Vertu Honda Durham were amazing when I took my car in for a “simple” job. After a free health check the mechanic Lee identified an issue with a shock absorber which happened prior to me buying the car from another dealer (not happy with them!) The workshop videos that are sent showing the issues are such a brilliant idea and Deborah was great, keeping me up to date and fully informed on prices etc. I now have a lush car that drives like a dream and I feel much better having the knowledge that my car is safe! Thank you so much! Next time I shall just buy from you instead!!

We collected our new Honda Jazz 8/7/20 from Vertu Honda, Doncaster & are very pleased with it & our first time experience with the Doncaster dealership.
Shaun (Banjit) Singh, sales exec, was very welcoming & helpful. He kept us informed every step of the way from ordering to collection, dealing really well with the inevitable delays created by the coronavirus lockdown. Shaun is certainly a great asset to the dealership.

Poor customer service and broken promises, I booked my crv in for a map up date on the phone I said it was a sd nav and the lady said it would be £45 for any update apart from the latest garmin which gets 5 years free! Drove to to the dealership to be told after waiting 20 mins no it’s £170!
No sorry no listing to the call I made just there your key!
Will not be using again
Update: Very quick response on here, given them all the details and 4 days later still nothin! Come on Vertu you call this customer service?!

I ordered a brand-new Honda Civic Sport from Vantage Bradford early February for March 1st delivery. I was so excited that I also purchased a 'private 2020' plate. The lads in Bradford 'Neil Price and Neil Farnley' were exceptional, they were knowledgeable and extremely helpful which sold the car to me. They also kept me informed all the way through, even telling me when my car had been delivered to Bradford so that I could pop in and see it.
This is when it changed.
I was notified on the 25th February that Vantage Honda was to be taken over by Vertu Honda and that NOTHING would change, my car was still on course to be collected by myself on Sunday March 1st as promised. During that week I was then informed that there may be 'a delay' as obviously IT equipment had to be changed and new systems put in place, as much I resigned myself to the fact that my car may not be ready for collection as promised, I would have to wait until Monday 2nd to collect. I had already changed my insurance so that my old car which I had traded in swapped over on March 1st and new commenced March 1st. This being the case, I dropped my car off at Vantage, so now I was car less.
IT issues then delayed my collection even further. Both Neil’s kept me updated as much as they possibly could. They were also upset and frustrated for me as well as the other customers affected.
I was now completely reliant upon friends, colleagues and taxi’s giving me lifts to and from work and wherever I had to go.
I was then informed that the issue was between Vertu and DVLA, the systems somehow not tying in, meaning that they were unable to register or tax my car.
March 9th, after contacting Vertu Customer support, I was contacted by Chris who was understandably apologetic and promised to look into the matter for me, he did and promised me my car would be ready for collection March 10th.
March 10th, I finally took possession of my beautiful Civic Sport.
I MUST STATE, ALL THE STAFF AT VERTU BRADFORD ARE FANTASTIC AND WOULD HIGHLY RECCOMEND YOU CONTACTING THEM. THEY REMAINED PROFFESIONAL THROUGHOUT. I AM SURE THAT THEY WILL OFFER YOU A GREAT DEAL AND SERVICE. MY GRIPE IS WITH VERTU ONLY AND THE TIMING OF THE CHANGE-OVER OF FRANCHISE. IT IS LIKE CORPORATE GREED AND STATS AND FIGURES RATHER THAN CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAVE NOT BEEN OFFERED ANY FORM OF RECOMPENSE FOR THE DELAY OR INCONVENIENCES.
I was so excited and enthusiastic about picking my brand-new car up, but, I lost that feeling, I feel really let down. I just wanted my keys and to drive off without having any education given about the car
The car in itself is FANTASTIC and could not recommend enough.

I have been using Grantham Honda for the last five years after purchasing my first CRV. I have taken the car to them for service and MOT and after hitting over 100,000 miles decided it was time to update the motor.
Andy Robson provided a fabulous service and helped me purchase my new (used) CRV swiftly and pain-free.

The best deal within the areas I wanted to search. Although I travelled from north wales to Doncaster it was worth it. Dealership and staff very helpful, approachable and professional. The business manager Jindy Sansoa was in attendance on the day of viewing and on handover and was exceptional at ensuring my experience was a good one. Got a used car from here happy with the price and service. Couple of weeks later needed some work doing under warranty. The work took a little longer than expected due to unavailability of parts. I was kept up to date on time lines etc by the service manager, got the car back two weeks earlier than the expected time with the delay. Over all very happy with the service.

I visited a few dealership and looked at a few cars before I decided to go to Honda Vertu in Doncaster. There I met Ajay which was very professional and informative. I pointed at some concerns on the car that needed to be addressed and reassured me that they will correct them in time if decided to purchase the car. Just had the best ever start-to-finish new car purchase experience from Doncaster Honda. Ajay Singh and his colleagues have gone the extra mile over every aspect of this purchase. Great customer service, first class communications and a terrific collection experience yesterday morning, especially as we got the 2020 spec Civic which, according to the motoring press, isn't for delivery until January. All in all a great deal and a guaranteed customer again.

Had a 'while you wait' booking for a service at Honda Doncaster.
1. They didn't start working on the car until an hour after I arrived.
2. When I got home, checked oil level and it was barely at minimum level on the dip stick.
3.They failed to top up the coolant.
4. They failed to rectify the tyre pressure deflation warning light that kept coming on.
This was my first visit to this Honda dealer, it will be my last!

I recently purchased a Honda CRV ex hybrid estate from AJ at Doncaster Honda. I would like to say what an excellent experience dealing with AJ was and sorted out to my total satisfaction an after sales problem which is always a fantastic sign of a great salesman. To go the extra mile or two!
I’d also like to say I’m absolutely delighted with the car, it’s everything it says on the tin.
