Stay for four days, The place was great kids had fun in pool and there was enough room for everyone to have there on space,Had 2 houses the only thing was one house did not have enough wash rags. but every thing else was wonderful.

We stayed at Moon Valley it looked exactly like the pictures! It was 10 of us and the rooms were spacious. It was 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms! The kitchen had more than enough utensils to cook and eat with! Very close to stores, Walmart and Disney! Loved the location! I had an issue with the tv programming and they came the same day ! Great Customer service! I loved the Oasis clubhouse! It was so nice! I would rent from this development again!

We just returned from our our fourth vacation using VillaDirect home rentals. We've stayed in a 3 bed condo, a 4 bedroom pool home (Windsor Palms) and two 7 bedroom pool homes (Emerald Isle, Champion's Gate). All homes were very accommodating for each of the visits as they were clean and had all the necessary items/appliances. The best part is the price and the fact that everyone gets a private bedroom and a private bathroom in most cases. The benefits of a vacation home far outweigh the amenities of staying onsite of the theme park resorts.

Im sure it depends on the owner of house, and our first experience was great. This one has been HORRIBLE. Never.... I mean never rent Minnies Townhouse. Never been updated since 1980. Walls and cielings cracked and 6 year old must have repaired. Walls are filthy, drapes are filthy. Tile follr in entry cracked all up. It has nothing here but dishes..no sslt or pepper, zero coffee filters to get you going ....nothing.
Ancient appliances. And if you have family or friends staying with you, you will have them park three or four blocks away, then walk. One parking spot only. You DEFINITELY need mapquest to find it. Residents all around and take ALL parking spots. Horrible place.

We booked this Villa for 7 adults all with en-suit. The villa had all the amenities required for our two week stay and would recommend to anyone going. Lovely sitting at the pool in the morning with breakfast. The location was fantastic 30 minutes from most of the parks and outlets. Plenty eating places and bars close by. Had a supermarket a 2 minute drive away. We did not use the communal area in this estate although it did always look quiet when we drove past.

Nice house...(no bathroom tissue or garbage bags, dish soap or kleenexes provided so arrive prepared.)
Paid4 days pool heat to assure water would be warm for our 7 day stay. However, on day 5 they added 5-6” cold water without much cleaning and water was too cold the balance of our stay...the same day they trimmed shrubs all over so debris came into pool and pool area...Perhaps scheduling the timing of these tasks could’ve been more appropriate.

The experience was great. The only problem we encountered was the kitchen sink being clogged however the staff was very prompt at rectifying the issue. The home was beautiful and spacious, however only 3 bedrooms had TV's. I look forward to booking again. Thanks so much!

We added an extra night for arrival, this was paid and confirmed but we could not get into the house as Villa Direct forgot to make the changes to our reservation. Our 4 arriving guests had to find hotels rooms at 2:00 in the morning after flying from the west coast and having to work at 7:00 am! This caused a huge problem for us.
As well, small details such forgetting to change the clocks in the house reflecting daylight savings time - cause serious delays in our scheduling.
The hair dryer in master bedroom not working, the shower curtain was put up with adhesive tape! - which of course crashed down when a towel was hung on it!

We had a party of 10 and 3 babies under the age of 2. This place was the perfect size. Had no major issues. The refrig took a full day to get cold and the dryer took a couple times dry a load of clothes. Nothing worth getting upset about, just mentioning so they can check it out as I forgot to tell them when we checked out.
I noticed the occupancy is well over 85% throughout the year, that being said I was impressed how well they kept it up and how clean it was when we arrived, considering the amount of ppl in and out throughout the year/years.
It worked out well, and would recommend this as it is so close to everything and in a well cared for gated community.

Very good communication from the outset of the booking all the way to arrival. The house was clean and well presented. On arrival the phone did not work but as soon as we advised Villa direct of our problem it was resolved in 24 hrs. All in all very professional and responsive company.

Ten of us rented a large vacation home last august. I house was huge. The kitchen had everything we need. The pool was just was bigger then i expected. The baby gate to the pool was there upon our arrival and put together. The rooms were nice size and well decorated so if a person was working my nerves i could avoid them. Payment was easy and the staff was pleasant. We wanted a late check out at the last minute and they were happy to help us. Even when people were added to the house at the last minute they help make accommodations for us. Now my only problem was the laundry had someone else clothes left in the machine. Also I think you shouldn't have to pay to heat the hot tube. I am going back this year.

We stayed with Villadirect in the Paradise Palms Resort as a close to home vacation before the kids had to go back to school. close to Disney and orlando shopping. The townhome was clean and spacious and the staff at villadirect was helpful and prompt. It rained alot but when we called villadirect for advice so the kids didnt go crazy we were able to make the most of the rainy days too! We would recommend anyone to use villadirect for their vacation. Thanks again!

We booked a home with VillaDirect for our family to use while visiting us in Florida. We live only 10 minutes from ChampionsGate and found a very impressive home with 9 bedrooms to accommodate the extended family inside the community. We had a mini reunion and all enjoyed the home immensely. My cousins raved about the modern furnishings and how well maintained it was. The kids loved the lazy river and water play area at the clubhouse. Having us as a guide they didnt need to much help from VillaDirect but was happy with the check in and check out process and mentioned how friendly everyone was there. No problems with the home and all the family has expressed how they will only stay with villaDirect from now on! This visit meant a lot to my husband and I as we havent seen some of these people in years and we are very grateful that VillaDirect made it a trip of a lifetime! Our sincerest thanks!

We LOVED the house!! kids cried when they arrived home they wanted to go back to the red house The gift boxes the kids got when we checkin were so useful they used the goofy bag for all the theme parks and enjoyed the coloring book and crayons. As soon as we walked into the house it was hot and muggy, the central air was not working, walked to the pool area and it was filthy, the pump was not working and the overflow spa was empty. Called Villa Direct right away and after 6 hours someone came and fixed the central air. As for the pool problem we had someone come 2 days later and said "yes your right the pool is not working" then left. We had to call Villa Direct for 3 days straight to get them to come and fix the pool!! Our children were very upset that they could not use the pool until the day before we were leaving. As for the rest of the house, the phone could not make out going calls, the sink leaked, the bedroom furniture was falling apart in every room and you could feel the mattress springs in the beds. I will be returning to Florida with my family but will NEVER use Villain Direct again; they are all about money and not customer service or satisfaction.

Your records are completely false and inaccurate, the pool was not fixed on Monday however someone did call us on Monday to tell us that even though our pool was green it was still useable to which I replied then you come swim in it. The pool finally was back in working condition and looking clear on Thursday which is when we went swimming in it, up until then we had to pay $10.00 to use the Community Pool. As for you calling us I have no idea what phone you tried so hard to call because we always had both our cell phones on us, as for the house phone that did not make outgoing or incoming calls surprise surprise. For the amount of money we paid for the house we were very let down by the condition and service.

Memories of family holiday Xmas 2009 ruined by appalling service from Villa Direct. Booked three villas on Emerald Island Resort for ten days at huge expense, over twelve thousand dollars, but got no pool heat in two of the villas. Was Villa direct sympathetic that we could not use the pool? Hell no!
We had to resort to swimming in club house. We will certainly be spreading the news and taking our custom elsewhere in future.

I was with Villadirect for 6 years before I sold my home in 2008. During that time I found them to be honest and reliable. I don't know what the other reviewer is complaining about - all of the items he complains about were in my contract and explained to me before joining?! As for lack of bookings - maybe his home wasn't in as good a community as mine, but I got about 30 weeks every year I was with them.

First, they charge $75 for each booking whether they did or owner's for damage waiver. It is not saved in a escow or fund for repair. It goes into their pocket. It really raises the cost of each booking, and explains why they provide little booking for the owners.
Second, they charge 4% for owner booking. They do nothing, but collect 4%, in addition to flat charge of $35 for each owner booking.
Third, if you bring your own booking when switching to them, they charge the above charges to the bookings you already have.
Fourth, weblock setup fee is expensive, and each year you have to pay for it.
Overall, owners work hard to get booking, VillaDirect does very little for you except extract tons of cash from you. It is the worst property management company by FAR!
