I love the product I have some already but it did take a week longer to get my stuff it even told me it would be there by 8pm and then it turned around and went on its own journey.

Was working great but was missing the peace that screws on the bottom of the cartridge and then on to the magnet the biggest piece of the 3!

It's a decent vape for $20 but it would be nice to change the voltage and if it worked with various cartridges. I bought a few carts and they don't smoke.

Both the pen and mod I bought for my cartridges uses too high a wattage for them despite claiming to be the right wattage. Even on the lowest settings the tanks eventually start to leak, never had this problem with my old mod and pen. HOWEVER the customer service was great, shipping was easy, and the prices can't be beat. I'll be back!
