Purchased a vape and liquids for 1-2 day delivery 6 days ago now. Dpd told me they would be delivering the package on the second day, however they never actually recieved the order from Vape store. I’ve called and called and called and they refuse to answer the phone. I don’t think I will recieve my order and i just feel scammed. horrendous customer service. STAY AWAY

Paid for Express delivery toke 10 days to get the item.
I Was expecting a few riot squad and wick liquor.
Didnt receive anything like that.
The service was poor.

Never had any issues with this place, been using them for nearly 3 months and each time my order is at my door within 2 days (each time I've ordered before midday).

I recently gave up the cigs and decided to buy a vape and pods, ready for when my tobacco ran out, during lockdown.
I purchased the epen 3 with pods. I had absolutely no issues, I received it quickly, considering what's going on in the country, I'm impressed. No issues with customer services, absolutely spot on service. Prices are excellent, much cheaper than I initially expected!
I received an email when they received my order and when it had been dispatched, I can't understand where the negative reviews are coming from - don't listen to them! I'll be buying more pods this week coming.

I don't fully understand what all these bad reviews are for.
Since my local vape shop is closed i had to look for alternatives and found vapestore.co.uk. First i was a not shocked by all the bad reviews here but turned out there is absolutely no reason for it.
I found everything i needed and a lot more for best prices.
All orders so far always arrived within 2 worling days. Usually they are dispatched to DPD the same day you order!
If you still think about not ordering from this page then go check out reviews and page for vapouriz.co.uk which is basically the same company and homepage

I’ve had nothing but a fantastic time using this company, a couple of months ago I placed an order and there was a wee technical mishap that meant my order was delayed but I got immediate notification of this and it was quickly resolved and my order was only delayed a couple of days. I received excelled customer service from Matt and regular updates regarding the issue.
Placed another order on Monday and it arrived this morning, not a single issue.

Very poor customer service, no one there to respond to messages.
I Placed and order 2 weeks ago and am still to get my package. Tried to ask for a refund of cash but as I said no one will respond to my messages.
Thanks to a friend of mine who directed me to Exoticvapesales (Exoticvapesales.com) where I get all my products at a very moderate price, 24/7 customer service, rapid delivery of package and above all the quality of products is always top notch. Best company and I'll recommend to anyone.

I used to buy from them for three years now. Unfortunately, the last few months they would not deliver the order, not answering phone calls or emails. I placed three orders in the last two months and none has been delivered. I gave them the benefit of doubt and reordered, hoping that they will return to be how they used to be. Not a chance!

Never had trouble before, but recent order never arrived. No response to e-mails, query to Contact Us on website returned by mail server as undeliverable, and telephone call just got an automated message saying "your call can not be taken". They obviously have no intention of delivering, and are just defrauding customers.

I’ve been going to this store since it opened, but will no longer . After visiting and dealing with Anthony and I could not leave the place due to him talking about himself and the store negative using the f word then giving me the wrong juice and having to return to change it , I found when I walked in the store I was greeted by a storm of smoke due to him being there with friends just puffing away to the point the door had to be left open totally unprofessional and disgusting I won’t return lost a good customer due to this ! Where was the owners son who is professional and polite if he had been there I would still be a customer the experience was terrible And the store will probably lose lots more custom if people have the same experience as I did twice !

Most definitely the worst company I have had the displeasure of dealing with do not expect your order within 48 hours horrendous delivery times.
I ordered 3 weeks ago finally got my one item order today after weeks of emailing and calling. I was told lie after lie.
I recived what I thought was my item last week only for it to contain eliquids which came free with my order but my actual order was not delivered was repeatedly promised next day delivery by DPD but this never happened and rang on Monday requesting a refund must told it would be processed around 4:30pm that sams afternoon I received an email saying my item is being dispatched. In all my years using online shopping never have I experienced such incompetent service
