THE KIDS T-SHIRTS ARE CHEAPLY MADE IN ASIA AND DO NOT LAST!!! We bought multiple cotton t-shirts from VV and after one wash each shirt showed small holes. Poor quality and cheaply made but sold for $29.00 each. DO NOT BUY THESE CHEAP SHIRTS FROM VINEYARD VINES UNLESS YOU ENJOY WASTING YOUR MONEY.

I WAS placing a $400 order, saw there was a 20% off for first time orders, tried to apply but never received a confirmation email back. Called the 800 number then received an email that back from
"GRACE" stating that in 2018 I signed up to received emails from them, but NEVER used the 20% till now. I emailed back letting them know the the CEO Shep Murray would not be too happy with their customer service and rudeness. They replied they will let me use it this "one time" but it ends today at 9 pm. Very rude how they wrote it! I don't need their clothes but they sure DO NEED all of our business. Hope their CEO sees this complaint!

Ordered 2 light beige paints for my son and received 2 khaki colored. Already had 2 khaki colored would not have ordered two more. Contacted customer service and they acknowledged that I was sent an item that was not pictured yet asked me to pay the non-sale price to get item as they had pictured in their listing. Very poor customer relations. Buyers beware.

I ordered several hundred dollars worth of clothing from Vinyard Vines and received a customer order number from them informing me that my order had gone through. Ten days later I still had not received a shipment and called them to check on my order. They informed me that they flagged my order in the system as a result of having a billing address and mailing address in a different state. After confirming the billing and mailing address they informed me they would be shipping everything out at the sale prices.
Another week went by and no package. I called again. They informed me that the order was canceled. I asked to speak to a manager. They told the manager was not there, but would call me back.
No call back after 3 business days. I called them again. They told me I would need to resubmit my order and wouldn’t guarantee sale price or availability. I asked for a manager who was not available again. No call back. I give up. This is the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. I never imagined it could be so hard to order something.

1) BEWARE Don't buy online Gift Cards/any products.
2) They Lie/are not trained well to give the right information.
3) Totally un-cooperative.
Thus, The customer service is awwwwwful.
I bought a gift card [$100] for my friend who's birthday is on April 29th, Sunday, online.
Here's what happened exactly:
a) Friday 28th April [day time] I called and placed an order for this gift card to be delieverd to his house. As i wanted it to be delivered anyhow by Sunday I took an extra effort and called them personally. The representative assured me that It will be shipped on the same day (Friday) and will not reach on Sunday as its a weekend, but will definitely reach on Monday [lie].
b) Saturday [morning] I called to know the status as i didn't received any shipping confirmation. The representative told that it didn't shipped as it will ship on Monday because to process gift cards it takes time!! I said cancel it, I will go myself to the shop and buy it for him because I am misinformed and its not fair. She said cancel done [lie] and you will get the refund.
c) On Saturday went to the Westfield Mall store, bought a $100 gift card myself.
d) On Monday I got the shipping confirmation email of the gift card. I was surprised. I called them and then talked to Megan(in co-operate office). She said it wasn't cancelled because once the order is placed it can't be cancelled!!! So I explained her the above points. She said will tell UPS to re route the package and will inform me on Tuesday and will give the refund.
e) On Tuesday she called and told me she was unable to re-route the package as it already on its way. [it will be delivered] But because of all these hassles as a courtesy I can still use the card and $100 on it [lie]. I was happy with the service because all this waste of time is compensated. [Its not new for me that some company is good like this, as I am a very frequent shopper on Amazon and they do this all the time. Their customer service is outstanding, they should learn something form them].
f) On May 11th we went to the store and tried to purchase products with the cards. But the one I shopped online didn't worked. It was such an embarrassment because we need to keep some shirts outside as the amount was less.
g) I called them today, May 12th. When called customer service they are just focussed on the refund and not the pain i went through for a simple gift card. As Ms. Megan did all this and works in co-operate office, they directed me there. She wasn't available and no one is ready to track calls and ascertain why so many lie's has been told to me.
1) Wether its customer service or co-operate the supervisors are not available as they don't want to hear anything I believe.
2) In the store when the card didn't worked, the guy said well you can talk with customer service, they are open 24 hours. They don't know about their company!! It closes at 9 dude.
3) When I called them on May12th customer service, the representative said they can't help, only co-operate office can help because meghan works there, the customer service said the co-operate is closed, so call them on Monday. I said I can't trust this people and I called and the co-operate office, and it was open!! I said I am going in circles and i can't wait for Ms. Meghan to arrive i don't know when. So the representative told me that anyone in the co-operate office can help surely [lie]. No one did and supervisors are enjoying holiday.
4) Trick played: When Meghan told me that you can use the card she never mentioned that there is a procedure of activation. So when the package arrives its written inside, to call the customer service to activate the card only then you can use it, for security purposes. [I asked my friend nothing was written like that, it was just the card; poor shipping]. [The activation process is confirmed to me by Ms. Tuandra in customer service]. So if Maeghan wanted me to really use that card she would have asked me the card number and activated it. So either she doesn't know or just want to embarrass me!! This is not fair at all.
After these 4 lie's/incapable of knowing whats the right information/helping customers, I am very sure I am never gonna buy anything from here.
For the refund I am never concerned because the banks are pretty good in these matters but what builds a relationship between a customer and a company is how you tackle the situation and how fair you are. They are not at all customer oriented and have attitude.
So beware guys!!!!

Horrible Customer Service.
I placed my order Nov 27. I’m frustrated with their customer service and they should have been better prepared for the onset of orders due to the holidays. For me that is not an expectable excuse. I went online to get an upon on the status of my order but unfortunately their website is horrible. There really is no update status available or an expected delivery date. So I attempted to call instead. After 20+ minutes of waiting, I hung up and called back later in the morning. Fortunately the second time I only had to wait 15 minutes. The customer service rep was unsympathic to my frustration and delay in receiving my product.
On Dec 9, I called and asked to speak with a manager. I was told a manager would call me back. It's Dec 11, no calls from a manager and no update status online. After waiting 1 hour on the phone I was told that I would receive my order on Wednesday but they cannot provide me with a tracking number. Worst customer service, please don't order anything from this over-priced company. It has been a horrible experience

I bought an item online with my credit card and I had the wrong billing address entered. They declined the purchase so I corrected the problem and the charge went through. When I check my credit card bill, they had charged me twice for the same item. They are able to decline my purchase even though the card info is wrong then charge me again after I fixed the card info! This is horrible business practice. When I called and asked why, they had no explanation except to tell me I had to wait for my credit card company to reverse the charges. Never again will I buy from them with a credit card.

Horrible! They advertise that if you sign up with your email, they will email you a 10% coupon. Well, it never came. When I emailed them, I got a response telling me to call them for it. I was on hold 15 mins waiting to place an order (pretty bad when you're paying $60 per shirt!). I finally hung-up & emailed them back. This time, I got a smartass response saying that they could not email me the code, because "each of their codes are unique" Seriously? Unique? I was instructed to place my order on-line and then they would "refund" me my 10%. That's right, refund me. Have you ever heard of such a thing? I told my son he will just have to wear American Eagle & Hollister, because I will never give this company my money. Their loss!

Placed on order on the website over three weeks ago, and the order was never shipped. Since then I have tried contacting the company twice, and the haven't even bothered to reply to my emails. Horrible customer service.
