27th time to Vegas, and, bar none, the worst experience ever. 1 guy doing valet - 5 minute wait. Zero guys doing bell hop - 10 minute wait.$30 to valet because no self parking. Was offered early check-in, told them I'd arrive at 12:15, and at 4pm, still no room. Asked to speak to a manager - another 10 minute wait. All the cool hotel amenities are across the street at the Aria. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!
