I have twice encountered problems with delivery, and every time Vente-privee refunded me without fuss and delay. These experiences gave me the confidence in it as a reliable online retailer, and made me return to the site.
The vente-privee also introduces a lot of European brands and products you don't normally see on the British high street (especially outside London). So, I very much like the discovery aspect of my shopping experience.

Terrible customer service. Don't expect a refund after returning items unless you beg and repeat calling, it may take 3 months
of you reminding them, they will try excuse themselves in many ways. they are so happy to keep your money

This company no longer pays refunds - yet shows you an invoice suggesting they have processed it.
My last refund and my wife’s last for refunds all have invoices showing a repayment. Not one of them happened.
We have been passed around between finance teams for months. Apparently the invoice is generated automatically but the processing isn’t. What a con!
If you complain on here someone will post a reply suggesting they will get in touch - or for you to leave your email address. They won’t get in touch! We have both tried posting and it is all for show - no one will reach out to you.
Never using them again and am now starting the process of passing all the refunds over to Amex who will now refund me and take it up with them. If anyone knows of any other ability to complain to an ombudsman of some type please let me know at bristolmarkt @ Hotmail.com

Shocking company policies, no real processes (complaints or help in any way) Avoid at all costs.
Delivery tracking via website and app did not work. Moved from DHL delivery to Hermes, which never works in y area. Was told nothing can be done. Told me i'll have to pay for the parcel to be returned to them if I cannot receive it, might be able to get a refund 4-6 weeks from now.
Tried to make a complaint, was told there is no complaints process. Asked to speak to Manager, was told this will take 72h.
Will speak to my credit card company to recover the money.

Superb discounted brands. Only issue after order acknowledgement heard nothing until emailed by delivery couriers. Perhaps would of been ‘nice’ to know dispatch had actually taken place.

This is a brilliant site. They have a wide selection of big name brands at very reasonable prices.
Delivery is normally within 3 or 4 weeks by courier.

Positive from all points of view except:
1. Sizing is unreliable, though this is mostly the Brands' fault as there is no uniformity in the market.
2. Photos lack uniformity in the facility to enlarge.
3. Dark Clothings' details are lost in photos. They need to be 'brighter'.
4. Descriptions are hurried, insufficient, too generalised and, often, inaccurate.
5. Flat Delivery Fee is a disincentive where a small number of inexpensive, mostly small items are involved.
Though these are frustrating and important points, whose improvement would be greatly welcome, Vente-Privee receives a Positive Vote from me.

Veepee don't refund the money they owe. I’ve been chasing by email and phone for several weeks but the refund never arrives. The customer service team are so rude it almost feels deliberate to put you off chasing them.
Never buy from Veepee unless you are certain you want to keep all the goods.

Vente-Privee is a USELESS Company which companies to cheat its clients relentlessly.
You purchase and You wait 45 days and upon contacting the Customer care they'll inform you that your package is lost. And then they take 2 weeks to find their lost package before refunding your money.
VENTE-PRIVEE should be shut down, I hope this happens one day soon
