I recently purchased tickets to a sporting event I planned on taking my family to. Unfortunately we are no longer able to use them. In an effort to resell them and attempt to recoup the money I just spent, I wanted to re-list them on VIVID. However, these are mobile e-tickets, a format in which VIVID does not allow. Their company policy states that among other things, QR codes/mobile tickets, are tickets you cannot resell. However, they allow others to sell them. VIVID will tell you that they are essentially a platform for others to sell tickets on and they do not sell them. The ones they give "Preferred Status" are the ones who don't have to abide by the policy the rest of us have to. If you inquire about why they allow these types of tickets to be sold by others, the Customer Service reps will give you an excuse of why they can and you can't, to make it short. The Customer service reps are more than willing to tell you to Google "sell my tickets" and find many of other places to sell your tickets, which by the way are few and far between because of the same issue of QR Code / Mobile tickets. Be wary of the tickets you purchase, if you end of being in a situation where you can't use them and they are QR coded / mobile e-tickets then most likely you may be stuck with losing out on money. I will not purchase from VIVID because of their shady policies as well as these types of tickets again.

Very stressful experience. I tried to get tickets for the Eagles in Vegas on Ticketmaster however after more than an hour in the queue the site crashed and I was charged 3x for tickets but didn’t get any. I googled and purchased through Vivid. After spending just over $800 for seats I read the reviews you find off the site and felt like I was going to be sick. The tickets were to be delivered electronically 2 days before the event. We flew from the maritimes and the day before the event they were still not delivered. I did send a message to them and the tickets arrived in my email several hours later, fuss- free. I shouldn’t have had to do that. Based on the reviews, we were still not sure they were good until we had them scanned at the door and they worked!! I will not buy from vivid again. If I spend $800 on something I should get to have it when I pay for it. Not wait 5 months then have to ask for it. Too stressy.

Vivid seats does not return money for unscrambled tickets which is flat out greedy. I’m an avid concert goer and I’ll make sure nobody I’m associated with EVER uses this site to purchase tickets.

Jonathan is very professional and to the point. Very easy transaction. Vivid is definitely cheaper than competitors for tickets. I buy a lot of tickets and I find Vivid to be consistantly priced lower than competitors.

I ordered tickets for a concert in September, in August. I received an email saying that I will be receiving a confirmation email. I have been on the phone with vivid seats since August 26th till today September 5th. My concert is on September 7th and I still have not received my tickets. I am on hold now for a supervisor for 1/2. No one has come to the phone. Was told to create an account in Live Nation and Ticket Master and nothing is there. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE NO NOT USE THIS SERVICE MY OPITION AND MY REALITY

HORRIBLE SERVICE, going back and forth over tickets they incorrectly sent. SUCH a headache dealing with their services. I would never EVER be purchasing from them again. After purchasing over 18 pair of tickets in one sitting. They are incompetent people.

My customer service representative was fantastic today! I give her 5 stars, but my overall rating is only 4 stars because I had to even call in the first place. There was a purchasing error in the app that caused 4 pending authorizations on my card. I wasn't able to purchase the tickets, but I am happy that I have my tickets now thanks to the wonderful representative I talked to.
