Very fun! It's so realistic and a fun way to kill a little time. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Great fun. Timber was a great host and very helpful. My favorite game was Dodge Ball.

This is what Yelp is for. Stay away from this place. We showed up after prebooking an hour. The staff was so inept and no one could figure it how to get a game to work. No one else was in there so they weren't busy. But after an hour of watching these people fumble around with Steam and the gear I was over it.
We left after an hour with not being able to play a game. As we are leaving the manager said we can recover 50% of what you paid. I was so dumbfounded! Finally he gave us a full refund.
If you can go to the place in Sandy instead. Better price and you can actually play the games.

If you are looking for something fun and new to do, virtualities is an awesome place to go to. I went with my wife for our first time and we both absolutely loved it. We had a groupon which gave us some time with both the cinema and the gaming. Both were awesome experiences. My wife is not a gamer and she said she loved playing the zombie game with me. The staff (Cat and some new guy) was great and helped us understand how things worked. We will be back for sure, I'm going to bring my brother the next time!

Was a really cool experience! Would definitely recommend trying it at least once. Pretty good date idea. Downsides are 35 for an hour is kind of ridiculous and I can't believe they don't use a wireless headset.

Amazing. Perfect spot to go for a date, just with friends, even by yourself. Went on a date with my girlfriend then wanted to do something fun after dinner. Neither of us have done VR stuff before. Sooooo cool. One of the owners helped us out and showed us everything. He let us experience the stuff before we chose what we wanted. We were there for 30 minutes and easily could have stayed longer. He showed me the haunted house VR experience, that would be a great Halloween idea.
Check this place out!!! So worth it. Clean, not very expensive, super nice staff, so much fun!

We held our team retreat at Virtualities and everyone had a blast! The staff was incredibly accommodating, the space was perfect for our group of about 25, and the gaming experience was so much fun. It was an awesome venue and experience for team-building, and our staff is still laughing about it all days after!

This place was so much fun. Friendly staff explained the options and how all the controls work including some in game clues on what different options were for. They had a special, buy a 30 min VR game session, we did a two player game, and it came with a free sit down VR session, haunted house or roller coaster. I'll be back.

So much fun! Watching the gf freak out in the haunted house was worth every penny. The reality games were awesome. We're definitely coming back when we have some time to kill. Also, Dalin the employee was above and beyond helpful.

Super fun! Great selection of games. Our group played a zombies game that had my blood pumping, plus, four of us could play together! Dalin and Jessica were there to get us set up and they were super awesome! There are standing and sitting games which accommodated our entire family. Seriously, it was fun for the whole family and we will definitely be back!

Fun place to check out...I had never experienced VR gaming and all the staff there, including Jessica, were helpful in getting us setup.

This kind of venue makes sense since all the virtual reality systems are expensive and have different requirements and accessories. This was the reason I started coming here and the reason I will continue seeking vr arcades. That way I can buy a system but still continue playing the HTC Vive. My complaints would be faulty equipment and faster troubleshooting (which kind of comes with the territory of vr gaming right now) , sanitation of the headsets after each use and just for good business...timers should be set for every station. The staff are consistently helpful and attentive (as long as it's not too busy of course), especially Jessica ^_^ . I hope Virtualities becomes an integral part of Gateway Mall and stays there for a while.
In my mind there's no going back to regular video games. The experience and interaction is far beyond what I was expecting so early on in vr's infancy. I've brought many of my friends along with me and they've all come away expressing pleasant surprise...it really is for everyone, introverts and extroverts alike. I really get into the shooter games like Space Pirates and the arcade style game in The Lab so you can actually get a workout playing vr. Definitely content that Virtualities has managed to stay around while everyone else is leaving Gateway Mall. Looking forward to them adding more games in general, especially for mulitplayer.
On a sidenote, the Gear VR is very awesome as well. Hopefully Virtualities will add on the Apple vr system once it become available but for the fortunate Android users I would say the Haunted House is the best game to start with.
As far as pricing, I'd say try each of the games. If you like them all a decent amount just become a member. They're sure to stay updated on the games/equipment so it will just get better and better. For $60 a month you get a free hour every day Mon-Fri plus a 50% discount if you bring a friend with you. (Discount only counts for one.) Makes for an awesome date too lol.

My girlfriend and I had so much fun! Jessica was very helpful and let us try out the Rollercoaster vr while we waited for the arcade shooting game. I recommend this place if you ever need time to kill.

Found this place on Yelp as my friend and I are visiting the city for the weekend.
I do not play video games much, but this was a completely different experience and we absolutely had a great time. The staff was great at getting you familiar with the equipment and I would recommend this place to all adults and children looking for group entertainment.
Thanks for the fun experience !
