At first I enjoyed viabill now I'm not sure if I want to continue using them. I don't have an outstanding balance but every time I try to use it says my payment cant be authorized. However my bank statement shows they took the money from another one of my accounts. I contacted my banks and there isnt any issues on my end. Crazy part is I used the same card that couldn't be authorized to settle my account now how does that work it just doesn't make any sense.Viabill customer service is a joke I've emailed [email protected] with no response.

I DIDN'T want to get into this viabill BS payment plan it's a SHAM!!!! I made 2 orders of $75.00 and $16.75 and my balance is over $231.00 HOW!!!???? I am sooooo angry and I can't get a straight fricken answer if these CONTINUES i will have to get AUTHORITIES involved this place is a SCAM i got paperwork PROOF and even the company i bought FROM has my 2 orders in there system SO I KNOW THIS AMOUNT OF OVER $231.00 this IS A BS AMOUNT!!!!!! I don't RECOMMEND THIS SCAM SYSTEM AND THE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE MESSAGE ME AROUND 3AM AFTER I AM ASLEEP soooo FRAUD SYSTEM I WISH I NEVER GOT INTO THIS PAYMENT VIABILL BS!!!!!! I will have to contact my bank and my lawyer to see if these continuous I feel INSECURE that my THESE CROOKS HAVE MY card information!!!

Let me start by saying I have a merchant account. ViaBill staff was eager to get me on calls and very responsive to my emails. As soon as I was signed up and on board, all communications ceased.
When customers checkout on your site, ViaBill will take the information, and approve and debit the payment from a customer's account. You must then "Capture" the payment from your site's side or there will be no transaction made. Only there is no way to "Capture" the payment, and the instructions they give cannot be carried out contrary to how they may think they have it set up. As a side note, this makes no sense to have ViaBill "capture" the payment, and then as an additional required step you as a merchant must "capture" the payment as well. It is redundant and creates these very problems.
I have tried to contact customer service for the past week and have only received 3 responses, 2 of them being exactly the same. The last response I received told me that my issue was being forwarded to another department. Running me around. I may be biased, but personally, I see this to be a big issue if your merchants are unable to accept payments due to a bug in your system. Especially if your business model is predominantly profitable when taking 3% of the merchant's sales.
I would still love to have ViaBill as an option to customers the model itself is great. The customer service and functionality however is virtually non-existent, and that saddens me.
Please have someone reach out to me as soon as possible, preferably by phone, so that we may get this issue resolved and this review removed.

So i ordered hemp from tweedle farms and the price came to 50.40. Since i have visa tweedle farms doesn't accept visa so i am forced to use viabill. When i go to pay off my balance off it only lets me pay 50.39. So now i have 1 cent pay but it wont let me pay it. Tried numerous times to pay it off. The monthly charge is for 10 dollars I do not want my card charged anything extra just for something i did not want to use in the first place. Also i tried emailing twice but no replies. Idc what the trust pilot score is but to me this is a scam.

Well and good that I've got a 30$ payment coming out in installments. I can treat myself a little more often this way.. but what's the catch? How does VIA Bill profit? Am I paying a fee? Or is the company I'm buying from? This isn't just a free funnel to shoot money out at companies with minimal installments, is it? I'm seriously baffled. What am I being charged?

If I could give zero stars I would! Just a heads up to anyone looking into using ViaBill. There is no US number - just Denmark. If you e-mail to [email protected], you will get no response. When you go to close you account out - which you have to go thru the messaging in your online account - the support team is in Denmark. This means, for some reason, they can not e-mail you a confirmation of your account being closed. Their excuse is that they already deleted your account and now they do not have your e-mail address to send you a confirmation. When I gave my e-mail address to the support staff, she said that since they are in Denmark it won't go thru. Umm, isn't it called the World Wide Web for a reason? So, basically she told me that I can not have written verification that my account has been close. Seems suspicious. The only verification suggestion the support tech. could give me was to take a screen shot of the conversation! Well, I was on a desk-top and could not "screen-shot" our conversation. Anyone looking into using this company be warned - closing your account will be a long difficult and unprofessional process! I did find a feature at the bottom of the messaging window that you can send a transcript of the conversation to your e-mail - I did just that to have some type of record in case they try something in the future! Hey ViaBill, if you are going to have a company that does business in US, please have live support here and not just an e-mail address that you will not respond to!

They refuse to delete my account. They gave me a $300 credit that I Never asked for. I could not figure out how to pay the $27.70 in full so they took $6.93 out of my account until it was paid. Now they are taking money out of the $300.00 credit line that I NEVER EVER asked them for. Every time I email to have them close the account they tell me that I haven't paid off the $27.70 which was paid off a while ago. I contacted the company that said to use VIAbill and they stated it was paid in full. Now this company is just taking money and applying it to themselves and will not cancel it. I filed a fraud report with my credit card company and am in the middle of writing a report on the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint against them for what they are doing. DO NOT USE THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!

If I could give it one star I would. I have two payment plans. One the order was delivered but STOLEN from my front door. The other is on backorder and I want to stop making payments on both of those things since 1. I had my package STOLEN (I do not have the item why am I paying for it) and 2. I am afraid the other order will be stolen so I would like to cancel it. I have emailed both VIABILL and the company I have made the order on and have not received a single email back other than "Thank you for writing to us!
Your email (*****) has been sent to your support team.
You can add further comments by answering this email." multiple times. So disappointed in VIABill. I really liked it until I needed customer service.
