This company uses Yodel to deliver their items to customers, who have never successfully delivered my parcels. Just had another unsuccessful delivery attempt from these guys and had no choice but to pick up the parcel at the nearest depot. Read Yodel's Twitter page and make your own judgement. I recommend that you don't buy from Vans online, based on who their carrier is.

Shockingly bad customer service. I ordered a pair of shoes for my son a while ago but they were impossible to get on. Customer services took about a week! to reply on both emails and basically told me to f* off and did not show any ownership of the problem. Very disappointed.

Don't order online. Had to return, the process was easy but was only issued a refund dor one pair of shoes and told the other had signs of visbale wear. They sent pictures which proved nothing. I am now out 90$. I believe I was sent a defective item and unfortunately didn't notice because my daughter tried on quickly, they didn't fit so I put them back in the box and returned right away. I was a loyal vans buyer because my daughter loves them and she will be disappointed but no way I'm supporting a company that would do that. It's not like I can just afford to throw away 90$ like that. Complete joke

The comfy cush lace-ups are attractive looking casual shoes that are somewhat comfortable to kick it around town. However, to do some kick a$$ walking they leave a lot to be desired. Perhaps they are slip resistant on skateboards, but in the real working world of restaurants, they definitely are not slip resistant. Are they a cushy comfort shoe for working as a server in a restaurant, oh, dream on. Unless your job requires these as your work shoe take a hard pass. If you just want these as casual knock around town shoes, they are not bad. However, if your place of employment requires them, I highly recommend getting a doctor's note telling your management team that these shoes are medically, a poor choice for your for feet, especially if you are on your feet, walking all day long.

Their returns policy seems good... until you realise their system is inadequate and they use Yodel. I've waited in for two days now, and having rebooked a pick up time I now need to get a new label printed, as they apparently can't scan the old one. An absolute shambles.

Absolutely terrible customer service. The sole fell off within two days. The solution to return a £42 pair of defective shoes is to spend £41 on a train ticket to go in to central London to swap them. Obviously the train ticket would not be refunded. No managers around to escalate to as they were all conveniently in a meeting, and when I said I would hold the phone cut off, twice.

I put in the wrong shipping address and every customer service woman was so helpful. They even called my carrier for me and got it changed. Have never had better customer service before in my life. Wow. Absolutely made my day. Had the customers best interest at heart.

A NO GO! Buy your shoes in a shop or another online store.
Their customer service is the worst. Their processes are out dated and slow. Vans for sure pays as little as possible for customer service and it looking for ways to cut the costs even more so don't expect an improvement soon.
The service they use for getting product to your house...same story. If something goes wrong don't expect any service or money back. After a month UPS did not deliver to me or back to Vans. UPS has the package but when or what is going to happen Vans does not know. Vans is not in control, isn't able to pay me back and lost a good customer. I think we will skip the brand after this experience completely. We don't support this kind of service.

I ordered a pair of Vans through their website for my boyfriends birthday. They were delivered while no one was home and were stolen off my front porch by a neighborhood kid. I contacted vans asking why there was no delivery option that required a signature - especially for a shoe valued at $100 dollars! Never heard back from them. Very disappointed. Won’t order from them again.

Would give a ZERO if possible! Tried to return a BOGO pair of sneakers, unused, two days after purchase. Associate tried to charge ME more money.
Called customer care for return policy, was told she was unaware. Asked to speak with someone who would know. She took contact info from me, and am still waiting 3 days later for a "manager" to contact me!

Run far away from this company the customer service is horrid and I ordered the Harry Potter shoes in June, We did not get them tell August 1st, they said we have no clue whats going on? What kind of answer is that? Karla the Supervisor told me I was not allowed to talk to a manager! , I was told I got a refund and I never got my money back! I asked her when I would get my refund in a year? The Supervisor Karla stated well maybe???? I wish, I would have looked up the reviews on the vans.com website! That mistake won't happen again. The customer service is so bad the shouldn't even be in business. Karla stated it would take a really long time to get my refund? Who responds like that??

I previously ordered a custom sunflower backpack for school on June 28th, it's now July 21st, and my backpack still hasn't arrived. I checked on the website and says the same thing every time I check (that my backpack is STILL pending) and theres no estimated delivery date or anything. I have ordered numerous shoes and clothes from VANS but, after this I don't believe I will be ordering from them again.

I wish I could rate with 0 star. VANS doesn't deserve a single star for that really bad customer service they offer in Germany. Unbelievable how they treat (now former) loyal customers. I can highly recommend to not buy there, once they have your money they don't care anymore - even if the shoes are broken after already 3 months.

Don't bother with customs. Tried to get a pair with my dog printed on them and they claimed it was a copyright violation and rejected the order. Then just for kicks I drew a simple, black 5 pointed star, submitted and sure enough, rejected.
Not really sure they should offer this service when they can't actually fulfill orders.

Ordered some shoes which never arrived I was told the parcel had been lost I was offered a refund I asked if they could send another pair out and I would pay the additional amount for the postage to be express as I needed them for holiday I thought 10 days was ample time. They said they couldn’t do that I’d have to reorder so I did that immediately and paid £11 for express delivery to ensure delivery before holiday, was told I would be refunded this the refund from the original pair wasn’t issued for a couple of days so I was well out of pocket then when the refund came there was an error and it was for £6.60 not £30 I’m still awaiting my express delivery 3 days later and awaiting the refund for the delivery charge no real apology or urgency having explained I wanted to shoes for my son for his holiday he has learning disabilities and will only wear the green ones had I been able to purchase else where I most definitely would have I don’t ever wish to deal with this company again as my son is going on holiday now with shoes that are too small and the sole has detached!! Let’s hope superglue can keep them together for the duration of our holiday as we go today and I’ve checked and it’s still not been despatched

If you order from their website, good luck. When I ordered on a Monday stated I would get three day shipping and I would receive by Friday. It is now Thursday. They can not tell me if it has shipped. They said it is too late to cancel my order. They said they could not do anything to speed up shipping either. They are RUDE and do not care at all about the customer. I will never purchase Vans again.

I ordered a pair of shoes from the official Vans UK website on Thursday, paid an extra 11.00 for Express Delivery, it is now Sunday and still no shoes.
And to top it off, customer service has not even responded to 3 of the emails. Asked for the status of the shoes, why hasn't it been delivered, and asked for a full refund of 11.00 for the Express Delivery option, no response whatsoever. On the site it says customer service will reply with 2 days.. it's way past.
Been wearing Vans for over 7 years now, bought all of them direct from their official store. This is the first and last time I will be buying from their website. Absolutely atrocious customer service.

My favorite shoes ever!! They are really comfortable and they have lasted me a while. There are ignorant people giving this shoe company bad reviews. DO YOU EVEN SKATE ? These are skating shoes. When you walk you wear the shoes out. SHOES ARE NOT GONNA LAST FOREVER!!!!! They are gonna break apart at some point. Who cares if you aren't gonna buy the shoes anymore i still am, the company is not gonna hurt without you. It's a multi billion dollar company.You not buying vans is not going to affect the company what so ever. The NEW shoes you've barely bought are causing blisters because you have not stretched them out yet put on band aids like a champ and deal with it or just acquire a bigger size. Vans shoes sizes vary on the type of shoes you purchased.
