The staff was very friendly and smiley, adjusted to our needs and made sure we were comfortable along the journey. The plans as on the itinerary changed and we didn’t understand why (we went to Taketomi island first and then to the Phantom Island), however it was all worth it in the end and we got to spend enough time to explore and then to enjoy the snorkeling experience. Our guides took us to the best (less crowded) places and provided plenty local information - including the names of the fish! They also took great photos for us. We warmly recommend this tour, it was great fun!

The "Old-Town-Heidelberg-Tour" with Henry was absolutely great. Our family of four were the only guests on the 11 o'clock tour and thererfore, it turned out as being a private tour what was perfect for us. We got to see the prettiest parts of Heildelberg's Old Town and learned lots of interesting facts about this city. Henry was so much fun to be with and he was wonderful with our teenagers. It felt like exploring the city with a friend and we 100% recommend this tour.

Amit takes a VERY deep dive into the history of Jaffa, which may or may not be for everyone's taste. For my part I thought it was excellent, although he could have sacrificed a bit of the history for the modern culture.

My representative told me that this tour included wetsuits. This is of upmost importance because the water in December when we will be on our vacation is freezing cold. She told me that she called the tour operator and was promised of it along with the normal snorkel equipment without a doubt wetsuits were included. After I booked with her with assurance they supplied wetsuits, I called the tour director directly. They told me there was no way they supplied wetsuits and told your representative such
