I booked tickets to Blue Man Group through this company in September. The show was canceled in November due to the pandemic. I did not receive notification there wouldn't be a show and 6 of us traveled from out of state to Las Vegas to see this Christmas Eve. Customer service said they thought they sent an email notification (which I do not have) and my money wasn't refunded in November when they knew there wouldn't be a show. They were unable to tell me when they sent me this one-time mysterious email letting me know there was a problem.
I understand issues arise and we need to be understanding during this trying time, however, this company did not provide good customer service. I had tickets in hand, no refund appearing on my credit card statement and this supposedly one-time "email notification" is not due diligence in effective communication. So disappointed!

We were supposed to go to Las Vegas for our honeymoon this June and it obviously got cancelled. At the start of this year we booked 2 tickets for a Mystère by Cirque du Soleil performance at the Treasure Island hotel. We have tried to contact Vegas.com on numerous occasions to get a refund, with no response. Do not use Vegas.com!

Since writing this review we have been contacted by Vegas.com and we have received our money back. Shame it took a bad review to get there. But thank you Vegas.com.

I've been trying to cancel our hotel reservation (VCX-006H5CP7) for the last month - the trip is two weeks away and I have sent several inquires online & called several time leaving messages. No one has responded. At this point I'll be contacting the BBB - this is 100% ridiculous.

I booked our hotel, and two attractions back in April, for October. $1200. 00. Due to Covid still being around, and work not being accommodating with us traveling right now we need to cancel. I have sent 4 emails, and just sat on the phone for 45 min waiting for someone to pick up. I dont even know what to do at this point!

I'm so disappointed. Las Vegas has always been good to us, but now it's like we mean nothing.
Trying to get a refund for my reservation (reservation #VCX-006PL0UC) that I booked back in April and we've gotten no response by numerous emails and they NEVER answer the phones.
I have no choice but to contact the list of ombudsman, advocate and public information officers to assist me in getting our money back.
Shame on you, Vegas.com.

Booked back at the beginning of the year for several days at a hotel for Labor Day weekend. I've now been trying to email for two weeks with no responses. Called today and listened to the voice mailbox that clearly no one is listening to. This place is definitely a scam. I would like my money back for a trip that I can't go on because the conference has ben cancelled. Definitely don't use this website to book anything ever again.

I booked my trip to Vegas back in Feb 2020 and was told I had up until Aug. 16th to cancel the trip. I attempted to cancel this trip last week and I have had no response or communication from Vegas.com. Their customer service line keeps you on hold for hours and no one ever picks up. They don't respond via email either. I have called my credit card company to dispute the charges. I will never ever use Vegas.com to book a trip to Vegas again.

Due to Covid my show was cancelled in march. I requested a refund as I do not live in America and would find it hard to use a credit and I am still waiting for my refund. I have tried multiple times to call I have sent numerous emails and still no response. I will never use this company again and I will be letting all my American friends know exactly how difficult it was to deal with this company. Absolutely no customer service at all. Why have a contact number when no one answers it.

I wrote a review on here yesterday, finally got a call back and they said they would cancel my reservation for OCT and I would get refunded and an email confirmation. Though I know the refund to my CC may take a few days, the email should have been quick. If there was a way to file a lawsuit and go after this company, I surely would in a heart beat if that is what it takes to get them to respond other than having to file multiple complaints, call multiple times and deal with this type of service.

So I bought 2 tickets to Rod Stewart in Las Vegas 10/3/2020 back last year. I emailed Vegas.com on 7/23 as I noticed he cancelled the rest of his shows. On 8/9 I received a refund to my charge card. I share the frustration with these companies as I am fighting with 2 other companies that still owe me money, but I have to be fair and report that I did get my money back. I hope the same for everyone else. If all else fails open a claim with BBB as it looks like a path of last resort that get's Vegas.com's attention.

Same story as others, paid over 500.00, called emailed no one is even answering their phone...I guess this is another cost of covid, they don't have the money to refund us so we are all SOL

I purchased tickets to a show through Vegas.com. When the show is canceled I requested a full refund. In addition I had bought vacation insurance on the show. They have failed to refund me a single cent of the show price. They are unscrupulous, deceptive, and very hard to get hold off. Steer clear of Vegas.com at all cost. They will keep your money and not provide the products they promised.

I booked a reservation for Labor day weekend and felt comfortable knowing their cancellation policy was full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of the arrival date. I found cheaper rates on a different site so I've been trying to cancel my reservation through vegas.com for days now but no one is responding. When I call the numbers listed on their website, 702.992.7990, 702.492.3902, 866.998.3427 and 866.998.3427 I hear the same message. Thank you for calling, we open at 8 am pacific time, Mon-Fri and closed Sat & Sun. Press 1 to leave a message and 2 to disconnect. There is no option to speak to an actual person. I have left voicemails and sent 2 emails asking to cancel my reservation VCX-006VW76W but have yet to receive a response.
Update: Within 12 hours of writing the review, an associate from Vegas.com responded to my inquiry and was able to cancel my reservation. I am updating the rating from 1 star to 3 based on the response from this review. I would rate it 5 stars if I didn't have to jump through hoops in order to get a response. Angela was the one who called me and she was amazing. She gets 5 stars!

Visited the Vegas.com site and purchased a 2 night stay they were offering. I paid for it and received an email confirmation. Money out of my account. I go to the specific hotel website to follow up and found out that the hotel Vegas.com was offering is closed. I tried right away to contact them with absolutely zero response. I ended up booking another room directly through the casino website. Absolutely terrible at customer service at this point!!

I had been trying for weeks to cancel my reservation. I finally read on this website that if you select the option to create a new reservation on their call system you will get a hold of someone. I finally did. I have sent two emails, left 3 voicemails, and called over 20 times. On the 25th time (after selecting 1), I was finally able to get ahold of someone. Ricky was very nice and accommodating. This review is not reflective of his service, but rather the website as a whole.

Do not go near these people, I have been waiting for a refund for a cancelled concert (Rod Stewart), it's now 117 days. Worst thing is that they refuse to update me or reply to my emails. This is 1/3 rd of a year. A Disgrace, taking customers for granted, certainly no customer service to be seen. NEVER EVER GO NEAR THEM.

Every review here is accurate. They are a scam. They are selling tickets to events that have LONG been cancelled. I've been trying to get someone from their end on the phone for weeks or reach out via email. No response. What kind of company runs like this?

This site is not a fraud however once you pay forget about the reservation you won't be able to edit change cancel or get a refund because you cannot contact them it's nearly impossible.

Purchased show tickets for April 30th and due to COVID19 it was canceled. I emailed them to ensure I got a refund, no response. On May 7 I received an email asking me if I wanted to be given a credit or get a refund, i live in Canada and won't be going to Vegas for a while so I selected refund. Its now June 29th, their phone-line is now an automated message and I have not heard back from them since. Buyer beware.

I was supposed to attend the Drag Brunch at Senor Frogs on 6/27 @ 2:30 PM. The day on the eve not I get dressed and go at 2 PM that's when I found out the show was cancelled. They offered me a liquid brunch. I paid $200 for tickets and I'm offered a liquid brunch with $10 off.
