Daniel from customer service was so great. I have been with Vivint for almost five years. I had a sudden move in July and was not able to take my system with me. Daniel, quickly and with ease, talked me through my options, and once I selected one, he gave me all the steps to complete it.
Over the years, having a Vivint system had alerted me when I was away, and the power went out. I always felt safe in my home with my Vivint system.

Knowledgeable about the equipment. Thoroughly explained. Made sure I had no questions before he left. Cleaned the area; I've had technicians not clean. Explained what was causing the issues. Apologized for the issues I was experiencing. I've worked as an insurance adjuster were customer service was everything; Alex delivered probably the best customer service experience I've had. Individuals like this are a rare find.

I have had a great experience with Vivint so far! Technicians are knowledgeable and friendly and so are the customer service representatives in their call centers! We finally feel safer (my fiancé especially feels safer) having this system as we live on a ‘not-so-good’ side of town and our son Grayson just came home from Children’s Hospital after spending 138 days in their NICU for his lung disease (BPD) or broncho-pulmonary dysplasia. I’m going to be the only one working as she is going to be a stay at home mom and having the support in an emergency if something happens is crucial and being able to get emergency responders here if something happens to our son medically is vital and every minute matters. We are proud Vivint customers and don’t plan on changing services anytime soon!

With my Vivint Smart home I can easily monitor my 5 kids and my entire home. The filipino technician is so friendly and he gives you time to solve all problem you have encountered. Easy to get a long too. Excellent job. Keep up the good work!!!👏👏👏

Vivint is a cut throat company when you try to cancel the contract. I canceled my account June 10th and they are still billing me monthly and its now Sept 20. I thought this company was good until they showed their true colors and try everything they can to keep you with them. No where did they communicate the terms with me until months later. These guys are scammers and not trusting.

Vivint is the WORST system EVER!! Stay away as the system never works on my phone. Would never recommend Vivint Security System to anyone. Once they have you in a contract they up their rates as well.

I've been with this company since 2011 and find it to be a great one to be with. If i need a new sign,stickers or if the alarm goes off and you're home or not at home they will call an make sure everything is o.k.

This company started out great, but as time went on ; they up graded their system, and that's when the ture color of Vivint came out..... when they installed the new equipment; which was very beautiful, but hasn't worked like crap... and all they want to do is reboot , run test, etc.... they wasn't delivering on their end of the contract. Still taking monthly payments, but to protection.... we have called them so many times about their beautiful equipment that does not work properly... you talk to one representative after another, still remaining with the same problem... they were not honoring their end of the contract, so when we finally had enough, we demanded that they let us out of the contract so that we can get a system in here that works without us always calling about it not working more then it was working, we had the worst fight on our hand and lie after lie... got to argue with the whole office and the loyalty dept.... if was a total nightmare... I can't believe that we stayed with them for so long and this dissatisfied.... please heed this advice; Run from these people... you can get in easily; but you won't get out easily.... they will make your life a living hell, and they are the one that can't honor the contract.... do your homework before you sign on their dotted line.... I will never recommend them to anyone... sometimes the cheapest is not the best ; remember that saying " you get what you pay for" ... it's just all about the name ( Vivint ) but it was not all that it has been cranked up to be.... just be careful with your decision to deal with this company.... I will never again

When your equipment fails the program tells you that they're aware of it and are working on it. However they don't and it doesn't tell him there's a problem so if you believe their program you won't have an alarm system. once I figured out they weren't going to troubleshoot the problem like they promised I had to call in and do troubleshooting and get replacement parts sent out. 3 days after receiving the parts that took them a week to send me all of a sudden I get a return label for the parts that were broken that they never told me I had to return. So today in the rain and snow I get to go dumpster diving. Still today after 3 days of trying I don't have a working alarm system because one of my alarm didn't get set off the other night not only did it not send an alarm to my phone but then decided on their own that it was a false alarm and they did not send the sheriff's department out to my place of business. I am so looking forward to this year being over with the vent and I will not recommend them to anyone. They don't even actually monitor your cameras.

At first I was very skeptical of Vivint. I really thought they were taking advantage of me. But then when I tried to research other alarm company I had come to realize that vivint was a lot better than most of them. First I never had an issue with any of my equipment. Secondly I moved to another home and I had to pay a small fee to reinstall. Then I was told my equipment needed to be upgraded and it was a part of my package. So I got a new camera, new door bell camera, new keypad door entry and all new sensors for free. That was incredible. And to put the cherry on top when I contract had expired they offer me a new contract at a very nice lower price. How can you beat that for home protection. Thanks Vivint
