The nice bike was delivered very fast and the colour (our daughter choosed Mint) looks better than shown at the picture. I think it matches very well with those beige wheels. After 10 minutes the was ready to ride and our daughter had lots of fun on her new and good fitting Veloretti. Recommendation!

Very good customer service, answered immediately on my questions. Got the Cafechaser with a bunch of add inns and it all arrived within a few days

It is a month now since I ordered the bike and not yet arrived. After several of follow up emails I do hardly recieve a response from them, however they agreed to refund the money back if the not delivered by this week, I sent a follow-up email on Tuesday and today as well, they didn't reply to me or refund the money.

I am wonder what service is this!!!

In any respectful place they either send another bike on urgent basis or refund the money.

Anyone know how to contact the Dutch consumers right?

After I bought the bike I asked them one thing two times , nobody replied my messages. This is so rude , not answering the questions. I don't think they even deserve 1 star.

Friendly people and good bikes?

No news or help from veloretti while i am still waiting for my child bike for Christmas ! The bike seems to be blocked in my country parcel. And don’t know what to do. Will I receive it one day ?

Quite easy to navigate through the order, but there werent a lot of pics on all the items or the final product (bike with accessories).

I had a great experience at the Veloretti store and am very happy with my bike. The only thing I see could be improved are the building instructions of the bike. They miss some parts that we have to guess, and as a person who has no idea about how bikes are made, it made it a bit uneasy to build the bike. In the end it all worked well and I would do it again 100 times !

Lovely new bike

Our Kid’s bike arrived quicker than we’ve expected. The bike is beautiful and very good quality. We can not wait for first ride:)

You should use another delivery service partner or guaranteed delivery method. We have been given wrong delivery times and wasted two + days waiting for the items, which still not arrived.

Our bike should being here between 14th and 18th...today is not arrived yet!

Great experience

Fast delivery. Good quality product.

The good:

- Beautiful website.
- Nice choice.
- Straightforward check-out experience.
- Beautiful bikes.

The bad:

- I got my bike two weeks ago and it had the wrong saddle and no connection for the front lamp. I emailed them and they were very apologetic and said they'd send the saddle straight away. They just sent it yesterday after me having to remind them again.
- I had a few questions, notably the fenders being unaligned and no connection for the light and I have to say the tone was lacking.
- I did however get plenty of reminders from them to review their business yet none when I needed it about missing parts which irked me.
- They need to give more specific instructions when it comes to constructing the bike. I get that their brand is all about quick and easy, that's fine if you'd classify yourself as very knowledgeable when it comes to bike mechanics. But if you want more in-depth detail via longer videos that are not all about style then you won't get it currently, you might end up having to bring your bike to a bike mechanic which completely defeats the purpose of this business.
