I didn't even want to click any stars for this site. Do not order tickets from this site. We ordered tickets 5 months in advance of concert and we were able to pick the exact location and seats we wanted (lower level, not floor but DEFINITELY not nose bleed section)......but when we were emailed the tickets they were in the nose bleed section and did nothing about it. Don't use them! - too many scammers.

I bought tickets to see Ariana Grande in Hamburg on October 9th 2019 on Viagogo the last days of August. After I bought them i saw the awful reviews and was full of anxiety up until the scanned my ticket, (after 6-7 hours in cue to go in). My tickets worked fine and got to see her in third row. Initially, I was worried because they said my tickets would be delivered to me a couple weeks before the concert and I had to fly to where the concert would be held and even read some reviews about how people never even got their tickets. Thankfully, my ticket arrived the date it was planned via UPS in perfect conditions.
Now, the costumer service they gave me made me feel so much better, i contacted them through Twitter DMS a couple times and even though at the beginning they were a bit slow, they replied and even called me on the phone to solve any doubts I had and reassure me that if they didn't work, they would try to get me other tickets or give me my money back. I contacted them 2 or 3 time via twitter and on their web page after I saw the date on my ticket was different than the concert date. They explained that the concert had been rescheduled and that my tickets would work.
Even so, I wouldn't buy tickets on Viagogo just because the anxiety of my tickets made it worse than usual, especially after i had to spend money on my plane ticket. But if you already did, just check your tickets and read some articles on how to notice if they're fake. It really all depends on the person and not the website. Also have in mind that some people who buy on Viagogo and everything works out for them, probably won't write a review. So most of the reviews might be bad because that's the initial reaction.
I hope everything works out for you whoever reading this ! Don't stress too much.

So here’s what happened to me. I purchased concert tickets in February, and it wasn’t until after I purchased my tickets, that I saw the horrible reviews for this scam website. Frantic, i re-sold my tickets, hoping to get my money back. A few days later, I get an email saying that someone wants to buy my tickets, and that I have to upload the tickets. So I go to do that, and I’m not able to because viagogo never actually sent me the tickets to begin with. Turns out, I have to wait until a few days before the concert to receive my tickets in order to upload them to the buyer. I tried looking for a phone number or email on the website and of course, there isn’t any. I waited a whole 6 months to see what would happen. I finally found their phone number in my credit card history, and I called them. It’s not a real call center, just a lady with a strong accent at home with her children screaming in the background. I asked her for help, and she would interrupt me and not answer any of my questions. A few days before the concert, I received and email from them saying that I needed to upload the tickets or else I will be fined the original ticket price and then some. BUT THEY DIDN’T EVEN GIVE ME THE TICKETS TO UPLOAD. I called them again, and asked about it. The lady said I didn’t have to worry about it. Suspicious, I called again the next day, and I got a different answer. They went back and forth on whether or not I needed to provide the tickets or if they were going to. I was so confused. I called my bank because I had a feeling I was going to be charged. They gave me money back and cancelled my credit card in case viagogo tried charging me some more. I got screwed as the seller because they never gave me the tickets to upload THAT I ALREADY BOUGHT, and the buyer got screwed because they never got their tickets. It’s just a viscous cycle that never ends and that’s how they scam people.

I was lied to by six representatives over the course of two weeks. I have written correspondence as proof of their deception. I was told that the tickets I purchased would be replaced by comparable quality tickets. I reached out multiple times and was told not to worry. I purchased airline tickets and nonrefundable hotel stays and now I am being told that they will not replace the tickets but will give me a refund. I'm devastated. My plans to surprise my fiance are ruined and I'm out a significant amount of money. The last individual I spoke with showed no remorse and kept reiterating their policy like a robot. The loophole they rely on is that the actual tickets come from a third party so they are not responsible. Their guarantee is a false promise and the representatives will tell you whatever you need to hear to keep you on the hook. I imagine that spending all day listening to the calls of heartbroken people must take something out of your soul. This is a truly awful company.

I picked seats on the online map on the orchestra level, paid and failed to check the tickets I received. Going to the venue months later I realized the tickets were in the VERY LAST ROW IN THE CORNER on the balcony. They argued the section of the tickets in the shopping cart (no info for row and seat number there) matched the tickets I received. Which was true, but they put different tickets in the shopping cart than I picked. How am I going to prove that now.

I have never had a worse customer service experience in my life. I called and talked with 4 different people. None of them could speak or understand english. They are for sure located somewhere out of the United States. The ripped me off and there is no way to get help. Their website is a joke and I am so mad. Don't ever buy from them.

If there is a zero, I would give it. Had a ticket to one of the cancelled RWC games this weekend, after many rounds of emails, their response is that they will not help me get the refund, which the organisers are going to give anyway (and so therefore not money to be paid by viagogo). DO NOT USE VIAGOGO if you value your money.

I’m just really annoyed and disappointed with this website. I bought tickets— way overpriced, my fault— and never got them. Vigagogo did not make it clear how I was to retrieve my ticket and I could not get in touch with them in order to find out how to retrieve them and racked up a $50 cell phone in an attempt to retrieve them. Now I am going back and forth with them and the BBB and feeling very powerless and duped. I hope if you decide to work with them that your experience is better!

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! They're crooks. CALL YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND FIGHT THE CHARGES! We purchased tickets 3 weeks before our departure to Germany for a soccer game. Paid extra for expedited delivery. No tickets after 2 weeks. Then we received an email, tickets were delivered. If we didn't have them, check with neighbors! Next....no tickets were delivered, it was an error. Next...accept new tickets and we guarantee delivery before game. OK...less than 1 week to go, NO TICKETS! Called multiple times, emailed even more. Pleaded with them to overnight them. Asked for refund to no avail. They would not refund or overnight, but said I could list them for sale for a fee. Told them my credit card company would take back the money. I let them know I filed official inquiry. Well amazingly, they sent tickets out that evening (1day before departure) via UPS only to be delivered AFTER my departure. Do not accept tickets or sign for tickets if this happens to you. They will claim they provided the tickets before the game and met their guarantee! Theives.

Believe the reviews you are reading. I listed a ticket and attached it, they say the person couldn't gain entry so I didn't get paid. I have sold tickets many times on other sites, I will never buy or sell from Viagogo again. Beware!

I was worried because I read the reviews after I ordered tickets. But I got my tickets sent to my hotel and it was no problem. I also had contact via email and got answers to my questions. The price was of course high but that’s understandable when you buy tickets to sold out events. Negative is that its not clear what the price is going to be and the stress when booking.

Viagogo is the worst vendor I have ever dealt with. I bought tickets to a Michael buble concert and selected a wheelchair only option by mistake. They put a high press count down timer on the screen and you do not have time to read all the fine print details. I disputed the charge as I see their website as fraudulent. My credit card company agreed Barclay carnival MasterCard and gave me immediate refund. After investigation they now say viagogo is a third party vendor and they have no recourse and I am liable for the $164. For nothing. Viagogo said don’t worry you can sell them on our web site you have a month. They found out I disputed the charge and prevented me from selling the tickets. F- you viagogo and Barclay I will never use both of you again!

My tickets arrived with someone else's name on it so I was worried. I contacted the venue and asked if they would be accepted. I was told that this person was known to them as a person who buys multiple tickets and then resells at a huge profit via Viagogo. Possibly a Viagogo employee, they wondered. They had tried to contact him to cancel ALL his tickets (which I believed they are obliged to do) but had no contact details for him. I was lucky, the venue said my tickets would be fine, as I had unwittingly bought them, however they were unable to guarantee if the same tickets had been sold to multiple people. They were e-tickets so they could have been easily forged.

I wouldn't even give them any star if it would have let me..I'm about to report them to the bureau of investigation! They are misleading and a rip off! I had to resell tickets I purchased and they were to redirect to the new buyer , now one week before concert these people are trying to say they were unable to redirect the ticket and I need to do what they were suppose to do!! They are holding on to over 300.00 of my money and I'll be damned if they think they will get away with this!

They fool you by making you think you are on the events website. They fool you by making it seem like the event is almost sold out. They sell tickets at triple or quadruple the face value... far more than the asking price available direct from the venue. I was ripped off twice before I realized what was going on. And trying to get a copy of your tickets is impossible. Their customer service is among the worst. Do yourself a favor and buy direct from the venue - save yourself lots of money and aggravation. This place is a bonafide ripoff.

Viagogo is a fraud. It is that simple. I was victim of Viagogo dirty tactics. I hold google search in collusion by listing Viagogo as top search results for the ticket vendor. Naively, I assumed viagogo was the official ticket vendor for the event. The scam begins with a clock ticking, threatening to re-release the tickets back to the market place. In the meantime, the site constantly bombard you with pop-ups. In small prints in various pop ups there are various upcharges and ticket fees, that can't be seen clearly or in adequate amount of time to digest. In the interim the clock continues to click enticing to continue the purchase otherwise the ticket is re-released to the market place. They play with buyer's impulsivity and emotion. By the end of all the screens, you will pay a very marked up ticket price. But that is not the end of the horror. You will wait for ever to get the tickets purchased. And this is the basis of the fraud. Their site when purchasing portray that there is every reason to believe a ticket is to be had once purchased. But, there was never any tickets to be sold to begin with. It is pure speculation. You don't receive any tickets. You just wait and hope tickets get sent to you. It is pure fraud true and simple. And their policy is that they have until the day of the event to obtain the ticket. How can anyone plan travel, hotel, and flight yet wait the day of the event for tickets to be delivered by Viagogo. Will never use viagogo again. Please tell all your friends and families to avoid this site. It is a fraud.

Do not buy from them or sell with them. Whole thing is a scam. Flew across country to see the Stones, never go the tickets. Stood outside the venue heartbroken, only to be told I would be refused a refund because the tickets were released to me in time. No trace of any actual tickets exist! Shady people, don’t know how they sleep at night

BEWARE - Unless you don't mind being charged for twice the price for the concert or venue your attending then this company is for you. When you ask them why they charge more than the artist is earning for the concert you are advised they use a world class courier - Marvellous - I feel so much better being charged £101 instead of 45.50 per ticket - £202 instead of £91 think on it folks.. Daylight Robbery.

Buyer Beware!! Viagogo is a Bad company. I had to engage my credit card company in fraud that occurred. The tickets I bought were never placed in my account. I contacted Ticket Master who looked into situation and they told me they could see that the tickets were not placed in my account but they couldn’t do anything about it because it involved 3rd party tickets. My bank researched the case and concluded it had merit and went to bat for me thank goodness or I wouldn’t have had any recourse. You can’t talk to Viagogo management. The foreign phone operators block you. They must be trained in acting like they’ll do something for you but in reality they do nothing. Absolutely Nothing. They just kept saying that everything is fine, tickets have been transferred and most importantly All Sales Are Final ( even if you never received any product apparently!!)
