We were a big family. There are six rooms so it is comfortable, there are two swimming pools, a games room and a gym. Children played in the pool many times and played chess, billiards and video games. Adults sweated at the gym in an air-conditioned room. The old couple sunbathed in the poolside bed. The butler made breakfast and dinner, all of which were warm and delicious. The receipts were properly stored for the food, and it was bright and cheap. Butler was friendly. We communicated well with us who can speak a little English. The staff at villa.bali.com was also very kind. I was relieved as I carefully responded to my frequent meals and massage questions. Thank you very much. I highly recommend villa.bali.com and cantik Pandawa.

My fiancé and I booked through Villa Bali to stay at Villa Makasih in Seminyak. The booking process was smooth and easy, no dramas. We requested a driver pick us up from the airport which he did. The issue was he didn’t know where the villa was and drove us around and around for ages. He had to call someone to ask where the villa was. The villa manager had to then go out onto the streets to find us which at that point we had to get out of the car and walk to our villa. There is no reception and the walk way to the villa is tiny so no cars can get through. We had booked some tours to pick us up from the villa but we had to walk all the way out onto the road for them to pick us up from. They also did not mention that there was demolition going on next door. The constant hammering and noises coming from next door was ridiculous. The first night I woke up to hammering at 2am like really? Anyways we figured the trip started off a little rocky but the next few days was fine until NYE.
We got back to our villa at 5pm and started getting ready for dinner. The power went off at 5:15pm so we called the villa manager who told us to wait 1-2 hours and the power will come back on. We went to dinner and came back hoping the power would be back on. Which it wasn’t at 7:30pm... we called the villa manager again and he told us to wait another 3 hours which we said no because who in their right mind would? It’s hot and dark we just want the aircon on and to be able to relax with the light on! We requested he send someone out to fix it asap. Someone finally arrived after 45 mins. It was the cleaner and her husband. They had left their 1 and 2 year old at home to come out to fix which they couldn’t. They stuck around to help us by calling other workers to figure out why the power went off. At this point it was 10pm and the cleaner had to go home which was understandable. The villa manager told us to wait til 11pm cause the power “might” turn back on. We asked what would happen if it didn’t? And they told us to just wait it out. To them the heat might not be anything but to us we were dying. Standing and dripping with sweat. To make matters worse we were getting bitten by mosquitoes so we refused to stand outside or stay there and have the doors open. We asked them to move us to another villa which they said they couldn’t because everything was booked out. They said apparently half of seminyaks power was out although to us it only seemed like it was our villa. We could see other villas with the power on around us.. oh and to mention there was no water. We couldn’t wash our hands or shower either. Anyways we couldn’t wait any longer so we booked a hotel for the night. I wrote a long email to them asking to be compensated which I still have not heard back from. I have phoned and emailed and nothing back.
1/1/19 I messaged the villa manager asking if the power is back on. He replied “I don’t know”. I asked when he will be going to the villa to check and he replied “later this afternoon”. Now I get that it’s new year so people have plans but if you are a villa manager you should be on call. You should be attending to our needs. I should not have to wait til you go check this afternoon. You should be going to check ASAP! I will be returning to the villa before the villa manager does which is a joke.
This has frankly ruined my trip and my experience with Bali. I will be following up to be compensated for this as well. We paid good money to stay in a villa and the fact that this has happened and we had to stay somewhere else for the night should be compensated for. You cannot expect us to stay where there is no power and water.

Driver was late for airport pick up by half hour so some major anxiety trying to get airport to ring and.. No answer first three times... Unfortunately taken to wrong villa.. No one home... Driver had no contact number did not know what to do. Finally found number with paper documentation and villa was three doors down

Defeated the purpose and experience of staying in the villa as we had to go out and buy every meal and every drink at a higher cost.. This gets expensive with six people as unable to bring any food or drinks back to enjoy in this magnificent villa
Yes I would stay again... It is pure luxury and beautiful
However make sure you have a working fridge otherwise you are unable to take advantage of this oasis and you will be out of pocket as food and drink prices in all types of eating and drinking places in seminyak has risen quite dramatically with all the extra taxes added on at the end of your bill
Unable to utilise this amazing place to its full potential due to the most basic commodity very much needed in bali

We arrived at Bali on Aug 4th, 2018 had a transfer to our villa (Villa Aum) which we had booked for the second time (first time was in July 2017) for USD 900 a day via villa-bali.com. In the morning of Aug. 5th we got up by construction noise coming from the neighboring villa. During the day chilling in the garden was not possible. The house manager told us, that construction work had started some days ago and agreed that it is not acceptable (the work went on during our holiday week, sometimes they stopped the loud work while we were in the villa, sometimes it went on).
Immediately I contacted villa-ball.com (Franziska), send them photos of the construction dust and recordings from the noise. Their answer: They offered us a massage for everyone in the family (together USD 70!) and want to take over our planned day trip to Ubud (USD 50!). I told them that it is not exceptable not to be informed about the noise of the construction work and that I expect a compensation of 1/3rd of the rental price or a another villa. They answered that they will talk to the management and owner of the villa and that they need time. I should describe what kind of villa I would like to have instead. I told them that we would like to have a comparable house to villa Aum of course. But they did not move a centimeter. Neither they made a proposal for another Villa nor they made a proposal for an acceptable compensation. They always say that the owner is not reachable and so on. They did not understand that they are my business partner, they issued the voucher, they were paid upfront. Finally, after telling them to publish my experience with villa-bali.com on tripadvisor.com, google.com, and announced further legal steps, they agreed to pay me USD 1000. I gave them my banking contact and I still wait for the USD 1000 compensation, which were offered by them finally. But today I do not believe to receive the money at the end. Therefore I warn everybody to book with this agency. They do not take over any reponsibility, try to blame others for their incompetence. There are a lot other good brokers, which probably show more responsiveness.

Their villas always deliver a great value holiday. Staff are excellent and I recommend taking advantage of the "shopping then cook for you" arrangement for a few meals in - great value and delicious. I've knocked a star off as sometimes the villas lack the final touch, like a microwave or the driver didn't meet us at the airport. Not a big deal, I know and it didn't really affect our time in Bali.

The villa is a small cozy place suitable for a 2 adults. Easy access to nearby amenities. Surrounding is quite dark during night.Can walk to nearby beach via a short cut. Try to use grab service when traveling as transport called by villa is more expensive. Overall we enjoyed the stay.
