Dont ever use VIABUY, they locked me out of my account due to suspicious activity.
I had to notarize documents, show my source and proof of income and purpose of transaction and still yet they don’t care. Locking me out of the account and yet no results. No customer service to answer your queries only emails and then threaten to block you. They are scammers and holding 7k of my money in the account.

I have had an unauthorized deduction from my account (card was neither stolen nor lost). The customer Service helped immediately by blocking the account. within 2 days I received a new card and within 10 days the money was back. Thank you very much for your support

I requested to close my account and have the remaining balance of 591€ sent to another account. The money was sent back to VIABUY and I was notified of this by email. I then responded to VIABUY by requesting they send my money to another account. I gave them my bank details. This was on 20th August 2019. Today is 29th August and after I sent at least three or four emails during this time, I have not received any email confirmation that my money was sent. My account with VIABUY is closed, so I have no other way of accessing my money, except by doing a transfer. I am angry and frustrated. If VIABUY does not respond or send me the funds by tomorrow, I will be forwarding my complaint to the financial ombudsman and other financial authorities.

I transferred 2,000€ to my Viabuy account on 28th March and the payment has not cleared. I was asked for documents to have my account upgraded which I sent them immediately and the transfer is still pending. I asked them to either clear the payment or return the transfer to source, they have done nothing. Their telephone number is now unobtainable emails and PM's go unanswerred. I have been in touch with FOS who have said that I can raise a claim with them 8 weeks after the initial complaint was logged which I will do but in the meantime I will be contacting the police fraud department to see if there is anything they can do

Extremely disappointing service. I transferred €1,500 to my account on 8th March and today is 5th April and the funds are still pending!! I have tried calling Customer Service to try and resolve this issue but have been kept on waiting on the telephone to speak to someone for over 30 minutes and I am still waiting!
Please could someone from Viabuy contact me urgently I need this money clearing. You state on your terms that clearance takes 14 days...
