Hello Jeff and/or Billing Department,
I just realized that we never received a refund or the refund check that was supposed to be issued once your telephone was sent back.
We received confirmation that your office did indeed receive the telephone, was there a problem with the refund?
Guess what...They now don't respond to email or phone but when we were with them they were always in contact with us.

The reps are wonderful. When you can get to talk to one. Waited on hold for almost 15 minutes today, around 8:50am PDT.
Costly experience with their phone app. And the issues with it are not yet resolved so it cannot be used. The app kept defaulting my number to "unavailable", no matter how many times I marked myself as available. I didn't even know there was an inssue until I wondered why I wasn't receiving any calls. After I discovered that, I kept marking myself as available and it kept defaulting to unavailable. Disaster. I'm in sales, I lost thousands in commission, didn't make my quota.
Also - and this might not be arising from the VirtualPBX platform, so maybe not their fault - but all of us salespeople here have horrible problems with a delay in the sound so, talking on the phone with someone, we always end up interrupting each other. It's frustrating, time-consuming, affects the relationship-building. I don't have this problem when I originate the call from my phone, only on the calls that come to the (same) phone via the system.
5/8/17, Update: Thanks for the response, Charlie, but it's cold comfort. The sum of your replyy is that you're paying attention to a known issue - attempting an an adequate job of taking care of business. More meaningful would have been an offer of some months of free service or *some* kind of offering. Kind of worse than no response at all.

Worst experience faced in trial period your team can't even solve a problem and no reply or calls even after contacting 3 times just worst customer service and worst ever team who cant handle problems faced by customer poor service.

I give all 5 Stars to Kathy Melendez. Without her help (and ability to correct problems!) we would not have the awesome auto-attendant system we have now! I highly recommend VirtualPBX and their talented Account Services Team!!

Upon hearing that I valued a certain feature that only existed on the vconsole platform, VPBX took it upon themselves to switch me over and oversaw all the configurations. I didn't have to do any and I didn't lose any downtime or calls. Thank you VPBX

The price and call quality are good, but the lack of 24x7 support is a serious issue for us. It was highlighted today when a call routing issue left us without working phones for hours. It was Sunday and support didn't open till 10a east coast time. Even after 10a nobody answered the support line, it just rang and rang, never going to voicemail.

I love my systems! I have both an old vConsole plan and one of their new and improved Dash plans - both are rock solid and the support is always amazing. I am also happy they expanded their support hours to 7am-7pm and 7days a week so I can call in for little questions when I have time.

Excellent Customer Service!
I am always concerned when calling customer service for any technical issue I'm having, however, when calling VirtualPBX I am always pleasantly surprised! Issues are always addressed and quickly handled. Thank you for making this a great experience!

Don't Waste Your Time
This company never follows up on anything. I have to wait a 48 hours in order to fix a problem. My billing has been wrong. The phones were shipped late, and we didn't have phones for 2 days. Customer Service is awful. The Fax Box doesn't work period.

I don't even know where to start. The customer service is horrible. The platform is way to confusing to understand. Wait time to get in touch with customer service is way to long. Delayed response when on the phone. NOTHING ever gets resolved.

Many problems using features and the performance particularly on the fax product is disappointing. Originally signed up as a low cost alternative but question whether the cost is offset by other hassles. Particularly problematic are conditions like cannot cancel fax once entered. If sending confidential information you cannot retreive from typo

The VirtualPBX customer support via email was prompt and provided the accurate service I requested. But if the user interface wasn't so damn confusing, I would not have had to ask for help after searching the system for an hour myself. Argh.

Used Virtual PBX for about 21/2 years now. Solid support, good people. Can't say there haven't ever ben issues, but can say they have always done whatever it takes to resolve any issues.
