I ordered two items listed as "in stock" and "ships within 24-48 hours" but after I gave them my credit card and personal info, I got an email the next day saying the items were "no longer available". I'm hoping my card doesn't actually get charged for this purchase. And I expect online merchants to be honest about whether they personally have the item in stock or not.

I only give 1 star because I did receive 2 of the things I ordered. 1 item was opened and the info sheet was missing and 1 item didn't arrive. A very cursory email came after several tries to reach them by phone and email that said the item was discontinued and they would issue a refund which I have not seen.

Do not order from this company! I ordered some organic tea on September 20th, saw a shipping label was created and the product never shipped. I left four voice mails and emailed customer service over the next ten days and received an unprofessional email back letting me know the product should be here on Monday, when the tracking number still showed USPS had not picked it up. I had to call my bank today to report them. Thankfully they reversed the charge.

Placed an order 10/27--no acknowledgement, no shipping info received. Charged to my credit card on 11/5. Have made multiple calls leaving messages--no return calls. E-mailed--no response.
I'm suspecting this company is a fraud.

This company is terrible to work with, we placed an order and after a month not receiving in, and after 4 voice mails and 4 emails sent to try to find out what's going on with NO reply, we don't even know if they have cancelled the order or not. Do not purchase from this unreliable company.

I ordered a nut milk bag. After 8 days they sent an email wondering how I enjoyed the shopping experience and provided a link to check the shipping status. I went to the link and found out my order was canceled. Everything is in broken English so that should have been a clue. Avoid.

DO NOT ORDER FROM VITADIGEST! They proclaim to have the best prices and that would be great if you actually receive your purchase. My story is similar to most of the other reviews. I was issued a tracking number that is invalid. I called at 2pm on a business day and received a message saying we are now closed, please call M-F 9-5. I called again and did get a live person who said she would check with the ware house and call me back. I did not hear back from her. I have called numerous times with no answer. I have emailed and no reply. I am now in the process of filing a fraud claim with my bank.

Do not order from this company!! They charge your credit card before shipping any product and their "customer service" line is basically someone's home phone number. I've been told two different dates my product will ship and they keep issuing fake tracking numbers...pay a little higher price and buy elsewhere.

I ordered organic chocolate from this company. The box of chocolate was smashed and the chocolate was melted. The customer service is non -existent, they showed that they didn't care at all. So safe yourself the hazard and buy from a company that cares.I was told that they can' t do anything. They packed the chocolate in a bag. It is obvious that it was going to be smashed.I would give this company/website a Zero if I could, but it didn't let me.

I bought some very needed vitamins with overnight shipping from Vitadigest.com. I waited and waited and checked my mailbox everyday. I called, emailed and waited for two and a half weeks until someone from Vitadigest.com answered the phone! The gal finally told me they were out of the product! Come on, Vita Digest couldn't have sent me an email telling me they were out of the product so I could order from somewhere else? It also took many days for them to refund my money. I did give them one star for refunding my money. However, I read online that some customers never got their money back! Check the BBB reviews online! Never again will I buy from Vitadigest.com!!!!!

I ordered protein bars. It was bad enough they took forever yo arrive. When I recurve the products they were all melted linto complete liquid. They all have to be thrown away. I wrote to company who basically said too bad. They do not take back damaged merchandise. This merchandise was beyond damaged. Tell me bars were crushed or broken fine. But they were liquid . So if we refrigerate these liquidity bars and eat them and get extremely sick. Are they responsible.? I will never order from them again

They take your credit card, issue you a MEDIA MAIL tracking number that never goes anywhere, they never answer their phone and are basically a front for scammers.

I've been ordering stuff from VitaDigest for years. They have always had really great customer service in the past, however this now has changed. They ship 2 items incorrectly and were not willing to issue a store credit, or acknowledge items were incorrect. I sent them photos of the order received. They are clearly under new management and are no longer an online store that can be trusted.

I've ordered from this company quite a few times in the past and had only one problem. But this last order has greatly frustrated and disappointed me. My credit card statement showed a charge of $113 but after it was shipped and I checked the delivery status, it turned out that 5 bottles of the same item were not included in the shipment and the new total was $83. The order was delivered in two weeks - which I feel is too long - and there was not explanation as to why the 5 bottles were not included - back ordered ? - out or stock ? - will be shipped at a later date ? - don't carry the item anymore ?.This is the second time this has happened. On their order confirmation they state that if they don't have an item - an e-mail will be sent asking what you would like done. Also, I made a point of ordering $100 worth of items so I would receive free shipping - with the reduced total I was charged 6.99 Shipping. And once again - the "free" gift was omitted from the order - which is the least of my issues.
Tonite I called VitaDigest and spoke with "Sebastian". When I asked how the billing issue was going to be rectified, he told me quite abruptly to check my credit card statement as $30 had been deducted from their charge. When I tried to ask why items were omitted from the order with no explanation - he cut me off and told me they were out of stock. I attempted to ask why this was not explained - he was quite curt when he said they didn't know when they would get the items back in stock. At that point, I realized I wasn't going to receive any decent customer service and I don't need anyone being rude to me - and I won't purchase ANYTHING from VitaDigest again. I'm sure I can find another company who would appreciate my business.

I'm on the phone with someone who sounds a lot like Jeff, but who identified himself this time with a different name. During the previous call, "Jeff" had told me my order was shipping tomorrow. This new person who sounds like Jeff told me my order could not be canceled because it was shipping today. Somebody is lying to me. I asked to speak to his manager. He said no one was available, but he could cancel my order after all. Then he stopped speaking on the phone but left the call connected. I could hear background noise of the office.
I called again, was on hold for a long time, and then someone named Sebastian who sounded just like "Jeff". He said he was the supervisor. I insisted on speaking to his manager. But he used the same rude words and tone "how many times do I have to tell you", then he finally hung up on me.
You are the most unprofessional company I've dealt with this year. Cancel my order. I want my money back--and I will be sure to give your company the reviews appropriate for the service I received.

I placed this order on 3/2/12, and I thought I was supposed to be getting this item on 3/6/12 per the UPS email below.
To check on status, I called the number below 626-965-8399 and spoke to someone who spoke accented English and later identified himself as Jeff. I told him I wanted to speak to his manager, because he was rude to me. He told me no one was available, so I asked for voicemail. He put me on hold, and then hung up on me.
I want to speak to a manager. I want to cancel my order. VitaCost, VitaNet and LuckyVitamin give much better service, and I'd rather spend my money there.
