I have raised an complete in vodafone not even an single response from them and complete was given 15/09/2019 and still it's in open status. If I am calling to the customer care TEAM LEADER Mr. Kiran it will be resolved in 24hr still it is not yet resolver. My billing due date is on 27/09/2019 if we do late payment vodafone will charge us RS:- 50 to 100/- . If you people are not resolving customer queries or complete. So I am not yet all happy. Vodafone customer care people are totally hope less.

I am really fed up with the customer care people of Vodafone. If you are really training them to play bluff on your customers atleast train them to be uniform in that. The explanations are different from different executives of yours. And not even the manager they transfer to has logical answers. Before taking out someone's money out of their pocket atleast do ask them, don't be a thief please.

Fruad people do exist here.
I was porting my circle from Delhi to other state. I did the needful formatlities and then the harashment started. Continuous calls from Delhi customer service, even from personal mobile number to retain my circle. They even offered me a link to nullify my message charges and some advance credit in my VodaNumber. I denied and decide to go with my decision. Their Customer care then created a completly false scenario and made me cancel my request without a prior notice.

Bad customer service, Bad WiFi service, you can't access internet most of the time in the day due to their frequent technical difficulties, their Customer Service officials don't pick up the phone when needed, but call up at odd hours during the day for useless offers that i don't need.

I have been using Vodafone from 9 years.
Sometime they are very good and sometime extremely worst.
From past one month the Vodafone serivise is getting worst. Too many problems with the DATA NETWORK, the calls are normal, but the data is getting worst. It's been 2 days, I am not able to use my data.
The network tower is full but still the data speed is extremely worst(data not connecting).
Very unhappy with the way how customer service replies.
I think now they are least bothered about the customers and the service.
To connect customer service , it's even more horrible.
You reached this position with a lot if hard work dont lose it so easily.

I have not activated the games but your call center guys are arguing saying i did... If you have doubt you can check ur database if i have played any games... They say i clicked the link... I asked vodafone not to send any messages from vadofone.. Why did u people send the unwanted messages or links...even thou if have pressed unknowingly why did you not asked for the confirmation on that or call me and asked me abt the activation...after several months you thanking for the continuation I charged for 1000 rs now it is 250 is in my balance... And i didnt spend so much amt on calling other... If this is the case for the existing customer from several years... This is not my first vodafone is cheating on calls.... I will publish every where in social media abt the cheating activities vodafone r doing....i request you to repay back the amt which vodafone is grabbing from thier own customer...

Customer phone service is very bad. When I call it gives only local language automated voice and does not even give a option of selecting English or Hindi or a local language. When I set the default language to English it does not remember the selection next time I call.

Bought sim card at two different places. One never worked, another worked for about an hour. I don't understand why this worldwide brand performs so crappy in India.
They did not offer a solution I just had to buy a new sim.
Funny example: the second shop was unable to call the first shop. The number was not existing or something....
Save your time, money and peace of mind and go somewhere else.

I did not read a review on Vodaphone before my adventure with this company. I had good experience in Europe, so I thought they are same. So now, I learned my lesson.
I could not agree more. Vodaphone in India is the worst company I have dealt with. I hope many people read this.
I travelled to Bangalore, India and bought a SIM card. After all paperwork are filled, I waited for 2 days (since I was told that it will take that long to have it activated). after the first two days, then May 1 come. I called Vodaphone and asked why it is not activated after 2 days, they told me no work is done on May 1. That was 3 days. Throughout all the time waiting for activation, I kept calling Vodaphone. The agent asked me the phone number and kept telling me that it will be ... "activated tomorrow"
On the 4th day, I personnaly take Uber to the store where I originally bought the SIM card. The attendant told me that she needs my home address in USA to complete the paperwork. I asked why she did not ask me on the first day, she told me that she forgot. She then told me that activation will be tomorrow (sounds familliar ?? ). But frankly, why is my address in US have anything to do with buying a SIM in India ? I just dont get it.
The next day, it was not activated. Since I have completed my work at my company, I travelled to New Delhi. I called her at her work. Now, she told me that she still need a piece of personal reference in Bangalore before she can submit the paperwork.
Needless to say, I was completely upset and told her to forget the whole thing. I already spent too much time and it seemed that Vodaphone just does not care if their customers are happy or not.
But, I know one thing. no more Vodaphone from me next time, in India or anywhere I travel

From yesterday onwards my data pack is not working as such I have lost my business and suffered a lot, When contacted to your customer care executive I was surprised to know that my pack of RS 398/- has been collapsed due to subsequent recharge of 199/- but the information provided to me is false ,it is nothing but cheating to customer by worst cellphone provider , as I had suffered a lot i may go to consumer forum to protect against such cheating.
Here with I request you to activate my pack with immediate effect to avoid legal proceedings

I have also send many mails to this company about billing courier service but no action has been taken. This company has been in a partnership with the BSA citi courier which is the worst company. They use to give the bills to bsa, but that company never pay their delivery boys with that the bills never reached to the customers. Its just fraud!

Vodafone India is the worst network service providers. These people has the worst customer support as I faced the network issue 5 months back and they said they will resolve it but they kept on fooling me instead then I shifted my usage to my other sim card and thought to make it prepaid now there is the list of issues i am facing these days from past a month:
1. They have a legacy of "mini stores" which actually can do nothing but only pay your bills and for any other work you need to visit the Vodafone "store" which are not at all near you.
2. The "Vodafone mini stores" do not open on Sundays, so if you're visiting to get some information you need to visit on a weekday. PS I have visited 2of these
3. Even if you survive that, then, they will charge you extra ₹47(which is my bill on pro-rata basis for 3 days) so that they can keep your number running for extra 3 days, which is the PROCEDURE of converting postpaid to prepaid.
4. Now it comes the time when you finally visit the STORE and pay the outstanding balance even for non-usage they will misguide you that you that your number will be converted from prepaid to postpaid within 24hrs without visiting the store again. PS I know that in this conversion executives hand over new sim to you and i asked for the same then they replied that I would not be needing it.
5. Now when you are losing your patience then they are asking you to give the name of the executive who misguided you by visiting store again as they can send thir executives to your place only when they need you to port your number to vodafone.

Firstly people at customer service don't know about the package details and provide wrong information to customer and in the end put unnecessary charges on customer and if customer trying to raise a complain they just keep giving different complain numbers without solving the issue.
