Really easy to work with, the salesman brought a Van to our home which is a couple hours away to show my family and answer any questions or reservations we had. Helped with all the correct Dimension's and easy to use parts of the Van. My family and I were very satisfied and happy with availability of the Sales Rep. when we called or Emailed. Makes things so much easier dealing with some one who takes pride and cares about what they do.

It's only been 2 or 3 weeks since we first made contact. Thus far we couldn't ask for much better service.

Because of my disability it is very hard for me to function throughout the day. I have primary multiple sclerosis and I have increased symptoms when stressed or fatigued. Purchasing a new vehicle is stressful for anyone but for me especially it has been very hard. I got the vehicle on September 30 a Saturday by that Monday I had electrical issues. I contacted the savanna mobility and had an opportunity to bring it in on that Friday which they fixed the electrical issues. And that being loose fuses. I feel like they did the best that they could do trying to make me feel comfortable with this big hulking vehicle but also the driving with hand controls and not having some of the safety features work for a week left me with a very bad taste to the point where I honestly wanted to turn the vehicle back in and get back my old vehicle. I've given myself to I've driven the vehicle at least to 1000 miles to write this because I did not want my opinion to be one of snap judgments. The lowered floor is an issue getting over simple speed bumps I scraped and almost had a heart attack thinking I had actually hit another vehicle. In the Chrysler Pacifica there is very limited space for simple things like wallets insurance phones. I do understand this is due to the transfer seat and the lowered floor but this is an issue for me which I'm trying to rectify with an aftermarket cubbyhole. Also the deployment of the side doors having to turn them off so that way the ramp doesn't go down is an issue because then I cannot just tap the door to close it I have to actually use either the key fob or the internal button or manually close it. Again this really isn't an issue with the experience of purchasing the vehicle but the vehicle in itself. Thank you very much for reading this and God bless

Totally unacceptable service from VMI
I ordered my van through a dealer in mid-July, and was told it would take 1 - 4 weeks for the conversion. After 4 weeks I called and was told it was not yet ready. This continued until September 20th, when the dealer arranged a conference call with a representative from VMI, who had excuses about missing pieces in the recall packet, etc., but that it was now completed. Partway though the call he feigned surprise and announced he had just gotten the schedule and it would be shipped out on the 26th. I called this morning and discovered that it had not been shipped out on the 26th and thus has still not arrived at the dealer. This is completely unacceptable and I advise others to use Braunability.

My problem is with the dealer, Mobility Express in New Port Richey, FL. It took 5 weeks to finalize the transaction and it was delivered the day before hurricane Irma struck my area. The dealer misled me with regards to the VMI and USAA rebates/credits and I did not have time to refute these. As mentioned above, the van was delivered the day before a major storm and I had to sign the rebate forms as-is or I would have been left with no transportation. I am in a wheelchair and need the conversion van for transportation.

We had a wonderful experience with Vantag Mobility. They were super helpful and patient with us as we made a decision about what type of van and package was best for our needs. They made the process effortless, and went out of their way to accomodate us. It was completed before the due date, and went beyond our expectations. Thank you!

On the second day of ownership the right rear door wouldn't close all the way even after several tries. I tool it back to the dealer and it worked for them several times. Two days later the same thing happened except tis time the door would not open or close.I went back and tried the the buttons on the side column and all I got was a clunking sound. So I got out the crank but couldn't get the right angle to engage the gears. So I went back up and started the van again to try to go get help and couldn't get it out of park. So after messing with it for 3 hours I finally had to call 911 and the were able to use the crank to get me out. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER. Also the transfer seat doesn't have enough room to swivel so I have to open the driver side rear door to swivel. I don't know if it's the wrong seat or it's just to big. Again not a HAPPY CAMPER.

we bought a 2017 honda Odyssey and overall the fit and finish of the van is great, my only complaint so far is there is more road noise than the competitors conversion, but it is much larger inside.

My husband has to use a wheelchair and it was hard for us to travel. We looked at several vans and the ones converted by VMI were so nice with so many features that make traveling easier. VMI thought of everything!

We just recently received our new van with the VMI modification. So far it has been great. One of the things I really like is how much more room there is between the road and the bottom of the van. I don't have to worry as much about water on the roads. In a previous van, the smallest amount of pooling of water would cause me problems. The amount of room on the inside for turning around in a wheelchair is awesome. Thank you for a quality product and attention to details that are not always seen by others.

I have only had my customized van for a couple of weeks so I can't say
how reliable it's going to be. So far I am pleased with the equipment, although, the ramp seems to rattle a good bit when traveling.

Very functional for wheelchair, etc. Would have liked some way to have at least one cup holder in the front of the Pacifica.

The entire experience with Mobility Medical in Melbourne, Florida, was professional and friendly. I had lots of questions about how my hand controls were going to be installed and was assured they would be to my liking. I drive with right hand controls, I have for more than 54 years. Changing to left hand would be terribly difficult for me at this stage of my life. I was assured they could make all the adjustments necessary to keep me driving happy. They went far beyond anything I could have imagined! A couple alterations and I'm on the road and driving with ease. The van itself, is working out great for me. I'm not too up-to-date on tech, which is a huge understatement! But I have help with those issues, thank goodness for grandchildren!
I would definitely recommend VMI to anyone who asks me.
