Do not get it ever tv is off more times than on same with wifi goes off 5 times a day randomly ring them up it’s just pakis who tells ye to turn on and off spend hours on hold no answer never get them ever load of balls

I am so sorry I did not check the reviews for this company before I had anything to do with them. I spoke with them on two occasions and got a package that I was happy to go with. I rang Sales this morning, after ten minutes wait I just got Goodbye and the phone went dead I tried again and the same thing. I eventually got through and proceeded with my order for the original agreed price. Ten minutes later I got a phone call to say that they could not give it to me and it would be another €30 extra. I requested to speak to a Manager but she was not helpful in any way she kept telling me that the new package was the price and that was it. I would not recommend them to anyone and I certainly will never deal with them again.

I just got off a phone with a technical support customer service agent. Unfortunately, I missed his name. He was the most arrogant person I have ever dealt with at Vodafone. He indirectly told me I was a lair. I told him I am using a CAT 6 cable and not a CAT 5. He told me he believes his system over me. In the past few months, Vodafone service went from bad to TERRIBLE. I would NOT recommend anyone using their Broadband and VoIP service. I WILL move to another provider at the end of my contract and NEVER return.

Awful. Today had to use husbands credit card to top up. Was redirected to Customer Services. They told me that they needed to speak with him before allowing me to top up. Impossible as we were both working. I needed to make an emergency call & wasn’t able. It’s not the first time I’ve experienced problems with Vodafone. Looking into new service provider.

There should be no stars, absolutely awful how are they still going,they have just gone down hill regards customer services and everything else in general ,signed for a new home broadband deal which came with a back to school offer,,free mobile phone and Bluetooth speaker,,,,ye right were is it was told within 21 days,,,, the CEO probably gave it to her kids,,,,joke stay clear in the process of jumping ship after 7 years,,,avoid avoid avoid, something needs to be done about it why doesn't everyone just leave and join someone else,,,

Signed up as a new customer: Ordered a sim online with a request to port my number. Porting would start in 2 days. From previous experience with them, their SIMs arrive next day registered post.
After a day, no SIM arrived and no tracking number was provided. Realized I porting would now happen before SIM arrived, effectively cutting my mobile off.
When I detected the delay in their order system, and tried to flag it in advance, support chat agent told me that it was my fault for requesting the porting time so soon (their system should not have allowed this). After an hour on chat, and "chatting to a manager", they were adamant that nothing could be done: i would be disconnected without a replacement sim card and it was entirely my fault.
What I've learned is that different teams cannot work together to resolve a problem (that IMO they caused), order processing team cannot be reached *ever* regarding an order (whether for a sim or a $$$ phone delivery)
Their call centre cannot handle questions like this (I was put on hold for 15 minutes when I asked for a tracking number before being disconnected suddenly) and their own "order tracking" system doesn't show any information.
All of my issues aside, there's some important notes:
- there is no order status
- there is no way to contact someone about your order
- there is no apparent returns or complaints procedures
- phone calls will not be answered (as you are not their customer yet) on 1907 and there is not alternative number
- a (reasonably) simple operation to cancel could not be canceled because of infighting which had a major impact on me

There should be a negative star rating for this awful company. NEVER AGAIN will I contract with this company. Their customer service is not just a joke......it's non-existent! Without a doubt the worst service provider I have ever had to deal with. Nothing but problems from the very first day of installation. Inundated with unsolicited phone calls from the sales team throughout the duration of my contract but when you try to contact them about an issue......forget it! My contract is up for renewal.....I don't want it....no one answering the phone at any time of the day.....no email address to contact them...on-line chat told me nothing to do with them as they are only sales! I cannot think of enough expletives to describe this terrible company. Have wasted hours of my time trying to contact them......I should be reimbursed for my time. Just going to cancel my Direct Debit.....I guarantee they will contact me then!! I will never use them again and I am telling everyone I know and anyone else who will listen....to avoid them like the plaque.

Terrible customer support. Advetise online phones what are out of stock, do not give refund. Its nearly impossible to contact them. Facebook team is a joke, ask name, gone- then after a week -DOB, then after couple of day only ask -How we can help?!
In the store staff are nice only if when you buying phone, but when problem arise they are rude and ignorant. I had very bad experience with them in Swords and Omni. Barry should be sacked. My advice get phone directly from manufacturers because Vodafone dont take responsibility on the warranty. Staff have no knowledge and act like robots. I wonder who employ them.

Probably the worst service ( customer service included ) I have experienced! Problems from day one with there broadband package, promised best speeds this that and the other..... A gimmick and a sham of a company. Avoid at all costs,if the 2hr phone calls trying to get the issue resolved doesn't pis* you off then the "broadband signal" definetly will .

I am a customer of Vodafone for 20 years. I organised an upgrade which i received end of June this year. I took the phone out this morning to start setting it up. I thought I'd better organise insurance on this phone before i change over. I rang and spoke to agent Nagwa Mohamed - very unhelpful. She said I should have done this 1 month post getting the phone now there was no option for insurance from vodafone. I asked to speak to supervisor - Miriam Shafie who wasnt available. I explained that the 1 month only to add insurance had not been explained to me the customer. I explained that I was only starting to use the phone and this is why I was trying to organise the insurance now. Another opertor Simone then told me it was in the fine print of the contract which i had signed (even though i'm pretty sure i didnt sign a contract) and that this was the facts i had one month and basically go away. she has scheduled a call with a supervisor for next week but I am so disappointed as a customer - Vodafone have really dropped their service levels. The training they are providing to their personnel is obviously of a low standard and maybe it would be a positive thing for supervisors to cover weekends as the operators are not capable of dealing with customers in an efficient manner.

Business Landline suspended because Vodafone didn't allocate payment. Still not unsuspended despite paying the bill again by Credit Card.
Spoke with Agent in Vodafone Cork who between himself and his Escalation Specialist would not ring OpenEir directly or Vodafone voice team to have suspended lifted as they are following process.
I would not recommend Vodafone Business Landline services to anyone.

Shocking customer service.
Tryi g for 2months to speak with a real human being and no luck. Contacted their Facebook and they said ring 1907. Contacted their Twitter and told ring 1907, went in store, told to contact 1907.... I am blue in the face telling people 1907 does not work!!!
Went in to the store again and told them to ring 1907 and surprise surprise they could not get through, so they dialed an admin line for me, spoke to a polish girl who would not listen to a word I said and kept speaking over me to the point I asked for a manager. I was told a manager would call me back at 12 the next d say, waited from 12 to 12.41 and to my surprise.... no call.
Contacted their ever elusive online chat which is a roll of a dice if it's working or not and got through to some Indian woman who told me to wait while she escalated... and again... and again, till it came to around the hour mark I just had enough and asked for my complaints ref number and the name of the agent I was speaking to, and shocker... She couldn't provide it as her systems 'wouldn't open so she said she would text me instead, and guess what... yes you have guessed correct.... no text. Absolutely useless company couldn't give a toss about their customers, as seen by the 1star rating in this, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Been abroad for the last 2 weeks and have faced nothing but problems. First I couldn't make any calls, now I've noticed I'm not receiving text messages unless they come from an Irish number - which is preventing me from logging into my damn airline app and getting my tickets!! Tried to speak to their customer service agents, all Indian names, not one who actually speaks correct English. "May I know you have Ireland number?""May I know you want to get the text from bank?". Outsourcing has caused this company to go into ruins.

Terrible standard of customer service. Currently on hold coming up to 1 hour and 40 mins. I've been passed from one rep to the next, currently on hold waiting for 4rd rep to assist. They tell you they are passing you through to a rep with suitable expertise, but seem to just put you back in the hold loop & the next rep has no prior knowledge of your situation which is extremely frustrating. They all seem to pass the buck. Looking for assistance on simple wifi connectivity issues - DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY

Hi I took accidently 300Gigabyte connection with them. Speed is absolutely terrible no were near to 300 only getting 40 - 80 mbps (80 if I'm lucky). tried to speak with customer service agent waited 1.30 no one on the other end till. Never ever recommend to anyone not even to people I hate.

I was a loyal customer of Vodafone for 7 years.
In general I had very good experience since this year.
Seems that their customer service degraded a lot lately.
After not very polite and not very professional chat conversation with one of their agents, he advised I should search for different provider.
I already started checking what options are available.

Shocking example of how not to do business. No support on phone lines now, just an option to receive a callback, tried this twice and did not receive a call. Have been with Vodafone for 15 years now, since you haven’t bothered to call me for a new contract it’s time for a change I’m off!

Broadband hasn’t worked from day 1 but I’m still charged although I call every day, endless calls zero satisfaction, no 1 calls back, 6 weeks later and it still doesn’t work, did I mention the damage to my house, I think they are hoping I’ll go away! Stay as far away from this company unless you want ur stress levels through the roof😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

All good until something stops working. I had gigabit broadband connection that was great until the contract cooling off period expired. One month on and I have about half of the service I paying for; it just is not reaching the speeds I (and they) expect from a fibre to the home connection!
Vodafone's support is terrible. Regardless of the time of day, you will be left waiting for well over an hour to get through (I am ready to contact the consumer watchdog about this).

Just dont bother. They dont care what your problem is as long as they're getting money and when they stop receiving money theres no call or email to try and fix anything but a letter and email from a debt collection agency.

WORST NETWORK PROVIDER IN THE WORLD ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL...
It is safe to say Vodafone is the worst Network provider anyone could ever experience. Greatest mistake i made was the day i moved to Vodafone. A network has no regards or care for their customer all they care about is taking your money. i got charge 120 euro for a service i didnt ask for from a third party company Vodafone allowed to have access to customers mobile number which definitely is a complete breach of customer data protection. This company is called XQuizzit be careful people as they have access to Vodafone customers mobile numbers and will send you a text which automatically subscribes you to their so call advertising program of which you will have absolutely no idea about but then you being charged by Vodafone from your direct debit this was my case just last month when i received my bill.
And tried to report the case to Vodafone to find out how my number got in the hands of people like that and been charge 120 euro for absolutely something i had no idea about. They told me they will put a ban to all that premium numbers last month,But only for me to realize now yet again i am been charged again for the same thing and still noting can be done what type of Network provider is Vodefone.
NO CUSTOMER DATA PROTECTING AND CONSTANT EXCESSIVE CHARGE OF CUSTOMER THROUGH DIRECT DEBIT WITH NO PROPER EXPLANATION.

I have had an issue with add ons on my bill for the past 3 months. Resulting in me getting overcharged.
I have contacted vodafone customer care, they keep you on hold, drop the calls, say they will ring you back and dont.
They are extremely difficult to deal with and still my issue has not been resloved. The company is grand once you dont have an issue . There is no customer care !
