I’ve gone from a loyal customer spending £1500 with them in the last 2.5 years to never shopping with them in the space of two emails to customer service. Had a faulty item, they’ve basically said I damaged the item myself and have told them it’s faulty. If I was the sort of person to do something as ridiculous as that I’m not going to do it with a coil that costs a couple of pounds. Absolutely furious with them, customer service is appalling.

Most the time good, but when an order was wrong customer service was not the most helpful - as a customer I do not expect to have to be out of pocket and wait for things to get sorted.. As a company If you make a mistake you then you should sort it and sort out “paperwork” after, if we were talking large sums of money then fair enough but on a small amount sort the order out first

Brilliant company and excellent customer service. Recently had a faulty tank and as it was a Xmas present I didn't buy it on my account but they still sent out a new one to me without any hassle. They also have a good range of products. 10/10.
