Fraudulent website!!! Stay away!! We purchased tickets to a soccer game, later found out that the game is on a completely different date than what viagogo published. We called to ask for a refund and they would not refund. Publishing false information is fraud.

We purchase tickets from this company the date got changed and we could not go. We were told we could sell the ticket or even give the tickets away because they were personalized. This is BS t I know for a fact that we could resell them they just wanted our money and I would not be surprised that they resold them. This website is a scam it’s that simple I should have double checked before I purchased but I want people to know not use this site it is a scam you can’t talk to anybody we lost 200 euros. What a joke. We are trying to disputed with our credit card company but something tells me we are screwed

Garbage blood suckers. They force you to pay £7.25 delivery to check out (no other options presented). The delivery isn’t even to your home address, it’s to a random newsagent nearby to collect from. Then they send an email saying the ticket changed to e-ticket. I don’t believe it was ever a paper ticket. They force that option to collect the delivery charge then they change it back, saying they’ll refund you the delivery charge, and that they’ll send me a notice of the refund shortly. I called the contact number to investigate. They then sent me an email saying I was refunded and sorry for not notifying me. I looked at the date they quoted and it was £1.24!!! I couldn’t respond to their email because it was no-reply. I called again and they said it’s a ‘handling’ charge, and insisted that they cannot do anything for me or allow me to speak to a manager or supervisor. The definition of con-artists in broad daylight. In their initial confirmation email, they say: if you don’t want these tickets anymore, click here to resell them!!!! Of course!!! We just regurgitated them for you, here! Throw them back in with us!!
Not to mention, their belligerent pricing. They must be shut down.

Buyer beware, I just received tickets for Ben Elton, and found the face value to be £29.50, yet I paid £186 for a pair. I'm sure I did not see the face value displayed at the time, otherwise I would have walked away. I should have known better. I was desperate to get these as a surprise present, but when looking around found this site which had some, and said almost gone, x amount of people looking etc, the typical scam scare tactic which I am wiser to. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

As we were visiting Melbourne for the first time and one of the things to do is watch an AFL game at the MCG we decided to purchase tickets. I saw tickets advertised for Sunday 25th August and purchased 3 for Collingwood v Essendon. Weeks later I received an email saying the game had been changed to the Friday. Unfortunately we aren’t arriving until Friday evening and won’t make the game. I now realise they were selling these tickets for a game on Sunday and it wasn’t even confirmed as a Sunday fixture. Will never use this site again.

If I could give zero I would. Purchase two tickets $128. I never received the email with the link to retrieve them
I called three times and emailed four times. I had to purchase two new tickets at the venue. They refuse to give refunds or take responsibility. They are thieves. BEWARE!

Do not try to sell on viagogo!!! I removed my tickets as I had sold them to a friend and they kept them listed and sold them and I was then charged for not having them even though I had removed them from my listings. I don’t know if the other person was charged and I’m sorry if they were but I removed them but viagogo kept them on scamming me out of money for not having the tickets which I had sold and removed from the website! When I phoned I phoned 3 times each time o was told I would be phoned back within an hour. I left it 24 hours and still no call so when I phoned up was presented with a customer service assistant who didn’t understand my Scottish accent telling me I was providing the wrong information, he then finally got the correct information to which I was put on “hold” he didn’t put me on hold and I then overheard his whole conversation to his colleagues bad mouthing and talking about me to which when I mentioned it to him did not apologise. This whole website is a shambles and should be avoided at all costs regardless of your buying or selling

Be very careful if you buy from such websites. I had never encountered any fraudulent transactions on my credit card until 2 days after I unknowingly purchased concert tickets from this website. Somehow the fraudsters use Facebook advertisement to make these fraudulent transactions from a domain based in IE. So be forewarned.

If I could leave a 0 review I would!
I bought tickets for my 6 year old daughter to see a little mix at £169 as advertised.
What arrived was NOT for a little mix concert it was for a festival with all different artists who she doesnt know. At a face value of £30.20!!
I am absolutely disgusted at the false advertisement for these tickets and I will never ever buy from this company again and urge people to use ticketmaster instead. The customer service is shocking, I recieved an email from them to state little mix tickets are not sold separately well why are they advertising a little mix concert if its not? Absolute jokes.

This company is a fraudulent company I have been led to believe.
I bought 3 tickets at a hugely inflated price months ago.
I then decided to sell them where Viagogo then advised a price to sell at, obviously considerably lower than my purchase price.
It was very strange that I could never see my tickets for sale anywhere on their site, even when they stated they were there, after complaining a few times only a short time after my tickets appeared to have sold, so it seemed.
I messaged Viagogo several times about the lack of information around the details of both my purchase & my sales, they expected me to send the tickets I first purchased to my buyers & yet would not provide any names & addresses of the buyers, I also have no details of who sold the tickets to me originally. I have had no information or notification of any details of where & when I was supposed to receive these tickets, which Viagogo then expect me to resend to the buyers of my sale.
I do not believe there are any tickets & that it is a fake sale, I have received several messages stating that if I do not send or provide these tickets, then they will charge me again? it is all set up for Viagogo to profit further from this racket, no doubt the original seller will face the same issue...crooks & thieves, I am seeking advice at this present time!

Hate this company it's mostly a legal scam. The fact they get by with it blows my mind and I hope everyone reads the terrible reviews before using.

If you ever want to sell tickets on Viagogo, DO Not! Their terms are not good for a seller, if anything goes wrong, they have the right to charge you full price for tickets you no longer have, because sales are final to the buyer. Even if you provide tickets, if any issues is reported by the buyer then seller ends up being responsible with no appeal.
After doing research, it looks like viagogo are charging inflated prices to buyers on top of percentage charges to the resell tickets. They are making large amounts of scammed money off fans both ways.
As a seller, customer service treat you like dirt because their terms and conditions gives them the right to rip you off for money no matter what the circumstances are. It is because you are using thier platform and therefore the terms are never in your favor. Look for another fan to fan ticket site that has good terms for sellers and no penalty for not being able to provide tickets in the end.
From what I can see in the comments, buyers are having problems too. I have a very strong feeling that viagogo are not respectively resolving issues for buyers as well as fully charging resellers for issues that is not thier fault.

If I could give them less then 1 star I would. I never received my ticket. They said I produced the wrong email address (which I email them and they allegedly changed it), which now doesn't matter. They won't fix their mistake.
They do not actually what to fix the problem. I am so mad. I NEVER GOT MY TICKET! Because you didn't do your job and your still not doing your job. Ffs.

I got tickets for a Berlin gig, which ended up being cancelled. I was advised by viagogo to send the tickets back in order to receive a refund, which I did (while on vacation in Germany).
When asking about the status of my complaint, they refuse to review it any further, as I was unable to provide a copy of the receipt for posting the tickets.
The gig was cancelled and the tickets are worthless. In any other case, a refund would be processed right away. It's clearly showing in my viagogo account history that I purchases these tickets.

Honestly no stars! Bought a ticket and y
They sent a link I couldn't open. Rang them about 8 times and held on the line for over an hour at £3.60 a minute.
Eventually after the gig had started and I had been refused entry and had a row with the box office of the Albert Hall, they finally sent an e-ticket.

Total bunch of robbing so and so’s
I wanted Rod Stewart tickets and duly typed that into mr google , viagogo was first on the list , I therefore thought it was a reputable company selling tickets at face value .
I paid £459 for 4 tickets , I thought this was a bit rich at the time but what the heck ,we had wanted to see him for a while do it seemed ok.
The tickets arrived today , 3 months after we ordered them . Tickets face value was £55 each plus £7 booking fee , the total should have been £248 for the four
I feel abused by these con men and there seems nothing at all I can do .
NEVER EVER USE THESE CONMEN
Just read reviews ( I wish I had) they all say the same ...

The site is set up to panic you so you don't read the terms and conditions properly. I was unaware that I was being charge so much extra. Site is so misleading. I bought tickets and was charged 100e extra, I rang them within two minutes to say that there had been a mistake and I was unaware of the fees and I was told they could not refund me. Stay away, they are fraudsters!

So disappointed when I got to the Rugby 7’s to be told I’d been totally ripped off paying more for one day than a full weekend ticket. Apparently they are well known for this. Should have done my homework but so be warned.

I am annoyed at myself that while in a rush I ended up on this site - came up first on google search and thought they were the venue. I then ended up purchasing tickets that were completely overpriced. Got no satisfaction from a guy in customer service reading from a script telling me he was sorry for the inconvenience but offering me the option to resell the tickets to rip off somebody else.
Do not touch this company. I would give minus stars if I could and I am not the only one reading these reviews. I wish that I had read them first.
