and yes Even 2g of other network works faster than Vodafone 4g.Worst service ever.. Worst internet..Very very very disappointed.

I haven't seen many positive reviews about Vodafone India. My experience suggests most of the bad experiences with this service provider must be true and people are fed-up. I use a basic red pack as I don't need the data packs etc. I use the number when travelling abroad for receiving any important text messages.
In October I received an i-roam automatic bill of INR 1300, after disputing it was reversed. In November again I received i-roam automatic of INR 1700 i disputed this time but no avail. In december 2019 i visited a Vodafone store near churchgate Mumbai to cancel the i-roam facility and they did it but in dec i have got again an i-roam automatic bill of INR 2300.
I never opted for i-roam facility which they have levied on me without consent. I am sure there are many like myself suffering from the predatory rent-seeking behaviour of this company in India. I would like to do number porting to another service provider ... can someone suggest how I can do so even when i am not in my country.

Worst customer service & company policies. Never buy postpaid connection they just loot you with lots of irrelevant bills and also never listen your complaint.

I will never suggest anyone to go for Vodafone Network.Its a worst network in India with very poor service.Its a wastage of money with fake promises.This network is a mental depression for its customers.Its been 2 days I am continuously calling to customer service and they are not supportive at all, even their senior managers don’t know how to treat customers.
After doing multiple calls to vodafone network my problem is still not solved and these people don’t even care about it.
Please don’t use vodafone network, its worst.

SERIOUS SECURITY BREACHES AND INCOMPETENCE
I took out a contract with Vodafone India on arrival to India. Photocopies of my passport and one year visa were taken along with various other details.
I have since had to visit another store to provide these details again at the request of Vodafone.
It appears my data has been lost again and I refused to provide details for a third time. Now Vodafone have cut off my data package and refused to advise how I should make a complaint.
I received written assurances on the 9th December that the matter had been resolved but since then have received daily phone calls offering wildly inconsistent advice regarding my service.
Vodafone India have not only failed to fulfil their contract with me, but also offer the worst service I have ever received from any major company.

I recently ported to Vodafone from another Network, I don't get 4g network since I ported to Vodafone, I never get 4g network , so one day I tried calling Custer care for help,
One lady picked my call and explained my concern, she told if u r not getting Vodafone 4g network , try to connect idea 4g network it's merged with idea.
I tried to do the same but it's my sim is failling to register with idea 4g network, I tried.all the day from different location, but it's failling.
Another day I tried calling customer care,
One guy picked my call and I explained same,
He told Vodafone does not have 4g network.
Then I asked what to do to get 4g, he asked to use idea4g network, I said it's failing he replying like 'keep trying all the day until u get the 4g network' . It's was a irresponsible answer from vodafone, they are not worrying about the customers. They don't have solution for the customer queries. I am porting to another Network from this bad Network.

Vodafone is a very bad network .we use it for 2 months in postpaid and we got a bill of 850 even there was no outgoing or incoming to this number. and we informed our nearest store to change it into prepaid
But they didn't change it .And after a month we asked to deactivate the SIM. They didn't do so. After a couple of months they again raised a bill of RS. 950.afyer this we are asked to pay 100 for deactivation also; this makes us leads to metal depression and we are worried about the issues.the network is waste of time and money

4G not working for 30 days out of the last 40 days. Wrote several emails, got the same reply with the same set of questions which no one at the company bothered to read. On the top of that they notified me after 1 day I paid my bills that I have used ,90% of my quota of 40 GB. Still have not got any call back.
How can a private sector company be so underperforming? Guess because we Indians are forgiving people. Other countries they would have been fined millions of dollars multiple times.
They behave as if they deserve the money without providing the service.

Vodafone service is Pathetic.
All they do is send some automated email/message when you complain, if you are lucky you get a call with some clueless person at the other end saying they are sorry... but does the problem get solved? NO.
I have wasted 3 months where the DND service that I activated in October still doesn’t work.
THeir app shows my complaints being ‘Closed’ even when the nuisance it still on. They have raised charges and dropped service standards. Calls drop but spam messages come like clockwork- maybe because Vodafone themselves sell our data to tele marketers.
I am switching to another service

Getting very very low quality network right now. Thus discontinued to recharge. Now Vodafone is sending messages like, your incoming facility is discontinued in ur number.
Firstly, u guys will provide rubbish network then will send this kind of messages.
Ur network is the reason for not recharging, so it's totally ur fault. Now u guys are pressuring to recharge again.
Such a bad policy.
Would not recommend Vodafone any more.

I m using vodafone number. I lost my 295 rupee because of bad customer care service. 21st november happens this. I called customer care number. They told me will refund within 24 hrs. I didn't get refund. I called 5 time in customer care they told me will refund. 6 time they told sent a mail in to customer care. They didn't give a call and solution for this issue. Last time they told recent that mail. Still I didnt get resolve for this issue and not give enquiry also.
I feel very wrost service I have seen in my life.

I'm Dad using this number 9833658178 last 8year .. I have bad experience in veera Desai outlets. I am regular coming last 5th month.. My deposit amount still not receive People make fool every time..... First time visit thay take money to me with deposit amount thay after it change post paid prepared...after 45day later you'll receive the refund amount till date not received vodafone Service center it's poor

Worst nerwork ever. I'm at my home and they show that I'm roaming. "3G-4G network coverage everywhere" says vodafone and what we get is just Edge. That too if you're that much lucky. I cant even post this review using this network. Coverage , internet everything is too bad. I recharged for Rs.199 and now it's a total wastage. Don't use vodafone.
