They billed immediately, but a week later still hadn't shipped my order. I emailed and asked why and some snotty clown named John in customer service said it was a shame I couldn't read their website indicating orders could be delayed. Which completely ignored my question of why they billed immediately. I order products multiple times a week and during the pandemic plenty of companies are slow to ship. Perfectly understandable. But none of the companies I deal with, including Amazon, bill until the product ships. I also let him know that my credit card company had already reversed the charge and returned my money, at which point Snotty John said he would charge my account again the next day. Unbelievable. Of course, that didn't happen but he also went on to say that the product had shipped and he "will be providing proof of that" to the credit card co. Wow... all this while his website still showed the product hadn't shipped. This clown was good for a laugh but it's a little scary that there are companies out there with people like this in customer service and, judging from some of the comments below, he has been there for a while. Too many good companies out there to put up with this kind of service.

Ordered vitamins, was told should go out 2-5 business days.. Then said up to 15 business days delayed... its almsot exactly 1 month ago and i don;t even have a shipping notice... worse yet i could have ordered elsewhere ut i waited so long now everyone is out and my ears are horrible without my vitamins... lying thieves.. no email returns.. no phone calls zero customer service period...nothing

I am so angry! I work in customer service, so I do try to be understanding, but it is not ok for company's such as this to even exist. I was very ill, with many stores closed around me I took to the internet and looked for needed product. I feel like a fool for not only purchasing my needed item, but paid $25.70 extra for shipping for a 2 - 3 business shipment. I was sent a confirmation email that they received my order (my money) and stated I would be receiving a confirmation email with my tracking number. Nope. I looked into it and found out its a scam that many websites sadly use. It can be a process in many ways for people to get their many back, and in the end, though frustrated, they give up. Vitamin Rocket still has your money. I'm probably going to have to give them one star just to post this review. Horrible! Yep I have to at least give one star.

This company took my $160 order and never processed it. Their website failed to mention the item was on back order, yet they charged my credit card and never bothered to tell me my order would not ship until October or later. I sent them many emails, FB messages, phone calls and chat requests asking the status of my order before somebody FINALLY told me it was on back order and they didn't expect shipments until October! Yet they expect me to let them, a shaky company at best, to hang onto my money that long. The nerve! For all I know, they may not even be in business by then. When I asked for a refund I was told that my place in line for this product would be lost and I would have to start all over again. Not a problem, just refund me. (It's not like there aren't tons of alternatives out there). Finally, I get an email telling me I will get a refund. I waited the traditional 3 business days and still no refund. There rep failed to tell me to wait at least a week. When I complained to the company, their president, Matthew Rush, sends me the rudest email ever. Now I see where there company manners stem from.
Do not order from this company. There are many, many alternatives that are better.

I ordered from this company back in April of 2020 and after placing the order I did not receive a confirmation number and the money was taken from my account. I was skeptical that there was not a confirmation given so I called my bank to cancel the card(thank god debit cards are able to be cancelled). I then waited and received an email on the confirmation that the order was received. I waited to receive an email on the shipment, which it's now 5-26-2020 and have emailed numerous times only to get that my product is not in stock and is on a 2 to 3 week delay etc etc. I tried calling only to get no one is in to take your call and hangs up. These creeps are taking people for their money. Get a $#*!ING JOB $#*!S!!!!! this is peoples hard earned money your taking!!! I will NEVER deal with company again. The only reason I did is because the other company I deal with did not have the product available due to Covid 19 and they showed to have. I did however reorder from the other company I deal with and WOW they have it in stock now, so why DOES'NT YOUR HALF ASS COMPANY HAVE IT IN TO SHIP!!!! You want a reputable company go to bestpricenutrition.com they don't STIFF their buyers!

I have never written a review ~ However I purchased 27.00 dollars worth of vitamins... They proceeded to charge my account on April 6th!! I still have not received my order... I have called multiple times ~ there is no one answering the phone ~ you are only able to leave a voicemail... I have left several messages and have yet to hear from them... Would love my money back!!!

I ordered vitamins that said in stock. Over a week goes by and nothing has been shipped. I call many times but get no person on phone, get forwarded to voice mail or message saying cannot leave message call back another time.

Don't give them your order unless you are totally desperate and can wait and unknown period of days before the order might ship. They expect you to be patient up to 30+ days while they order your product to be drop-shipped to you. They do not send you a notice if the product is not available to be shipped right away. You essentially have no idea what is going on with your order once it gets submitted to them and they happen to be able to ship right away. There are way better solutions out there to get what you need - where you can have some expectations.

I have been very eager to try this company and the raving customer reviews convinced me to place an order with them! So I was surprised that I had not received any communication after 6 business days about a shipping tracking number. I called the company to speak with someone who could give me more information, only to hear a voice recording stating that they were not taking any customer service calls. Seriously? I called a few different times during normal working hours only to be "greeted" by the same voice recording; 6 business days, no communication, no one to return emails or take my call. I understand that some items may need additional processing time but it's like these people are all out to lunch! Communication would be nice and in this day and age, it's unacceptable to leave a customer hanging like this.
Update:I finally heard from Amanda, who gave a half- assed apology. She said the delay was due to waiting on stocking of one product, which would have been fine if they contacted me to let me know. Meanwhile, they could have at least shipped my other three items. After all that, I had to be direct and persistent to get a tracking number.

There website is bogus including phone number. They told me they were out of stock after emailing them. Forget calling they won't answer.Had to twist their arm to ship product by going through paypal. Not fun

They cancelled my order because they claimed their website was having a glitch and gave me too low a price. That wasn't the worst part. The person John in customer service verbally assaulted me by email. No one should buy from this terrible company.
