Bought products, sent them back. Canceled my acct. They claim to have issued a refund LIARS.

Asked for a trial offer for a small fee, never received it, they proceeded to charge me monthly. I would get reference numbers for the credit and cancellation. Credits would not come and I would get charged again. As of 9/1/2016 I am out about $180 over 5 separate charges and have my 3rd reference # assuring me credit and that I will not be charged again. This is a den of THIEVES, you can call it what you want but it is honestly nothing short of that. BUYER BEWARE.

I bit on trial offer for megadrox and testadrox for shipping and handling cost. They charged my debit card 14 days later for $59.95 and $54.95. I called my bank immediately and filed a claim for unauthorized charges and requested the bank advise me how to reverse charges and stop future charges. The claim department initiated a three way call. Charges were reversed and the account was closed immediately. If calling vlhealth directly fails, try that route.

They advertised their product to try, all you have to do is pay just the shipping cost. No way in their a pitch to try their product, that it was a 14 day trial period and they was going to debit your account. They debit my account for $59.95 which was never authorized , call the company and let them know this was not what was advertised and did not give anyone permission to debit my account. Called my bank to make sure they never debit my account again, the company also said they will refund my, waiting to see if they do.

I paid a $5 chafe for shipping a "free" sample and then three weeks later was charged $54.94 & $59.95. Do not do any business with VL Health. They should be thrown in jail.

I was charged $59.95 for some membership with this company. I didn't authorize this charge and It never explained that I was signing up for a membership when I order the product. The product don't work. There are other product 1000% better. I asked for my money back and they tell me because it was past 21 days they can't refund my money. It's only been 14 days. I will call my back and have them investigate and get my money back. DO NOT GET ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

This site is bullshit. It doesn't work and I tried to return it they gave me the run around. Then had the balls to charge my account my account 54.99. When I clearly told them their product was shit. It wasn't until I called and threatened them with a lawyer. Was I able to cancel!

I placed my introductory order on may 26th and my card was charged on may 27th. i lost my job on monday, may 30th so i called and cancelled my subscription and all future orders. my card was subsequently charged again on june 27th for $54.95 and $59.95.
when i called to cancel yet again and also get my money refunded, i spoke with a young "lady" and she was so nice until i asked for my refund and to speak with a supervisor, she abruptly hung up on me! there is no way in *** i will ever do business with this company again! furthermore, i will let everyone know who is will to listen that this is not a reputable company!

Not only did the product not work, I was charged for 2 different shipments both equaling to $229.80 with no product to show for it. They charged my card on 6/4/2016 then again on 6/28/2016. When I called to dispute the charges, they refused to issue any credits. I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager and refused that as well. Horrible customer service and horrible product. I contacted my credit card company and filed a claim and received a credit for the charges.

Yeah you pay $5 "to cover S&H" and a few weeks later they charge you $55 for the product. This is not evident in the ad and you have to shovel through the fine print to find the caveat. Don't buy anything from these snake oil salesmen.

Company sent out free sample with only shipping to be paid. No where on website did it say this was a Monthly fee. Charges today of 60.00 on my debit card for a different product I have never heard of. Called CS and spoke to Rhianna who said they can not authorize payment.

Took the free trial on face and eye cream. No information anywhere on cancelling product after
14 days to stop monthly payments taken out of my account. My bank has them on a fraud list. Called me immediately when funds not agreed upon taken out of my account. Started
To get the runaround when phoned. Had to
Tell him to shut up and listen. Said I'd have my lawyers contact them. After stopping the list of bs responses am sending the product back and should get a full refund. Have had to do this before. When will I learn. Too
Bad. It was a good product.

I ordered a free 14 trial from them. No where did I read anything about being enrolled for monthly shipments. I was at the gas station with my son an hour ago and couldn't pay format gas because this company charged my card 59.95 and 49.95 at 12:37 pm while I was at work. When I called them I was furious and now I have to wait until I get their product and go through the hassle of sending it back and then they supposedly will refund my money. So I wait for a month ??? If even then. This is a sorry excuse for a company and should be shut down for running a scam on people.

Offered a free trial & told i only had to pay s&h charges of 5.99. However, they debited my account 113 then they had UPS send me an additional bill for 26.99 for additional s&h charges. I guess it costs more than 5.99 to ship the pills. I filed a claim with my bank and they reversed the charges immediately. You should also ask for a new card since they will continue to bill you using different names so blocking them from charging your account does no good. DO NOT GO FOR THE SCAM OF A FREE TRIAL!!!

Same problems as the rest of you. It was the cellular moisturizer and eye cream... I cancelled before the trial ended but they have continued to charge my card repeatedly but I haven't received any of their NONWORKING products... There is another company doing the same products under the name of complexRx only those bottles are 99.95 each... With both companies, it was the same I'd cancel but they would charge me anyway, they refuse to refund, and hang up on you if you ask for a supervisor... I've decided best bet is to not do any more trials. They appear to be overseas companies or they have foreigners working for them and I can't understand them... (That is not a racist comment just a factual statement). My suggestion is to have a new card sent to you so they can't charge your card again...

Product was offered for just shipping charge of $4.99 plus $.99. Then 1 month late charged my account $59.95 saying I had 14 days to return before I was charged full price for product. Also beware this product is not safe for diabetics, but does not give this info before you order. I was trying to better my health not hurt it. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They offered their product of pills and you just pay the shipping, but in the fine print they tell you that if you don't cancel the service in 14 days that you will have to pay for the full price of the product. I called them when I saw the unauthorized charge on my credit card and they told me what I stated above. I told them that they were a scam and that I do not authorize them from charging my credit card again and that I was going to report them to the BBB and I hung up. They called me back and said they would give me 50% of my money back if I don't file a complaint. I told them to give me my money and that I wouldn't talk to them about this again, but I didn't say I wouldn't let others know of their scam.

Seen ad that said " if you purchase cream " you ONLY NEEDED TO PAY SHIPPING & HANDLING. nowhere did they say ( & after the free trial you pay a WHOPPING LARGE LUMP SUM OF $$$$$$$$$ ? )
so they decided to withdraw on there own 49.99 out of my account without my permission.
So i called he did his little routine name?, zip?, bla, bla, bla.
And said you purchased the eye cream that everyone is raving about, that works so well? LMAO, i said NO! actually i purchased the cream to make my arm wings go away but didn't get that, you sent me the wrong shit, & no the eye cream doesn't work. Also you know how some places will tell your the call may be recorded, WELL I'M LETTING YOU KNOW NOW I'M RECORDING OUR CONVERSATION. i have seen from all the reviews how this company is nothing but stright up scam artist, & if i don't get a refund i well contact my attorney & let him handle this matter. He said he wasn't allowed to do this BUT, instead of getting an attorney he could give me 50% of my $ back.! So i said ok & to take me off the list. I told him that i was keeping the recording just incase. I took his name & asked if he had a badge ID so he gave that to me aswell.
SO I MAY NOT GET ALL MY $ BACK BUT AT LEAST I'M GETTING HALF OF IT BACK.

I was charged on my credit card for this product. I received the trial through an ad online. There was NOTHING in the ad about being only a 14 day trial. I went to their site and the actual costs of both products on their site is only $44.95. Where are the extra charges coming from? I called them to get this resolved and they said they cancelled my account and could not give me a reason for the extra charges vs what their site says the items cost and would not give me a refund!! And they hung up on me!! I was checking my account and I told him not to hang up and he did anyways!! TOTAL SCAM!! If this company had been open and honest in their ad, I would have never even thought of purchasing the Trial. Typically a trial is a discounted months supply. They are charging for the trial, plus MORE than what the actual product costs for the trial you received and paid for!! When I called they could not give me a reason for the extra costs.

I came across an ad for a free sample if I paid the shipping charge of 1.99 for a wrinkle cream. When I placed the order I was told for an additional shopping charge of 1.99 I could also receive a sample of wrinkle cream for your eyes. I thought it was a minimal charge for a sample and I had nothing to loose. There was no fine print saying that there would be additional charges or that I was signing up for an ongoing shipment, or I would not have committed to something like this. I have since received two additional charges of 49.95 each. I contacted my cc company to let them know that I did not authorize these charges. I also contacted the company where iras told by a female that it was a 14 day trial that I could have stopped before the end of the trial for a full refund. She continued to tell me about all the wonderful benefits of the product. I told her the product did not work and said I wanted a full refund and would be happy to return the free samples to her as well. She continued to argue with me, would not let me speak with a supervisor when I repeatedly asked and then hung up on me. I called back spoke to a guy that answered, I immediately asked to speak with a supervisor and was told I had to go through all my information with him once again. I was then put on hold for several minutes for him to come back on the line and tell me a supervisor was not available. I was trying to get further information from him and he also hung up on me. This company should be sued and run out of business. They are a major scam and I will do everything I can to put the word out against their "sample" products.

I was also fooled by an on-line offer for free supplements to try. Nothing was free. When I chose the items I wanted to try for free I was charged shipping AND handling fees that totaled over $15.00. I never received the free samples. Then about 14 days later I was charged 59.95 and 54.95 on my checking account. I never authorized these charges, nor did I "open an account", which is what their phone staff insisted I had done. If once they get someones card number they can charge whatever they want and there's nothing you can do about it. Another scam I have to look out for. They don't care if they get reported. I asked what names they are incorporated under in Arizona, and they refused to provide it! A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS AND FRAUDS.

I responded to a facebook ad for face and eye cream that had good reviews for getting rid of wrinkles and puffiness. The website said you could try the products for the cost of shipping. Not once throughout the whole ordering process did it ever say it was recurring or that there would be extra charges. I received 4 different emails detailing charges of $3.95, $1.99, $.99, and $1.95. I actually received the product which is more than a lot of people did. I had decided not to order more and just kind of forgot about it until I got my credit card bill and saw the charges this VLHealth.com posted which were 69.95 and 49.95. A day later I received another tub of eye cream with an invoice for 49.95. I got on line and checked my credit card and there is another pending charge for 69.95. I then researched this company and was blown away at the amount of people this company has ripped off. I called their customer service department and cancelled the service I did not know I had signed up for and told them the reason I was cancelling was because they scammed people. Do you know the rep did not apologize for their actions but actually asked me if I wanted to continue the service at a reduced rate?I called my credit card company and they said that they get many calls about companys that do this same thing (try our product for free and only pay shipping) and you know the box you check that says I agree to the terms and conditions? You have to check that box before your order will go through and guess what? They got you and it is all legal. In those terms and conditions it only gives you two weeks to cancel and if you don' contact them in that time frame you are agreeing to recurring service. Expensive and painful lesson learned.

Same as many other complaints. Their so called "trial" offers are a scam and they bill you about 10 times the amount the special "offer" says. In my case I ended up spending about $130 for crap I don't want! There is no way to get my money back and they don't care!!!! Never purchase anything from this fraudulent company ever!

I called in and told them that they were not authorized to debit my account. I was given the run around until I told them that I was going to call the bank and have these charges investigated and they tried to give me the 50% refund story and I told them no way. I had the account closed immediately and I told them I would return their product at their expense, not mine. They eventually gave in to 100% refund and closure of the account with not recurring charges or shipment of product.
