I have been a customer for 20 plus years pretty much since they established in Australia and i was not able to place a new credit on my accounts as i was taken ill while overseas . On contacting the company they did’nt care less. Once its lost its gone ( into our pockets) no worry about loosing a long term customer no care nor attention. They have also been taken over now by the company that provided their virtual mobile operations. There was a time when the “ Vigin” name stood for something . All that is left now is the name and for us older customers a fold memory of when it was and did. Don’t sign up for their accounts and i suggest you stay away from Optus as well as they also did not even bother to reply to my complaint saying it was nothing to do with them!

Switched my plan over to a new one which was cheaper with more internet. it took around 5 minutes very pleased.

they send us a free Simcard with the TV package and never been used as we did Not need it, after a while I checked my the credit report and showing miss payment of £18 for virgin mobile !!!!! was shocked thought somebody used my details, but when I called them it was the free sim they sent, I raised a dispute with them but nothing happened as every time I call i got answer by somebody in India or Canada or whatever,, after all this they made me pay for something i didnt use,, My advice AVOID AVOID AVOID
