Compared to our 2009 van this is like going from horse and buggy to the Star ship Enterprise. ?

VMI was very accommodating from the first inquiry through our dealer. Called and told us about the rebates and asked if we had any questions. Van is exactly as we expected. We are very happy with it.

The service from silver cross was good but we have had several conerns associated with the van - rust, door noise, etc! The workmanship issues are concerning.

My local salesman was great and really went to the bat for me when I had an issue arise. I did have some issues with my modifications at the factory that were rather stupid. I bought my own 2017 Honda Odyssey and had it taken to the factory so I could have the console in the vehicle. I paid extra money to have them send my console out of the vehicle I purchased and it was made known I wanted the console back. When I got the vehicle from the factory I found out that on this version of the Honda they didn't have any cup holders in the dash or anywhere up front except on the door. When Honda designed this van they accounted for the console to be where the cup holders would be but the factory forgot to send my console back. After some conversation my sales man got VMI to pay the Honda factory to buy the parts to build me a new console to replace the one they were supposed to save for me. My local salesman was able to get my console put together and installed into my van in an excellent way to make it more user friendly than I had in my previous VMI vehicle. I would definitely recommend doing a VMI even with these hiccups. This is my second van from them.

The chain/cable on each side of the folding ramp rattles too much. Not sure how too fix it but it is annoying.

My sales person is very patient, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and considerate. He helped me buy a vehicle type, make, model and year I never wanted to own and I don’t mind it a bit.

Catie Cathcart was so helpful and patient with me. She helped walk me through this whole process. There were so many decisions to make and Catie was so absolutely amazing answering all of my questions. I am so glad that I chose VMI over the other choice. My daughter is so happy with her new ride! She loves to watch her dvds in the morning and traveling to school. She can see everything now so sometimes she is just watching out of the windows. Going to school is so much faster, safer and simpler.

Very nice conversion. The workmanship, fit and finish is very good. I like having the option to placemy chair depending on where the straps are placed. The only area for improvement I would suggest is a bit more work on decreasing the amount of road noise.

So far so good. I don’t have enough experience yet. We’ve been out in the van only once.

Knowledgeable company. Well-built product. Extremely roomy. I didn't think I could fit my big power chair in a minivan but do so with ease. After years of riding in a big van, it's nice to feel like I'm riding in a car instead of a bus. Kind of expensive but worth it, conversion feels much more stable than other brands I tested.

They were able to present financing options that allowed us to make better choices in vehicles without "breaking our budget". The website had a wide choice of vehicles that were in great shape with various mileages. The Toledo dealership had an inventory supply we could see and compare. Matt and Dave and Cathy were very helpful in explaining the products and the process.

I love my new van!

I have to get use to the size of the vehicle. I am hoping being comfortable driving it will come as I use it everyday!
