Although it is hard to get to Vectone support (waiting line sometimes up to an hour), once you have Farooq on the line, he really tries everything to solve your problem. I'm very pleased with his help!
I would suggest Vectone just to raise their rates a little bit (10% or so) and with that additional revenue hire some extra colleagues for Farooq at the support desk so the waiting lines don't pile up that much.

Vectone heeft geen helpdesk, althans ze antwoorden gewoon niet, noch per mail, noch per telefoon.
Hun website is ondoorzichtig en bijwijlen onbegrijpelijk. Verbruik, beloverzicht en abonnementen zijn meestal niet te zien of, op zijn minst, zijn de gegevens erg vertraagd.
Kijk uit met hun tarieven, die zijn wel laag maar ze deinzen er niet voor terug hun prijzen van de ene dag op de andere te verdubbelen.
Let ook goed op met voicemail (berichtendienst). Gebruik 'm beter niet want uw krediet is binnen de kortste keren helemaal op.
Enig voordeel: ze zijn goedkoop, alhoewel dat nog valt te bezien. Hou uw kredietkaart in de gaten!

Their website is unclear and sometimes incomprehensible. Use, call overview and subscriptions are usually not visible or, at the very least, data are delayed.
Watch their rates, these are low but Vectone does not hesitate to double their prices from one day to the next.
Also, pay close attention to voicemail (messaging service). Do not use it, because your credit will be lost in no time.
Some advantage: they are cheap, although that remains to be seen. Keep an eye on your credit card!

I bought a vectone sim in Belgium and using an android phone. And every time I travel out of Brussels, the network stops working in other European countries. I have made multiple attempts to get in touch with the company via email and telephone with no response from the team. If you cannot provide service do not sell the product.
My experience has been horrible and I strongly suggest not to buy Vectone sim card in Europe!
