Not only is the age verification a lengthy and invasive process (I hate sending Jpegs of ID to anyone), but you also have to go through this for every order apparently... regardless of having previously set up an account. This is one of the most counterproductive sales methods I have ever seen online and not one that any other vape companies seem to employ.

My story is too long to put all details. Just want everyone to know that this company is a scam. All their products r made in 3rd world countries & they put 400 - 600% on top.
They r not competitive, not by a long shot.
If u make that much on profits & markup, you should at least take care of your loyal customers.
I'm the goose that tried to resolve my order issue through customer service. What a waste of 36 hours, & in the end, I was humiliated that they can get away with their actions, lies, send u crap that u had no idea existed till it arrived in the mail. They just made me run in circles.
So I paid $110 for half an order, after repeated complaints, they apologized, admitting fault, offering a giftcard. Oh yes, the dreaded gift card with a declining monetary value. It didn't work, each time they apologized on one hand, they reduce the value of the card in the other hand.
Between a handful of monkeys labeled "Customer service", they really dont care, no matter what they tell u, nothing good will come out of it unless they make money. Their profit margin from factories exploiting hard working mothers & children 3rd world countries is huge, enough to sustain alot of x disgruntled customers.
I am too proud to accept their pennies, I declined after their trickery of offering $58 which turned magically into $26.
I am disgusted, never have I come across a company that frugal that they openly screws their client, and then tells you to have a nice day

Would not recommend this company to anyone!
Placed an order with 24hrs delivery and verified my id, a week later and I was still waiting to receive it. Call 3 times on different days waiting over 15 minutes to speak to someone each time to finally find out that my order could not be shipped because the system was not accept my address.
I have received no emails to let me know that there was an issue with my address but the order was charged from my account straight away.
Phone operators were very unprofessional and took the issue as a joke until I mentioned I was going to cancel, then he became serious and asked why I going to cancel. This was after he said that my address would not be accepted and they couldn't deliver it to me! How were they planning on getting the parcel to me? by stork?
Lack of communication, unprofessionalism and disregard for customer service.

Never ordered from the company but somehow I'm getting receipts for products I've never ordered. They refuse to look into this. Reported to Attorney General since they refuse to investigate possible fraud.

Be careful with this company. I ordered something online from them. okay, it took my credit card and charged it. Then the site told me that i would have to verify my age for them to send the order. I understand the age verification, but they should do that first before taking your order. That is it for me, I will never order from them again.I do not think that is the correct way to do business.Most important thing to remember here is, they will take your order and then ask you to come up with age verification. Be careful.

VaporFi sent me a completely wrong product. I called the costumer service office to get the right product sent to me. Unfortunately, the customer service representative was not willing to help. She insisted that i would have to ship back the incorrect product (which was worth $7.99 retail) in order for me to get the actual product that i ordered.
When i expressed my frustration with this, explaining that the whole reason I ordered online was to avoid the trip, the representative become obstinate, insisting that she was being helpful, and went so far as to say I was being difficult and rude. Like literally said that to me on the phone.
Avoid like the plague.

I was buying from them GeekVape Aegis Legend 200W TC Box MOD Limited Edition [Gold] the same thing like other people from here ask age verification. I call them after I send the email with my id to do verification by phone for speed up the process. on the phone, they tell me the age verification is done and I will receive an email regarding this whit all details of shipping. even now I don't get it. after 3 days I call them and they tell me the parcel is not delivered because age verification is not done. in that moment after I wait 3 days when the parcel should come in 48 houars I canceled. they take my money even when I ask them to refund me. is a scam company never buy from them. I hope they buy candles with my money.

Same as everyone else, charged before they asked me to verify my age, with no option to cancel the order. But the juice.. I ordered toasted coconut flavored juice is horrible and it burnt up my coil almost immediately. I will not be buying anything else from this company again. Gross. Ok this is added after the first post. I changed my coil thinking maybe it was just my coil was already about to go out, and I had added it to what I was already vaping.. no it got worse which seemed impossible. It tastes like it was crafted with acetone or something just toxic. Thanks for overpriced garbage Vaporfi. You got me once, never ever again.

Agree with 17 others. Placed order, filled in details & confirmed order THEN the site wanted me to email my drivers licence image. There is no option to decline or cancel the order, Received email telling me order will not be fulfilled until proof of age is sent. Checked with card provider - charge already submitted. Asked them to cancel & have reported the co to fraud office. [Have ticked the box on Trustpilot to let VaporFi have a copy of this, I have nothing to hide. Have also emailed them on a reply of their email insisting they remove ALL my details from their database.

I ordered a vape kit and the coils. I recieved the coils but not the kit. I messaged the customer service department. Come to find out the vape kit I ordered, the red and every color it comes in, was on backorder. Yes I know this happens, but I was not notified and wouldn't have found out unless I reached out first. Crappy customer service.

Horrible company. Vape pen broke after 2 weeks. They told me to send it back. Then refused to reimburse me or replace the item. Kept the vape oil, and replacement cartridges, which were part of the order.

Terrible experience, wish I would of read these reviews first. The labelling on their nicotine products is very confusing since they refer to their 12mg nicotine as 'light'. I am a new user and this is very misleading, some might say unlawful since cigs can no longer be referred to in the UK as 'light'. Contacted customer service, no response from email and they don't pick up the phone.

I have been ripped off and didn't even know it for 18 months.
The hardware I bought was infact way over priced, being a beginner, I had nothing to compare it with.
Bought a rocket 3 beginner's kit which comes in a wonderful selection of colors. The tank was different to the battery so it obviously didn't work, rang them from Australia complaining, a month later I received the wrong batteries again. Complained again, they apologized and sent me the right battery but wrong color. I was furious, it took 3 months to send me a beginner's kit, they didn't have the decency to ask me what color I would prefer as they did not have the color I originally ordered, they just made their own choice and I had to put up with it.
I later found out that I paid 300% of the actual cost just cause they branded it vaporfi. Do u think they care about the inconvenience they put u through? And in the end u did not get what u ordered? Customer service is a joke.
Dont get me started about their juice, awful, dont ever try to order the so called "choose your own flavors" I've tried 4 times and had thrown them in the bin, disgusting, they dont know what they are doing. It makes me mad to know that I paid top dollar for so long for crapy juice and Chinese replication of hardware labelled "Vaporfi" as they if they are proud of the name.
My advice along with some reputable experts in the game, if u value your money, stay away from them.

I’m dead serious do not order from them I’ll tell you a story.
Ordered lost vape Orion DNA go, when it arrived the fire button didn’t work at all so of course I have to send it back. Emailed them about it and got an automatic response after a day, not looking great. Got told to ring them so they could troubleshoot and see if it’s a hardware or software problem. (You have to know that I know exactly what’s wrong with it and explained it to them in my first email). Basically since then I’ve been sending emails and the only response I get it to call 2 phone numbers. The fun part is both of the numbers don’t work at all. So I’ve lost $150. If you order with vaporfi after you read any of the reviews you are a goon it’s not worth it! Even if stuff at other places isn’t in stock just wait!

Their customer service is smug, petty and vindictive. They sent me 12 receipts for one sale with no unsubscribe link. When I complained via phone I was told my address had been removed from their database. I then promptly received 3 more duplicates within the hour. I responded via email to which they told me to click the non-existent unsubscribe link. I thanked them and informed them the link didn't exist. To this they responded by signing me up for MASS email marketing. I've reported them as SPAM to Google and the ftc. I recommend cigarettes over this ... business? Never again will I buy anything from them.

I ordered ecig from this store with 2 packs of filters, after using the first filter, the ecig no longer works! I asked for a replacement of the ecig, they told me to pay for Express Shipping to post faulty product from Australia to USA - what a joke! Even that they said can't guarantee a refund or replacement. Why would I waste more money to ship it back??
Their ecig works nothing like displayed in their store site, you have plug it in a laptop while smoking it - nothing of this was explained in their store! If I knew it I wouldn't have paid high costs to buy it from USA! Misleading. Will never buy from them again.
