's fine for me ) and I will quote here VoguePay
"We usually do everything possible to ensure withdrawal requests are paid within 24 hours. Sometimes, it might take up to 48 hours after initiating it. This is based on our terms and conditions."
Wait? Whaaaaaaat? 24h? 48h? Hahahaha - now it's impossible. I don't know what's change in this company maybe EXIT SCAM? - but now they are lost my trust and today im hiding they gateway on my site.
Total lack of responsibility - i don't reccomend at this time VoguePay to any bussiness owners beacuse im not sure that your money will be safe.
Also they block recomendtaions on Facebook.

Initially I had an issue with merchant due to double charge on my credit card and non provision of service so I reached out to VoguePay helpdesk.
VoguePay initiated the process and in couple of weeks time, refunds were processed.
There might be some dodgy merchants but VoguePay looks after customers and resolves issues as per the available facts which is appreciable.

My credit card was copied and illegal spending was $ 150. I had no idea who spent what he did, what he was buying. the only thing I know is that it was from a company called Veguepay. When I was thinking about how to get my money, I had to write an email to this company. but when I look at the page, it's somewhere on the other side of the world. They made me come back with the first message. despite my bad English, they answered the first message I sent.
Even though I was desperate to get my money for a while, they were always in contact with me to help. They were kind and polite when you were writing.
They contacted the seller as soon as possible and canceled the shopping.
They saved me from losing 150 Usd to the crooks. I owe them a thank you. I'm happy to know that you have such beautiful people.
Wishing success to the entire VEGUEPAY family from here. I wish you plenty of gains.
