I seriously can not stop saying enough GREAT things about Vend, their customer service or the program.
I researched so many point of sale systems before opening up our doors. Nothing out there ticked ALL of the boxes for us. We began wondering if our expectations were to high. We bounced from POS demo to demo and we just weren't happy with what we were seeing. I asked fellow business owners what they used and each person I spoke to, hands down hated their system. Hearing this over and over, had us worried about what was out there.
We were getting close to opening our doors and I had to start inputting our inventory. I had checked Vend out previously and their system peaked my interest. I researched it some more, spoke with a customer service rep and our local sales rep. Went through a live demo and watched their tutorial videos on YouTube, and that was it. Vend easily managed to check ALL of our boxes. Set-up, easy. Tutorials, easy. Ease of use, so simple. Customer service and support, ALWAYS AMAZING.
We didn't have the budget for a super expensive customized system. Vend gets you around that with their monthly packages. It's as custom as we need right now, and we could even go further with the customization if we really wanted.
It's just plain simple, easy to learn, very informative, easy layout and actually fun to use! However, the customer service, is top notch. I can't get over how friendly every person is and how much they actually want to help you.
Seriously, Vend, you've out done yourself and the customer service just keeps blowing me away! There are SO many other companies out there that should take a few notes from your customer service teams!
Whatever it is you're doing, don't stop doing it! It's working :)

I have been using Vend for close to 2 years. I have 3 retail outlets and a warehouse set up. Vend is easy to use and if needed I have support that is always ready to help. They are always making improvements to the software which is great. I tried other softwares but this was best fit for my clothing stores.

Vend has been an amazing fit for our business. Transitioning was easy and fast and the customer support is top notch! Wish we would have switched pos systems years ago! The capabilities are top notch and literally everything we thought about implementing was available and just a couple simple steps. The reporting is Phenomenal and can not wait to acquire more data to better enhance vends capacity and capabilities. Most importantly their support team answers the phone and responds with fast easy solutions which is important in such a fast pace retail environment. Would absolutely recommend to any business owner wether you have one brick and mortar or multiple locations.

It is a great overall system to work worth. It is user friendly and you get to know the system well in short amount of time. I was pretty new to the system when starting at a new company and it was great change to be able to get help when needed from a support team. Besides the helpful troubleshooting options that are given upfront to assist you, if you don't find what you are looking for, there is always someone on the other side there to assist via email (actual people). They are always friendly, respectful and helpful in every way.

Customer service is great, Better to call than await an email as it could be some hours after its sent to be answered, depending on who picks it up. However, experience has been good and they've helped the best they can every time, sometimes it is down to changes where they can no longer help.

Very happy with the actual functioning of the sales.
Not so happy with the reporting with regard to actual customers frequency of purchases and reports related to identifying new customers.
Most reporting is directed at sales of products only.
Would love to see Vend introduce reports that allow us to drill down on trends such as ;
1. How many customers purchased for the first time in a given period.
2. A frequency report showing the percentage that came in 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 etc. times in a given period.
The data is there but there is no reporting mechanism to given this data.

I have used Vend for some time now. This is my 3rd EPOS System and it is by far the best.
The software is easy to use and the support second to none.
It provides our business with a comprehensive suite of reports and all the information i need to run a complex retail business in challenging times.

I am a small specialist independent London retailer with 2 shops.I have been using Vend now for almost 3 years.I have found them to be the perfect EPOS solution for my business. The software is extremely user friendly, it is very cost effective and best of all, every time I have had an occasion to ask a question or had the need for any assistance, every member of staff has gone out of their way to help. All issues are immediately resolved and a follow up email to check on progress is never far away. Stock control is now a breeze and accurate. Well done team Vend!

I was happy to use it when it came out first, but since then it is just going downhill...products which are supposed to be variants are becoming standalone ones, product tracking not working, inaccurate inventory levels and so on.
Can't handle big volumes of input, becomes sluggish and unresponsive, parking and reopening sales is a nightmare,surely there is a better way than this.
The support is useless and i gave up a long time ago trying to get something fixed...avoid avoid avoid!!
