Hailey Cusimano from Veritas was the best tutor I've ever worked with! She was truly an encyclopedia and knew the answer to every question I asked her. Her knowledge of GMAT quant and verbal were unmatched and she has a talent for explaining problems in a way that is easy to understand. In additional to this, she was always enthusiastic and encouraging! I could not have gone through the studying process and been successful without her.

I enrolled in Veritas Prep's live class taught by Anthony Ritz. I chose Veritas for a number of reasons, including the robust structure of the program and the fact that the live courses are taught by instructors that scored in the 99th percentile or higher. The way the class is set up is very conducive to learning and cementing the concepts you need for success on the GMAT - you do prep work independently prior to class to shore up and refresh/rebuild foundational skills, have the live class, then do practice questions (and you have access to several practice tests as well).
I chose to enroll in Anthony's class as I was impressed by his reviews and his extremely high (perfect or near perfect) test scores across all sorts of exams, and also heard firsthand from Veritas folks who had met him about how much he cared about his students. I am so glad I decided to take Anthony's class - he truly is an excellent teacher and he wants to see you succeed, which for me is huge. He kept the entire class engaged throughout the 3-hour lessons, showing us how to think and the reasons behind both the right and wrong answers. He really, really knows his stuff and the best ways to tackle GMAT problems, and has a great sense of humor that keeps the class fun and also actually helps you remember certain concepts! I learned a ton of different strategies that apply not only to the GMAT, but particularly on the quantitative side, tools that can be used in day to day life and work!
I am grateful to have had the opportunity to learn from Anthony. I highly, highly recommend him and the Veritas Prep program!!

Veritas Prep is great, but more specifically, Aaron Pond is the man! I got a 740 on the GMAT and it would not have been possible without Aaron's class. I can't imagine taking the GMAT without employing Aaron's GMAT Jujitsu strategies. His Cheat Sheets, a 31 page document that contains literally everything you need to know for the GMAT, were an invaluable resource while preparing for the exam. Once the class was over, Aaron kept in touch with me through email and phone calls, answering questions the day before my exam. After I received my awesome score, Aaron was one of the first people I shared my excitement with! I definitely recommend Aaron Pond and Veritas Prep to anyone studying for the GMAT.

I decided to purchase the Veritas GMAT Prep after a few days thinking of what would be the best strategy to get the score I needed in a few months of study.
In 2018 I tried to study using the tutor from The Economist, but its lack of methodology and preference for rushing things up have proven to be not useful.
I needed something which would give me the tools to enhance my critical thinking skills and breakdown the reasoning behind every GMAT question. So I decided for purchase the online classes from Veritas Prep, with Aaron Pond as the teacher.
And it was the best decision I have ever made, regarding my GMAT preparation.
The Veritas Prep Course is designed to teach you how to approach all GMAT questions using your critical reasoning skills, and not just by pure math. This strategy has been proven the best one, and their “pyramid” to teach you to “think like the testmaker” makes ALL the difference.
Also, Aaron Pond is one of the best teachers I have ever had in my entire life. Not only because he is a GMAT genius, but also because you can really see the pleasure he feels when he is teaching. He always has the time to explain a solution to you as many times as you need, with different explanations and approaches, to make sure you understand it.
I strongly recommend, to anyone who wants to do well in the GMAT with 2-3 months of preparation, to take Veritas Prep with Aaron Pond.
The result of my decision was an upgrade from a GMAT score of 600 (studying during 5 months with The Economist tutor) to a score of 720 (studying during 10 weeks, being 6 taking Aaron’s classes and 4 finishing all of Verita’s homework sets).

Veritas is great because they give you everything you need to beat the GMAT from detailed study material to knowledgeable instructors. Aaron and his TA Jeff Yin were amazing and both are very engaging instructors. The online class culture was very collaborative and geared towards helping everyone learn. Aaron and Jeff were always available to me (day/night/weekends/weekdays) and I can tell they genuinely care. Aaron has not only helped me increase my score by 50 points but also reviewed my application to grad school (4 months after the class ended). I recommend Veritas and Aaron because your future deserves the best.

I took the Veritas course with Aaron this past fall and I couldn’t recommend doing this more to anyone that is looking to take the Gmat in the near future. Aaron is not only extremely knowledgable but he really cares about every single student that takes his course and offers to help all of us once the course is over. One of the big things that comes up in his course isn’t just about the content and questions, but it’s a lot of learning how to think about how to actually take the test and to think like the test maker. Each lesson he really goes into how to strategize each type of question that will come up, and he even gives us a cheat sheet on how to break down and think about all of the problems in each section of the course. More than anything, Aaron and the course are able to turn some really gross looking problems into things that are achievable in a reasonable amount of time.

A GMAT class is a must before sitting for the exam. I did an in-person class, as I thought that would really force me to pay attention to the material, as opposed to an online class. I can't speak for all the teachers, but the teacher I had (Anthony Ritz) was fantastic. Extremely engaging and knowledgable. Never once was I bored learning the material, particularly because of the way he taught it. One of the best teachers I had in my educational career. Veritas is a must if you're sitting for the GMAT.

I've used Veritas Prep's admissions counselling and GMAT prep materials and got a 750 on my GMAT which led me to my dream business school (MBA). The counselors are incredibly knowledgeable and are always available. Prep materials were super helpful all the way.

My Veritas class taught by Anthony Ritz was very helpful - I appreciated the depth and pace of lessons. Anthony specifically was incredibly skilled in explaining quantitative concepts. He definitely cared about his students and was willing to provide extra help.

I took the Veritas Prep 6-week long in-person class in DC with Anthony Ritz and cannot imagine taking the GMAT without it! I ended up improving 110 points from my diagnostic test and scoring in the 99th percentile, and I am certain that I could not have made the same improvement self-studying. Anthony did an amazing job of teaching specific test-taking strategies that tangibly improved my performance on certain question types, and he managed to do it in as engaging of a manner as possible - the three hour classes definitely went by faster than any of my college lectures! I highly recommend taking a Veritas Prep course, especially if you are like me and need the discipline and strict timeline of a class to keep you on track - my total study time was only seven weeks and I can now focus on applications for the rest of the spring.

Anthony helped me improve my GMAT score from a 620 to a 680. He is a very engaging teacher -- this is especially valuable trait when you are taking his class after a long day at work. His class provided me the skills to efficiently manage my time and confidently answer every type of question. His lessons were especially helpful for approaching quant problems, many of which are intimidating but are easier than they appear.

My experience with Veritas Prep thus far has been fantastic, and I attribute that to my instructor, Aaron Pond. Very frequently with test prep companies, the standard is high to become an instructor. For Veritas, individuals must score in the 99% percentile on their GMATs to become an instructor. However, a downfall associated with this high standard can sometimes be that the instructors are, frankly, brilliant, but do not know how to teach. With Aaron, you make no sacrifice, he is both brilliant and a teacher by trade. Aaron has a way of boiling complicated subject matter down, and provides helpful analogies for students to remain calm and remember the Veritas strategies on test day. In my opinion, the definition of a fantastic teacher is one who invests in his/her students both within and outside of the classroom. Aaron’s dedication to his students goes well beyond the 36 hour live course. He constantly offers himself as a resource to students on their GMAT and MBA application journey, and it’s apparent that this is a genuine offer. Aaron will go above and beyond to develop his students and help them achieve their goals. Exhibit A: Aaron spent over 30 hours on just two pages of his ~30 page cheat sheet packet he distributes to his students to ensure the content is of the highest quality. Aaron is truly a major asset to this company. Thank you, Aaron, for your dedication to your students!

I started my GMAT journey with little knowledge of what to expect. I performed extremely well in undergraduate school (Aeronautics, 4.0 GPA) and didn't think I would have to put in much effort to score well. Im sure you guessed by now but that was completely wrong. I did not perform the type of Math or English the GMAT requires in quite some time. I was rusty at best. In fact my first baseline score was 370... I obviously had my work cut out and decided to go with the Veritas prep coursework, as I heard great things about it. Well in a matter of 2 weeks that 370 turned into a 550. Then a week later 570 and has only continued improving. I am still studying for my test with a goal to achieve over 700. In doing so I have learned two different things. I will not give up until i achieve this goal. Aaron Pond will not give up until I reach this goal. He continues to work with me after the course has ended providing invaluable support. He is an instructor that is tremendously knowledgeable on the subjects required from the GMAT and loves watching his students succeed. Now I am not ignorant to the fact that my increases likely had to due my lack of initial prep prior to the first test. But Aaron has also helped guide my study in a way that I would not have seen myself. He works hard and even stays after class to ensure that anyone who needs help, gets help. I absolutely think this is a great program and Aaron is an amazing instructor.

I highly recommend signing up for a GMAT Prep course at Veritas Prep with Aaron Pond as your instructor! The Veritas Prep program is incredible. They give you both paper and electronic copies of your books. The curriculum is extremely thorough. They give you plenty of practice tests, daily help hours at convenient times, and a great six week program of online courses to prep for the GMAT. The online classes are great. Although I was hesitant of the format, you truly feel like you’re in a real classroom. Each virtual classroom also includes a group chat so you can chat with other students and the instructor. The instructor will often ask questions to the class and you can type in your response. They see how you are performing, which is great for them recommending how you might get extra help on a certain topic.
Before signing up for the course, I did a lot of research on which instructor I wanted. Finally, I decided on Aaron Pond. Best decision I have EVER made! I highly recommend Aaron Pond! He is undoubtedly one of the best teachers I have ever had in my entire life. First of all, he spent hundreds of hours creating a “GMAT Cheat Sheet” that is over 30 pages long and includes every single bit of information that is covered on the exam. In addition, the cheat sheet includes Aaron’s problem categorizations of different topics discussed throughout the course. If you struggle with a certain topic such as “Ratios”, you can easily find Aaron’s categorization of every single ‘ratio’ problem in the Veritas Prep books. I highly suggest you laminate and bind this cheat sheet immediately. (FYI Aaron only gives these cheat sheets to his students. My brother took a GMAT prep course with a different instructor, and he was extremely jealous of my cheat sheets and bummed that he didn’t get any.) I also recommend that you bind the cheat sheet on single-sided paper. I wrote a lot of extra notes on the empty pages. This really helped me out with studying.
Since Aaron is also a teacher outside of Veritas, he truly knows how to engage students in a meaningful way. Quant is not my strong point, and I have never really enjoyed math. Yet during Aaron’s online classes, he actually had me laughing out loud during the Quant sections on a regular basis! Aaron explains some concepts in a way that is so obnoxious yet memorable, so you are sure to never forget the concept on the actual GMAT. Aaron also gives great tips for studying after the end of class in addition to dozens of tips about successfully applying to business schools. Aaron makes himself available to his students well beyond the end of the course, and he is truly your ally in the GMAT/MBA application process. He had the perfect words of encouragement when I was struggling with my practice exams. Once I took the actual GMAT, I reached my goal score that was over 90 points higher than the score I thought I could achieve. Ironically, the actual GMAT felt much easier than the Veritas Prep practice exams. Trust me, you WANT to be surprised this way on exam day. Even after the exam, Aaron has been such a huge help in discussing different business school opportunities with me. He truly wants every one of his students to succeed well beyond the GMAT prep classroom.
Finally, I can’t say enough good things about Jeff Yin, my teaching assistant at Veritas Prep. He was invaluable in answering many of my questions on the side during class. Jeff was so patient at explaining difficult Quant topics in greater detail to me. He would also stay 45 minutes after each virtual class to help me with specific homework problems that I was struggling with. Jeff also runs the “homework help” hours on Mondays and Fridays, so I highly recommend you attend help hours on those days.
Honestly just go sign up for a Veritas Prep GMAT class with Aaron Pond – it will the best decision you ever make.

Great overall experience with Veritas Prep and my instructor, Aaron Pond. He was very helpful within the class as well as outside when additional assistance was needed. On top of all the materials Veritas provided, he gave us his own "cheat sheets" that were a wonderful additional resource. Would definitely recommend the course if you are looking to get a competitive score on your GMAT.

Aaron is hands down own of the most knowledgeable and caring teachers I have had in any subject. He breaks down every problem, no matter how hard, in a way that is digestible and emphasizes the strategies we should leverage to tackle problems in the future. He encourages participation from everyone and makes the online classroom almost more interactive than an actual classroom. One of the biggest takeaways I had from class with Aaron is focusing on the process of studying for the GMAT, instead of just focusing on the results, something that is going to help me study on my own leading up to the test. He also provides a cheat sheet with his class that he has poured countless hours into that provides breaking points to every type of question with strategies to see the tricks to the problem. Now that class over, he has emphasized again and again that our relationship is not done and I should not hesitate any time about anything (which I 100% intend to do).

As a tutor, Veritas has always been my go-to recommended resource for my students. Their material emphasizes the strategies and critical-thinking necessary for success on the GMAT, and their framework is a fool-proof way to build on foundational content, while developing the higher-order thinking skills necessary to maximize success on the test. Their questions are built to match the tone and complexity of official material, making them a superior practice and practice test resource as well. Veritas is a brilliantly developed, comprehensive resource perfect for anyone looking to maximize their test score potential.

All of the Veritas staff are excellent. My instructor was amazing. She clearly has the experience and the flow of the course nailed down. I never felt lost or confused in regards to how the course was organized. She was approachable and could explain things in various ways so people who learn differently could grasp the same concept.
I came into the course more looking for confidence and the "tricks" of the GMAT. I found both. I decided to wait to take the test for a bit, but every time I email Ashley she is always there to help me out!
