One of the most disastrous experience of my hundreds of internet purchases. Fourth order with their online shop in the last 12 months. Other three orders were slow to arrive, but at least they were shipped at the proper address and were properly delivered.
The quality of their internet service is at the opposite of the quality of their products (that I have been buying in normal shops for long). Order not delivered more than a month after the order, and according to them, shipped in a different country, although they had confirmed, after a first complaint 3 weeks ago, that the order was finally shipped at the right address in the right country.
Would never have expected from such a brand to receive the acknowledgment of their mistake, including their false representation after the first complaint, and to receive as a conclusion ''sorry for the inconvenience'' without confirming they will send my goods or reimburse me (not even mentioning any commercial gesture for the hassle and time lost).
After launching a complaint on the EU website, I finally got refunded (two months after the order). No commercial gesture, but at least I won't have to lose time to go in a law suit. Being optimistic or naive, I just tried another online purchase, hopefully they will carefully monitor that everything goes smoothly this time...
