Good luck getting a real person to talk to on the phone. I tried to call in 2 refills and was directed to leave a message or email them. I did both and it took 4 days to get a reply.

I ordered Welactin and 4 doses of Bravecto. I received the Welactin. My credit card was charged for the FULL order. I left 3 messages and an email and NEVER HEARD FROM THE COMPANY. Now the customer service voice mail is completely full, so they are not responding to anyone.

Decided to ignore others' negative reviews and give this company a fair chance; after all, they advertised cheaper prices and appeared legitimate. Unfortunately, my first order will be my last. They don't fill their own orders, but use a third party. They don't use original packaging: meaning your order may be vulnerable to damage, perforation, or have been opened. Sent OLD, dried out, nearly expired meds. The manufacturer advised not to use. Customer service was incredibly difficult to reach and only responded to an open bank dispute. Did very little to convince me they valued my order or repeat business. Sometimes just apologizing to the customer and offering to "make it right" goes a long way... BUYER BEWARE: Do yourself a favor and order meds through your vet or through a more reputable online business.

Company is very slow. I emailed them about the correct vet's fax number and a week later they contacted me saying they don't have the info.
I had to provide the info again for them.
The next time i went to order i tried to use a coupon code. When it didn't work , i emailed them. It took over 48 hours to get an answer and i needed to email twice to get a response. When i did get an answer they told me i could not use the code and to feel free to shop else where. I will in the future shop with the other site i use, who provides more prompt service and is more efficient with getting my vets info. These are items I purchase monthly for maintenance so, if they had worked with me they could have gotten continually business.They didn't even offer there normal 15% off coupon? Bad customer service.

At the end of completing my order, there was a note stating " Pet 15 (Multiple coupon codes can't be combined or added to autoship orders)." I did not choose autoship and called the 800 to address this. They immediately have a recording saying they are assisting other customers, but do not give you the option to wait for the next customer service rep. You have the choice of leaving a message or emailing them. I am offended by this. If you can take my money, you should be able to speak with me about any issues I have. Why post a customer service # if you are not going to allow customers to speak with someone. I redialed that # for half an hour and did not get an answer.

Got the impression that this site would be where I would order my refills. It says free shipping but after the original order you get your medicine from Allivet and they charge shipping. Kind of like a Bait and Switch. Disappointed

If less than one star was an option I would have used that. It took weeks to ship my order (literally 3 weeks). Kept telling me the vet declined the order, when I had talked to the vet and gotten all my dogs up to date on exams, even after they declined to send me my order I ended up receiving half of the shipment a month later and when I reconnected with them they said "it was an accident and I wasn't suppose to receive anything." I told them all the info had been updated at the vet and they agreed to send me the rest of my order after they checked and verified the updated information, a week later I am emailed saying I wont be receiving anything because I needed to update my vet records. Definitely not worth the time or hassle, I would not recommend anyone use this site.

Most likely not your faulty, it took just short of 3 weeks to get my order. I had to get the more expensive pills from my vet to make sure I didn't run out.

Just got off the phone with one of the customer service representative and cannot believe how rude she was. After placing an order on 4/13/18 and being charged immediately I still have yet to receive an email that my order has shipped. So today (5/7/18) I decided to call to see what the hold up was. After leaving a voicemail, a lady called me back and immediately told me that it was my fault the order had not shipped. I completely will accept the fact that I put in the wrong fax number for my vet however #1 why was an email notification not sent to me letting me know that?.. #2 I provided the vet phone number, so a phone call to them would have been appropriate!.. #3 I will never understand how someone as rude as the lady I spoke with (I wish I had her name) could hold a customer service position in a company. My husband and I run a business and I handle all of our customer service. I would never accuse a customer of being in the wrong the way this lady did. NO responsibility was taken on their part and honestly, there is no excuse for this type of customer service. I will NEVER purchase anything from this site again due to the HORRIBLE customer service and lack of communication.

Horrible communication with customer service. Didn't indicate on site that the prescription was going to expire, so when I found out, 10 Days Later when I contacted them, they weren't helpful at all trying to figure out a solution to the problem. There was a lot of attitude from the customer service rep, on the phone and through e-mail, and I will never buy from them again, EVER.

I ORDERED MEDS FOR MY CAT 3 WEEKS AGO TODAY AND I HAVE YET TO RECIEVE THE MEDICATION! I WASN'T TOLD I NEEDED A SCRIPT FOR THIS MEDICATION AND THEN WHEN I WAS TOLD I WENT TO MY VET AND GOT IT RIGHT AWAY AND EMAILED IT SO THEY COULD SEND IT FINALLY! ANOTHER FEW DAYS LATER I GOT A CALL AFTER I SENT A NOT SO NICE EMAIL EXPLAINING MY FRUSTRATION. I WAS THEN TOLD THEY CAN NOT ACCEPT FAX OR EMAIL PERSCRIPTIONS! OK WHY WASN'T I TOLD THIS EITHER, I COULD HAVE SENT IT 3 DAYS EARLIER! FROM THE AD IT MADE IT SOUND LIKE YOU JUST ORDER WHAT YOU NEED... THEY SHOULD PUT THAT YOU NEED A SCRIPT AND YOU NEED TO MAIL IT TO AN ADDRESS.. I WOULD HAVE DONE ALL THIS RIGHT AWAY INSTEAD OF STILL WAITING ON MY CAT'S MEDS THAT I AM ALMOST OUT OF NOW AND MAY HAVE TO GO TO THE VET AND PAY HIGHER PRICES FOR MORE BECAUSE IM NOT SURE WHEN THE MEDS FROM VET DEPOT WILL ARRIVE!

I've been shopping at vetdepot.com for a while and absolutely love their prices as well as their shipping speed. It's amazing how fast prescriptions get filled and shipped once they receive the authorization from the vet.
Yesterday was the first time that I had to reach out to them for customer service. I emailed since it's easier with my work schedule. Within 10 min of sending it, I had a response. Myself and the rep went back in forth a few times and the rep was always super helpful and quick to respond. Last night I received a text advising me that my item shipped and then it was followed up with a email from Customer Service.
Vetdepot.com definitely is the best online pet pharmacy and an absolute pleasure to work with.
