This place is a joke, you try to order over and over and over with all the correct card info, the correct billing and shipping address and you can't place an order. If you do finally get through it will take forever to receive your order. Contacting customer service is just a waste of time. They don't help. I'm taking my business elsewhere. It's really ashame because they have really good juice.

I have been purchasing from this site for over 3 years now, & sent MANY friends their way. They had great prices, & orders always arrived within a week. As of February, every order I have put in has been hell on earth. I foolishly gave them multiple chances as I have had so many good experiences before, & they used Covid as an excuse. Orders now take 2-4 weeks to arrive. Their only customer service number leads to a "age verification" line that has never been answered or called me back to this day. They take days to weeks to answer emails. At one point I waited 3 weeks on an order before having one of my emails finally returned to let me know that they held my entire order without telling me because 1 juice was out of stock (I was not alerted, it was not listed on the item or during checkout) I have lost $100s at this point being forced to spend $25/bottle at my local store when my order doesn't arrive in a reasonable time. Many of the juices I have gotten have made me nauseous, an issue I never had before. I've also had my credit info stolen online many times over the past 3 years, & reading these reviews make me believe that I have finally found the culprit. Frankly I hope someone presses charges against them for that. After 4 straight months of issues, I will NEVER purchase from this site again, & will make sure to make everyone I can aware of the garbage this company has become.. PS, I submitted an order on ElementalVape.Com once in March & again last night-. My orders shipped within 2 days in March, & in under 24 hours this time, so screw ANY excuse they give you for long wait times.

I love the juice, but over the past four years I have had my credit card information stolen 7 times.
I recently went through and changed every single password I have.
The only online purchases with my latest card have been with Amazon, through PayPal, and 1 order at vape craft.
My information was just stolen again.
I am convinced someone from vape craft is stealing my credit card information.

I have now had to cancel 2 different credit cards after using them on this site. STOP SELLING YOUR CUSTOMERS DATA. This site is out of hand and needs to be shut down.

Until a few months ago, Vape Craft had phenomenal, competent customer service, quick shipping, and lightning speed processing time.
I'm not sure what has changed but orders arrive late, still aren't shipped days after they are placed, and their customer service team is in serious decline. My last 3 orders have been disasters. Was supposed to be refunded an expedited shipping charge but never was, the next order arrived much later than anticipated and this last and FINAL order I requested to cancel after 4 days of processing time (items used to be shipped same day or next). The order was cancelled. Two days later, I checked back in with customer service to ensure my refund was submitted and it had not been. The order was cancelled 2 days ago, but not refunded.
I have NEVER had any trouble with Vape Craft until a few months ago. I don't know if they are undergoing a management change or what, but they've lost a customer who has been loyal to them for several years now.

I was a regular Vapecraft customer until I tried to place my last order. I placed the same order, same credit card, same web browser, nothing different and I kept getting "Gateway Error: The transaction has been declined because of an AVS mismatch. The address provided does not match the address of the cardholder". I tried placing it 4 times on my VISA card and twice on my MASTERCARD leaving time between and same problem. All customer support said was the website was under construction & they don't have PAYPAL. Well I checked out Yaeliq and they have 500ml bottles of excellent juice for just $45 plus $20 shipping (much cheaper than Vapecraft plus their shipping to Australia of $36-25). So I am going to order from Yaeliq now - I have some of their juice and after steeping are excellent juices, better than Vapecraft. BTW lucky all declined transactions dropped off my accounts so I didn't lose any money :)

Been a loyal customer but my card has been compromised multiple times after using them. Now that I read the reviews I feel foolish because people have been saying this for awhile and yet they don’t change. Good bye to that headache!!

Usually good experience with customer service but most recently it was horrible. All I asked for was spouts for th defective bottles they keep sending me and they refuse. they said since they already replaced my order once (which they should've, when I opened the packaging they had leaked all over into it and the seals on the bottles were broken, which is a huge safety issue) that they won't send me the plastic spouts for the defective bottles. They literally told me if it happens again, to throw the spout-less bottles away and place a new order. So I'm supposed to just be out $15 or more per bottle that's defective? that's terrible customer service and a terrible way to handle that situation. they should make it right and they're refusing. I'm a loyal customer but not anymore.. I'll bring my business elsewhere.

I ordered juice from them on the 1st. It's now the 12th and my product still hasn't finished processing or been shipped. So I talked to the live customer service and the person was rude, had an attitude, was treating me like I was ignorant and didn't know what processing means. So I asked him for the phone number for corporate and he ended the chat right then and there. So now I will never shop there again or recommend them to anyone. And me paying for shipping for it to still take 11 days and still not be shipped yeah I'm not happy about that at all. Also I saved the transcript of the rude conversation. They aren't allowed to talk to customers that way and I hope whoever that was loses his job plain and simple.
