Terrible customer service. Very hard to understand due to differences in accents. Never get back to me even when they say they will. No emails. No updates. When I filled in a complaint form the reply two days later was an automated reply telling me to ring customer service. Nothing is clear.I’m locked out of my account. When I phoned for assistance she did not understand me at all. This is crazy. I will terminate shortly. Will that be simple or more crazy circles. Is this designed to confuse so I give up, or just a totally unorganised company.
I have just discovered there is a Telecommunications Tribunal. Google. If anyone needs to use them first make a formal complaint to Vodafone on their form. If no luck use that form and take to T Tribunal. Sheesh.

Have been a Vodafone customer for 19 years... called customer service today to try and sort out a new plan. Worst service ever. Their reps know nothing about their products, could not understand what I was even asking them, and put me on hold to go read a manual to try figure out what product I was enquiring about. If I could give less stars, I would have. Their helpline is a complete joke. We have wasted so much time over the last 5 weeks trying to get our tv connection sorted. Have been though numerous extenders and tv boxes. It works while the tech is in the house and 2 hours later it dies.
The call center knows nothing and just goes through the manual. I had one insinuated that I was lying, when in fact it was he who was lying.
For a Communications Co, they are @#$# at communication!

Real frustrating about their services, wasting time is the 1st concern. They take all out details for any case never follows up , then every and each time you call them you still do the same way, you never get a response for your query or answered. All I wanted to tell them that I don’t need their service at all since they never fix theirs issues, and I wanted to talked one of their manger that I won’t be paying their contract termination fee since it’s their fault. But these people never put me thru to their managers at all ended up saying chain lies all the time, (the people who work there doesn’t need to teach how to tell lies) Finally I stop paying to them, will see what will happen now.
We need telecommunications disputes help a lot now.

Today I needed to phone Vodafone as my landline was not working.
I spoke to a most wonderful, patient, friendly & most helpful man who was in the contact centre India. His English was sooooooooo good.
We were on the phone for ages - he didn't give up or try to fob me off He did everything possible & remedied the issue,
I was so impressed with his customer service.
I felt he needed to be recognised for this. I didn't get his first name but his surname is Sheieh (apologies if Ive spelt incorrectly)

worst customer service from the start to the end. Regret my whole life with Vodafone for about 8 years. Had a lot of issues and but stayed patient for all 8 years hoping they improve, but apparently i am a dumb one here. Zero transparent billing, sneaky contract terms especially around notice period while I am not on any fixed term contract, zero &&&& given about problems I have, lies and dishonest promotion deals, usual wait time to speak someone for at least half an hour on hold, zero call backs, no email address i can send, all stupid outsourced call centre, no response to feed backs, complex bills, irresponsible customer specialist.....etc its the whole package of the worst of all. I am finally fed up and only trying to get my contract terminated, but guess what, they made it super hard and hassle to end any contracts. you MUST CALL to cancel any contract and the wait time for your call is like 2 days. What a great service that I have been paying for. I really hope this company goes under sooner.

Don't even try to switch from another mobile provider. Vodafones do it yourself Website is not user friendly and if you call them a person in a faraway land with an accent which requires you to have them repeat everything several times..... and then ask who Spark is!! I will stick with the latter and waste my valuable time on something else.

My essay on my near death experience with vodafone. Good to see its not just me.
Tuesday: trying to sell me a new plan I din’t want or need. I only rang to add a tablet share to my account. Anyway, new order put through. Guy says new sim will be sent in the post. Cool.
Wednesday: trying to figure out what the guys saying. Extremely poor accent.
Wednesday: trying to figure out what the girls saying. Another poor accent.
Wednesday: nine phone calls in total trying to figure out why my order was cancelled. New sim ordered. I ask if sim is sent in the post or via a courier service. Courier. Can you please write on the package for no signature to be required and to leave over the back gate. Sure thing he said.
Thursday: what a great day. Letter in the post saying: no one was home to receive your package.
Friday: Depot to pick up package. No special notes were visible on the package. Good to see I’m a valued customer.
Sunday: Vodafone Westcity Mall, Henderson, 3pm. I ask for another tablet sim. Girl ticks wrong box in application, gives me the sim and says she’ll call me when she fixes the mistake and the card is activated. “Thanks hun, and when will that be?” In about half hour.
6pm: no call, on the phone to customer service, asking what the f . u . c . k.
“Oh we can’t help you sir, theres no information available. But please call the store directly as they can help you.”
Monday: 4:09pm. Tried calling Westcity Vodafone to sort issue. No less than three seconds later and the call gets diverted to customer service. Great. I get told to try again in half an hour as they could be on a break. Sure thing, I realise useless people need breaks too. I call the number 15 more times before 5pm, each time the call being diverted away from the retail store to customer service. I call a last time at 5:03pm, “You have reached our retail customer care team outside of operating hours. Please hold while we transfer your call to customer services.”
Very strange, as their website clearly states the store is open until 6pm.
Annddd tonight, Monday 7:14pm. This is the final call I tell myself. Get it sorted or find a new network.
Here’s what you get when you spend 1 hour and 22 minutes on the phone with two minions and three supervising minions, over various departments. “Oh yes sir, we can see you have made an order, but we are not able to see any other information. So and so can fix this, let me pass you on to them.” And here I am, multiple calls with various minions that have led to Vodafone’s target. An unhappy valued customer.
Ooohhh I can’t wait for tomorrow.

Terrible. The customer service is truly awful. I have applied for some changes to my Vodafone account/plans etc. There are no confirmation emails.Its very hard to get through. Kept on hold. Redirected. Very hard to understand the person trying to help me ( we have different accents). Never given a time for the new services I applied for, just told it would occur within 3-7 or 3-5 working days. Rang again as there were no changes. Told wait two more days. Nope. Lol.
Vodafone’s been so frustrating. I feel Im just being fobbed off and get a feeling too that Im just being a nuisance. They use to be great. Now they have lost my support.
The online chat is a joke.
I won’t phone again as it’s an ordeal.

What a PATHETIC company, absolutely awful. Have been trying all day to get thru to someone and after 30mins of waiting I just get cut off. Taking your call centre to bloody India is a JOKE!!! I just want to cancel my services with you people. Would appreciate if I can even get thru to anyone, ARRRGHHH so FRUSTRATING!!! Your company doesn’t even deserve the one star I have given!!!

I'm so disappointed on vodafone I've been with them for 6years for my plan. I got top up today for $20 and they told me best roaming plan is $5 so I got that with 20mins call and 200mb Data. That's why I got that . And after that my balance $15 is gone. Only left is $1.05. I'm so disappointed. I ask for refund. And they said no.

Bought a C9 phone, on someone else's recommendation. First mistake. Downloaded app. Second mistake. Tried to get help from Vodafone. Last mistake. This has got to be the worst smartphone in the world. It drops everything, games, normal apps, streaming, always have to empty cache because cleaning apps don,t work on storage cache. Oh, and their 3g network sucks. Oh, and fry and find their diagnostic app on their site? Forget about it. So in conclusion FUK the C9,

Soo, we ask Vodafone to cancel out broadband in the 31st of this month. Get home today, it's cancelled already.
Phone the helpline and get disconnected after being on phone for 25 minutes, I expect because it was 20 minutes after closing time and my man wanted to go home.
Rugby world cup starts tonight, and at this stage, thanks to vodafone not being able to follow a simple instruction, I won't be watching.
Currently on hold, 18 minutes and counting.
And you wonder WHY no one likes you!

1 star is a struggle for this outfit. I now have 5 of their hideous gadgets using more power. The TV service is just as frustrating as their app. You cant even complete a complaint form online! I just cant stand them.
They got rid of their email service but somehow some random has managed to hack into my email address. Im not surprised at all.
I look forward to the day i get rid of them forever! They have nothing at all going for them.
Think long and hard if you are considering switching to vodafone - trust me, signing up with this scamming outfit has been the biggest mistake ive made in my life!

Upgraded RBI plan 2 months ago. The following Saturday night they cut our connection. Rang, and was advised we had outstanding $500 bill. We didn't. Had to wait until Monday, called back, discovered they had charged us a contract break fee to upgrade our plan. Got that reversed.
One month later, got email advising they would be throttling RBI connections and since that was different to the terms of contract we signed up for, we could exit with no break fee. Yay, a way out of this horrible company ! So I canceled our contract, making clear that we were not to be charged a break fee. Well. They cut us off 4 days early, charged a break fee, I have spent hours on the phone to them and had to dig out the email to prove we could exit... and is still not resolved. And these are only the most recent issues. Soul destroying experience with these sods.

Called VF to get wifi back. Person one told me my account never existed. Went on hold for 2 hours. Finaly got to a lady who said they were very busy, and will cal back later @ 5. Now 7 nothing. WORST HELP LINE EVER!!!!

The most usless company of them all! I don’t know how it still exist- first i purchased a pack and they offered free 1gb data. As i was away from home and didn’t think i need to use the wifi at home as I’ve already had datas on my phone.. Believe it or not, soon as i got to the shops and switched on my mobile datas - internet connection failed because apparently i had no datas. Rang them up when i got home and the rep said ‘oh just switch your phone off and switch it back on ad it should be fine’ . I then did what was told, still no changes. Y’all need to up your game with your product knowledge because it’s definitely not good and doesn’t look like it will go far.
If you don’t know what you’re doing, don’t just give out false info to people cause it’s really annoying.
