The bike is supernice, looks great and is surprisingly easy to pedal also uphill which was a concern of mine with only 3 gears. The only disappointment was the colour: I ordered the blue Robyn, which looked like a green-greyish blue tone on the website but turned out to be a rather plain navy shade of blue. Not nearly as nice as in the picture. Hopefully more pictures of all colours will be posted for instance on Instagram in the future to give more references on the colours. Other than this, very happy.

A great bike - but because I went into an actual store to order... I would have appreciated it if my bike was delivered and assembled there.
But I did like the box it came in ;)

if it was built in europe how come it comes with cheap no name china tires ..

it looks nice but the quality is only for 3 stars.. i was expecting a little more finesse..on saddle, steer etc.. the ringer was okay... the sticker with logo was not done well it came off after 2 days...

Easy and smooth service. However, there was a bit misleading picture and discription of the porteur carrier! At your website it said that it was the colour silver, but not in reality really.

Guys you should adjust the colors on the website, real life Salmon is more like peach. Rather dark. But others beside that quality wise good stuff.

The bike is great, buy you really need to work on improving the delivery. When you pay €20, you expect a more accurate delivery timeframe (currently between 08:00 and 18:00) and you don't expect your bike to be left behind in a shed in front of your house.

I love my new Veloretti bike! I use it on a daily basis to get to and from work. It’s very light so riding it is easy breezy.
I have the 3 gear caferacer model with hand breaks, a front porteur carrier, AXA lock,... Pretty much every single extra that makes the assembly more difficult. Luckily I had the help of my handy engineer boyfriend and we had it ready for take-off within 2 hours.

Great looks, a light aluminium bike at a reasonable price. That was the starting point which got me interested in buying the bicycle. I knew that - for that price range - you couldn't expect to receive the high end bike parts which you would expect for more premium brands. The handling is great, the 3-speed Shimano shifters work correctly and are perfect for use in the city with some small hills. The reverse-Torpedo brake also works fine and had no technical problems with them so far.
After using the bike for more than a year though, the aluminium wheels appeared to be of bad quality. The front brake caused wear and tear on the aluminium, causing a track that was milled out of the aluminium. I am afraid my front wheel will collapse in the coming weeks if I keep using my front brake.
The accessoires are also (Chinese?) rubbish. The optional AXA headlight is a cheap, plastic retro lamp. Because of UV-rays, the inox coating is already deteriorating after a few months. I did easily get a replacement lamp when I reported this. The inox front baggage carrier is also deteriorating and is starting to rust. Connections with bolts are also starting to rust (note: my bike is standing outside during the day in every weather condition and is standing inside in heated environment during the night).
E-mail communication is slow to really slow. Receiving a VAT invoice for my bookkeeper took literally several weeks and multiple e-mails. In the end I even mailed the CEO directly because I didn't get any response.
I had a good time riding the Veloretti. After two years of usage though, I feel that the bike is starting to fall apart and that I will have to start looking for a new one. At the time, a reasonable priced bicycle was the only option for me, now I wouldn't hesitate anymore and go for a more premium brand with decent quality bike parts to be able to use the bike for at least +3 years without any aesthetic and technical problems.
