As a previous customer, I've seen an enormous positive development in this company - particularly their customer service which is above and beyond my usual expectations. But the watch I received in the post last week is not only well-made, it's exceptionally good-looking and arrived in good packaging with a particularly brilliant box that I still use to keep my watch in.

I received the best customer service I've had in a long, long time from this company. Not the usual for all these online businesses. I'm a skeptical girl and not easy to please but they have gone above and beyond.
I received a watch in immaculate condition (exactly as shown on the website) alongside a free strap and a hand-written note thanking me for being a customer. My husband was very happy with the surprise.
Would 100% recommend!

In fairness to Vita, they seem to be a massively improved company.
I left a really bad review a while back because I had received such awful service, but a chap from the company recently got in touch with me to apologise and sort problems, including offering a full refund for the faulty watch I had.
I got another watch from them and it seems to be much improved on their previous ones. The prices have gone right up with what seems like a change of direction for the company, but with that, the quality of the watches seems to be much much higher. Very happy with the recent service received. Absolutely no problems.

The watch i ordered was exactly what you would expect for a £25 watch. The auto/kinetic winding works but it doesnt hold alot of charge so overnight it always stops. If you hand wind it 10-15 times it tends to hold charge for up to 18-24 hours.
Made a few enquiries with them, was annoyed that they have no phone number but my email was responded to within 24 hours. They were helpful and actually followed up with me a week or so later to make sure that i was now happy.

Glass fell out of watch within 24 hours of wearing. Glass was later found in the car fully intact so must have just been a bad fit? Customer service only offered to help when citizens advice was quoted.

Bought one of their watches which arrived with empty batteries. Customer service told me to replace the battery. No offer of sending me a watch that actually works. I had to buy new batteries (the watch needs two) for £25 on top of the £35 for the watch. I'll survive without the £25 but it's the principle of having to spend £60 in total just to have a functional watch. When I mentioned this to customer service their arrogant reply was that they are not liable for any alterations I've made to the watch. A complete joke and an appalling way of treating the customers. I recommend people to stay away from this company.

Placed my order, was only told after chasing one week later there had been an "issue" at the warehouse (no comments from them no update just silence). Two weeks later on receiving they had sent me the wrong watch. Absolutely dismal service start to finish and to top it off, they intimated they had sent me the correct watch when they changed their pictures on their website. Luckily for me I had screenshotted. Horrific customer service from this dreadful company. Avoid at all costs.

I've read some pretty awful reviews, but I have to say... I have bought numerous watches from this company for my husband, and I've never once had a problem with their watches.
